Terrible! Their inefficiency created an emergency situation. A month before I needed a vital…read moremedication, I brought my prescription to verify they could fill it. I was told they would have to order it but "no problem". 4 days before I needed the medication, I brought back the prescription to fill it. Again, I was told they needed to order it but it would be in the next day. Days went by and I hadn't heard anything. I called and was told they couldn't fill the prescription! This is a necessary injection and not getting it could be fatal. A pharmacist would know how important this medication is but they didn't even call me to say there was a problem! Now I have to pick up the prescription (hope they haven't lost it), pay a doctor to get the shot this time and search for another pharmacy. They screwed me over because this is going to cost more money when I was trying to save by doing the injection at home.

Well, where do I start. The pharmacy has no customer…read moreservice skills, and can be rude. I have in the past gotten prescriptions filled with CVS and it either takes 1 hour at the best to fill it. Even after the Dr office had placed the order hours earlier. 9 out of 10 times they are trying to find the order and have to call the Dr's office to get it again. Most often I hear someone say "oh there it is" after they have called to get another order. By the way, the hours are terrible. I hardly ever see anyone shopping in the store and I hear pharmacy customers mumbling that " this is always the worst experience " as they walk out.
