This location tends to run out of medications. I have waited three weeks for my diabetes medication. I called every time I was told that it should be in and was told a later date. Out if the 10 to 12 times I called, I had one person to act concerned. Avoid this pharmacy if you care about your health. This is the 4th time I needed medication that I had to wait for. I am here to complain of the poor service that I have received within the last year at Walgreens on 14th Street in Meridian. I have been a customer of Walgreens for years. Within the last year we have received the most awful, unprofessional service with our prescriptions. Never filled when should be, always have to go back. I now try to go back the next day to get scripts but once again never filled. Is there not something that can be done to correct this situation. I use Walgreens due to the locations in other towns, it is convenient for my husband who travels for his work. But I am so tired of having to return to the store from 30+ miles away just to get a script filled. This to me is so unprofessional. This has been numerous times over the past year. I am not sure if it is the new associates at the check out or it is the new technician either way it is too stressful to keep this up. I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. I come back over an hour and a half later. The drive through was three cars deep so I decided to just run in. The prescription is NOT ready. As I am just standing here, I am noticing stuff in the floor and major cleaning is needed. This is definitely not what I expect when I come to a Walgreens. read more

We pulled up to the drive-thru pharmacy at 7:45 pm after an emergency doctor visit for our 4-year-old. We waited behind the one other car for 8 minutes and finally got to the window at 7:53. The lady refused to take our prescription because the pharmacy closed at 8 pm, and she said it would take at least ten minutes to fill it. We tried to tell her we had a sick child that needed medication, but she just shrugged her shoulders and sarcastically said "sorry." She argued with us for another three minutes. They have plenty of time to make customers wait and then argue with them about the time, but no compassion whatsoever. read more

I have never picked up a prescription that something wasn't wrong. It is not bad enough that you have to wait a long time to pick up a refill called in hours earlier but then they will always charge it wrong or something else. Today I was told that after 2 refills you have to get it by mail. How crazy is that! I will not use the Walgreen Pharmacy again. read more

Me and my boyfriend ( he's in the Navy) came to this Walgreens one night right before they closed just to pick up some last minute things. We asked if they offered the military discount, they told us it was offered only on Tuesdays which was understandable. Then the employee named Mrs. Pam came over and put in her own rewards number and gave us $2 off, and the other employee Darius who was checking us out had the biggest and most friendly smile possible. Rude, non-responsive and inattentive clerk in the pharmacy. Manager on duty would not address the issue; did to come to meet with my me after the very courteous photo associate called him for me. Pleasant and prompt customer service is in short supply. read more
