I normally order items online for delivery or pickup, but today I decided to shop in store. I had some digital coupons I wanted to use... I originally had them in my cart online, but decided to go shop in person instead. Online, I was able to attach two offers to one item (20% off and a $3 off coupon). But when I went to purchase in the store, the attendant told me you cannot use both. I don't understand how I can literally buy the exact same things from the exact same store and if I buy it online and pick it up, I can stack deals, but you cannot if you go into the store. Then the attendant's response was "I don't make the rules"... and "that is what I was told by my manager". If there wasn't such a long line behind me, I would have whipped out Karen mode and asked for the manager, because it just didn't seem right. In the future, IF I shop from Target again, I will online shop online. The craziest part is, they are just hurting their own business. When I shopped online, I had 4 items in my cart... but shopping with my eyes in person and getting suckered into things I don't need, I had 15 items I ended up buying today worth $168. So it behooves them to have us shop in person. And now that I will only shop online, and they lose more money over a $3 coupon. ‍ read more

They had a great clearance section with good prices for women's clothing along with plenty of options in the active department. The employees were very nice and helpful. I came here looking for Easter basket stuff, and they definitely had a great variety to choose from. The tulips were some of the prettiest I've ever seen, which was a nice bonus. That said, I'm giving this Target 3 stars because there were teenagers kicking balls around the store, a lot of items were out of place in the wrong aisles, and the bathrooms weren't clean--paper towels all over the floor. Customer service was decent, but I've experienced more welcoming vibes at other Target locations. Still, the Easter items were a good value overall. read more

I will not go back to this store! I had close to $200 in groceries and $250 on 5 gift cards that I needed to rung up. I am disabled and was in terrible pain by the time I made it through the store to get these items. I get up front to the checkouts and there weren't any open except for self check out. I asked the young girl up front swinging her keys around her fingers just standing there watching everyone if she could please ring me up because my back and legs were hurting really bad. I had some heavy items in my cart that I had a really hard time with getting into cart in the first place..not to mention getting them back out, back into it, then out and into my car again and then again when I got home. That I also had 5 gift cards that needed to be rung up separately. She said of you can go here to self check out and I will show you how to ring those up. I didn't ask her to show me how.. I know how to do it...I worked retail for many years in my youth. I NEEDED HELP because I needed to get off my feet. I ended up having to do the self check out which is nightmare because they are just not able to go as fast as the others do because it weighs everything and you can't scan quickly. She came over to me while I was ringing and bagging my items like 3 times asking me if I was done yet so she could show me how to ring up the cards. I'm looking at my cart full thinking "do you not see how many items I still have to ring up"? I was so frustrated because the lines were getting long and I couldn't get any help with all of the stuff I had. By the time I was finished, she was over checking out people that weren't asking for her help because they were in pain nicely as I did... only because she sent me to the self check out with a shit ton of stuff. Whatever happened to customer service? That was really shitty to do to someone who is disabled. Granted not all disablities can be readily seen but I did I voice it and ask nicely. I feel like self check out is a good option for a hand full of stuff to get in and out quickly but if you have a cart full of grocies and ask for help that you should get it. especially spending that kind of money. I should have just left everything sitting so that someone would have had to put it all back but I did not have it in me to go somewhere else to do it all over again. read more

Can't go wrong with target. This store was stocked well around. There is an adorable dollar (and more) section in the front. It is always stocked well too. I used the dressing rooms but no one was back there, just a big pile of clothes to be put away. I like that there is self check out to help expedite the process when I have a few items. So FRIED OUT with this place!! I have to drop in often after work. All I ever see if 1 checkout line, 1 person running around like crazy on self-checkout, and 4 manager/leaders? huddled together off to the side, laughing at how hard thier employees are working!! EVIL! There are a total of 4 people actually WORKING here, (checkout line 20 feet long, self checkout, cart-catcher and security) with long lines and delays, while those dum dums just smirk and do nothing. This is a recent management 'change' because I didn't recognize any of them. And the secret 'upcharge' on your recipt is true, you DO pay extra 'development' or 'land management fee' when you shop here. They need newer management than this recent team, seriously. Nothing against the employees or their product offerings (about average) but this Target charges an additional FEE on EVERY item you purchase claiming it's a land improvement fee... save your money and go to a different store. We didn't see any warnings about the fees and only noticed because we did self checkout. Unacceptable in FL where this isn't standard practice. Plus what are they improving? The parking lot could use some work. Shame on you Target. read more

Ahh, Target. Where shopping is a pleasure... Err or is that Publix?! Oh well, Target is great because my wife says so and apparently so does Joanna Gaines. In all seriousness, it's a great target. The people are generally friendly, maybe 78% of them. The other 22% are mildly friendly. There is a Starbucks, because the goal is to get you hyped on caffeine so you don't think about how fast you'll lose your money if you stay in this store too long. The bathrooms are always clean and they have a family bathroom if you have a 5yr old that has the bladder of a baby and need to help him out. They have self-checkout now, that's new(ish) since COVID. Other than that this is a pretty standard target. Oh oh, and I found a Dunkin' Donuts cup but was wondering if were a part of the Good n' Gather series or if it was... well, just a cup?! I was in a pinch during a rest stop and needed a towel, a coffee and a couple of other random items and along comes Target. The staff was helpful in pointing me where to go in the store and there was a decent selection of items, so I was able to compare options and get what I needed and get moving. A Target is a target is a target. Stopped in here to pick up something needed on my trip. I absolutely LOVE going through the clearance aisles, the sales and everything else. Sometimes the merchandise is different, but over all, every target is the same. This visit though, it was Black friday, I honestly had NO intention of going in, but mother nature visited and I needed to pick up an item or three. However, the lines inside were INSANE, even if they were well organised. The store's parking lot was packed, but the store itself didn't seem busy. The reason? They were all in line for check out. Everyone was waiting for over an hour or what have you. I honestly could not be bothered and headed out of the store without a purchase. read more

I love this Target! There is always plenty of parking, shelves are nicely stocked, and the staff is friendly. The store is also very coupon friendly which is a huge plus. I have noticed that they charge an addition 1% tax on top of the 6% sales tax here that the Target on New Haven doesn't charge. read more

Everything you would expect from a target. This is a newer location so it's still pretty clean. It's very unusual that all of their seasonal items are always in the back far left of the building. I just want to look at Easter baskets but before I can see that I have to go through children's clothes, children shoes, adult clothes, electronics, Toys, Outdoor stuff and then some groceries then I get to see the seasonal items. To go back I have to go through the kitchen stuff, the groceries, bathroom and beauty supplies all over again. It makes my trips to the store longer when I'm shopping for seasonal themed items. I'm a fan of Target stores in general but I especially love this target location. This particular Target always employs super friendly associates. They also stock several essential items that I enjoy such as healthy, ready made food items (for example the cranberry chicken salad sandwich is especially good here). I also enjoy the Disney merchandise that the have available for purchase at this particular target and their greeting card selection can't be beat. Additionally, they also have a variety of bins available at this Target location (and I'm assuming other target locations as well) for our various disposable, recycling, etc. needs, that coupled with their high powered hand dryers (useful in cutting back on the environmental waste associated with using paper hand towels), aids in protecting the environment. read more

I went to the store to return 2 Cat & Jack uniform shirts. The guy at the return desk by the name of DREW was extremely rude and said I couldn't return it. I asked why if Cat & Jack has a 1 year return policy for worn or torn items. He said "oh no they have a very strict policy and you can't return it". He looked in his binder and as he was reading it he realized it said it was ok to return but he still insisted that he can't because it's not worn out enough to his standards. I asked for a Manager, he called COLLINS but Collins was too busy to come speak to me because he was eating. Drew came back and said Collins said no I'm sorry but we can't return this . He said it was up to him if it can be returned and he won't do it. I told him I just wanted another one and he said no we are not going to lose money on giving you a new one so I'm sorry I can't return it. He was so rude and unprofessional. I have never had such a bad experience. I requested for the top manager information but he said he couldn't give me that information. Let me say that is one of the few stores where I would say the Palm Bay version is better than the Melbourne version (I'll keep my personal opinions on city of Palm Bay to myself). On every visit the first thing I notice is how clean the store is. The departments are very well organized and everything is easy to find. I'll break the review down by departments. I'll admit, I don't buy clothing at Target, but I do take notice of the clothing department. The clothes do seem be in sync with the season and I see people with families buying from here. So I can only assume the styles and prices are good. If your into working out, Target must have some arrangement with Champion, because that's the brand I usually see them carrying. The home departments are pretty good. If someone just moved to this area, they would probably find everything they need to get their home started. The electronics department is probably where I spend most of my time. Don't expect to find the top of the line and state of the art products. Everything here is midrange with midrange pricing. Although there is a grocery department here, I don't buy groceries here. Don't get mew wrong, there is a great selection, I'm just picky where I pick up my fresh produce from. If walking around the entire store worked up and appetite, the do offer warm food and Starbucks beverages. read more

This is my home Target. Always clean, always organized, and always has the latest trends in stock! Sometimes the lines at checkout get long, but they always call extra staff to help get you out of there in a timely manner. My favorite part is the grocery section! They don't have a full fresh section like Super Target, but they have more than most regular targets. Breads, prepacked deli meats or dinners, and fresh produce. It's always a win for me! read more

Love this Target store!!! This is a new store that is being taken care of wonderfully. The employees are always willing to assist me and go out of their way when needed. I love the fact that the shopping carts are in great condition and taken care of (it's also great that they are plastic and not metal). While I absolutely love this target and most employees who work there! I'm giving it two stars because the lady at your guest service desk is so rude!!!! She's been rude to me on more than one occasion, but the most recent one I can't let go!! It had been raining most of the day but I needed things for my babies. So while I had my 3 month old in a wrap carrying him and my one year old walking holding my hand I tried finding a cart that was not wet. So I politely asked this girl who runs the guest service desk, if the cart she had her hand on was wet! She rudely replied while rolling her eyes that they were all wet! Clearly she sees I have my hands full, so instead of helping me she stood there and just turned away from me! Cool! But shout to the customer who kindly gave me her very dry cart!!! If you're going to work the guest service desk where you interact with customers ALL day you should really learn to be a little nicer lady!! read more

Terrible online pickup service. Never anyone working at customer service desk. Today was last straw. Young girl, doing too many other jobs, takes my driver license to look up order. Usually they hand it right back. Evidently she did not. Rushing through everything. I told her I am fine handing the bags but as I'm 70 and using a walker she was insisting I could not. She was going off in one direction saying she was putting them in cart after I told her NO. She got me upset. I came home and found that I had no driver license. I told her on phone that I could not get back there until morning and I would pick up my license then I have little confidence that I will find it there. My last time ever shopping at this store. I went in to buy a Nikon camera. It was on sale, but the price label was incorrectly marked, making the camera appear way less expensive than it actually was. I asked an employee about the price, considering it was extremely unusual to find a new Nikon at this price. She asked the manager how to handle the situation and the manager sold it to me for the less expensive price, because they marked it incorrectly. Extremely pleasant and helpful workers. Recently I went to the Target on Palm Bay Rd in W Melbourne and was charged a "user fee" by the store at check out in addition to the state sales tax. I asked customer service to explain this additional fee and was told it was something the shopping center was charging the tenants on all purchases and that the tax went to the owner of the shopping center. This doesn't sound correct but even so there should be no additional taxes charged to customers beyond the sales tax. I won't be shopping at this Target anymore since the other Target stores do not charge this additional fee. I can't help but feel this is illegal. Be advised of this additional tax. I know it is small but its just the principle. read more

Where I love the actual Target store itself, the "Starbucks" inside could use a new employee. I went there on a rainy day to grab a coffee to help me wake up along with everyone else that lives around here, and one of the girls behind the counter really upset me with a comment she made. Normally, I keep to myself but I had to say something to her about it. She had just got back from break and was putting her apron on when another employee was talking about how busy it was. The girl that was coming back from break stated and I quote " I wish a tornado would come and scare everyone back home." I was shocked and told her that I had just moved here from Arkansas and tornadoes were nothing to joke about and walked away. I almost talked to a manager but like I said, I keep to myself.
