Great experience today! Quickly found the few items I was looking for & didn't wait long for a very friendly cashier. I did stand in line at the self-checkout before I saw a woman who wanted to pay with cash not able to because she was in the card only line. I'm from MT & was looking for marked designated signs. No signs were anywhere & I felt so bad this woman had to take her bagged groceries to another area. What can you improve? First off not only is this happening to me but others , fix your cheap machines that don't scan cards properly! Its ridiculous! Second train your people that so the grocery pick up to be properly and move out of the way when a customer walks past. Not be in the middle of the lane and standing blocking where you can pass. Have them smile alittle. Is that job so taxing we cant even look at a customer and smile? Third your stores floors are filthy. One of the clothing racks had so much dust bunnies under it I wonder how ofter floors are cleaned properly. I have had good experiences but the bad are racking up. Its frustrating! read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!! MY granddaughter took my classic 1979 Chevy pickup to this service center for the premium oil change. They were to check and change the fluids.. well they forgot to add the oil. I went to their automotive service center and AGAIN, they failed to put all my engine cover bolts back in. This evening, as my wife was driving home, the center and right front sides fell out of wherever they had them tucked because three of the front four bolts were never reinstalled. The engine cover dragged down the road for a dozen miles until my wife could get home. The last time, they failed to put ANY of the bolts back in, and it fell off as I pulled out onto the street. I am tempted to replace the engine cover and sue for the replacement cost, it's severely damaged! Gross incompetence! read more

Two days in a row, we've had a bad experience at this Walmart. Always seems like you have to go through four carts before you get one that is Working correctly. Also, it seems like they have a lot of the self checkouts closed, and have issues when using a self checkouts. Admittedly, sometimes it could be user error. Today, we had appointments for flu shots. After checking in, we waited a half hour, and our name was never called. I checked in again, and apparently, nobody was told that we were there. The technician then asked someone if they could give us our flu shots, and we were told it would be at least 10 more minutes. The person he asked, seemed a bit annoyed. We canceled our appointments to make sure our insurance was not charged since we were not getting our shots. We're going to look for another pharmacy. It's hard not to shop at Walmart given their prices and everything they carry at the supercenter however, Winco is not too far down the road so we're gonna give that a shot. read more

I wish stores went back to offering customers assistance. I was at the store, in different departments, for well over an hour, saw a handful of employees, but was not asked once if I needed assistance. The store was stocked but not fully. I was able to get by with what I did find. The cashier was pleasant and made small talk as I checked out. I always have to laugh when they ask, "Did you find everything you were looking for?" Then when you respond, "No, I actually did not." They just ignore that as if it's just part of the small talk. The self checkout didn't accept several items we tried to scan, so we moved to another machine and the same issue occurred. We were in a hurry so we just bought the items that would scan. One of the items we were able to purchase was a Vaseline bottle. Upon getting home we realized someone had helped themselves to our bottle before we bought it. The bald Loss Protection guy at this location is definitely on a power trip. We brought our puppy with us to Walmart and she had a little accident which we cleaned up immediately! (There were a few spots we hadn't seen but cleaned up as soon as we did) he came over and told us no dogs allowed (we had brought her many times before and had no issues, we did not know dogs were not allowed) so we were going to leave but he continues to lecture us and go on and on about how she's a puppy so obviously she's going to be nervous and poop etc. there were many more sassy remarks said by him as well.. everything he was saying was extremely unnecessary. Telling us no dogs allowed & us willingly leaving should've been enough for him to leave us alone. I had waited outside with our dog while my husband was finishing shopping and this creep stood outside STARING AT ME. Walmart really needs to talk to this employee about his excessive behavior. Okay so I'm kinda Western Family and proud of that. So to know I shop at Wal-mart, would probably not surprise anyone who truly knows me. I'm just simple and no frills. Yet I'm giddy about this newer service. My wife loves to send me to the store to pick up the shopping list items. We have been using the Grocery app from Wal-mart to keep a list, but I seem to always bring home the manly smelling laundry detergent instead of the one my dear wife requests. So she found a way to make sure she gets the sliced turkey instead of the corned beef I somehow mix up. She orders for customer pick up! I pull into a designated parking area, check in on the app, tell my spot, 1-9. And color of the car. Moments later my wife's order shows up in my trunk. It's magic! I was handed a rose on Mother's Day while I was at check out. I did not feel special about receiving one of these. Number one you don't know if I'm a mother or not or what situations a person has been through that could make them sensitive to this holiday but on top of that, it was almost like a slap in the face because the only reason they were giving away these roses was because they were dying. So an employee (of course doing what they were told so I'm not mad at them) handed me a dead, dying rose with petals falling off it, leaves crinkled and brown, and told me Happy Mother's Day. You not only asked someone to possibly cross a sensitive line with someone but you told them to hand out dying roses to customers so you could get rid of them AND now I have the chore of disposing of it for Walmart instead of them tossing these dead flowers away. For the Ten Mile Meridian ID store you can spend an hour on the phone and no one will answer your call. That includes the Auto Center. They don't even give out there number or offer their department as an option to transfer too. If you want to talk to the store manager you will die first before that ever happens. I wanted to confirm my $900 order had arrived at the store...silly me! They really don't care. The employees must be treaty so poorly there is no desire for them to care about the customers. No matter what time of day I come to this location ALL of the handicap parking is taken. As disabled, I cannot walk very far without loads of pain, so more often than not I have to keep coming back until I can find a reasonably close by parking spot. Sometimes it takes days if retuning at different times of the days. If I'm in need of something quickly, I just go to Albertsons or Target where there is always close by parking for disabled folks like me. read more

Today was one of those days... I work just down the road from the Walmart gas station and I forgot my lunch, so I only have a 30 min lunch. I decided to go to the Walmart gas station and get a sandwich or something. When I pulled up, I reached for my wallet and it was not there. I remember putting it inside my tool bag so I didn't have to carry it around the job site. I went inside because I still had my phone, I was going to use my Apple Pay. I asked the cashier and she said, nope and listed off all of the other ones that they accept. So I went back to my car and pulled change out and I ended up having enough for a sandwich. I was just frustrated because there are so many people out there who have iPhones. Why wouldn't Walmart want to change it up and add Apple Pay to be accepted. Just seems like it wouldn't be a hard choice. But I am sure there is a reason why they don't. read more

The self check out is a joke we had less than 10 items, we purchased t-shirts and alcohol. The t shirts did not have bar codes, so we had to type the number in, for 5 shirts, after every shirt we had to get an assistant approval. The assistants are all under 19 and could not help me with the alcohol. If you are going to make me scan my items at least leave adults to assist me! RIDICULOUS read more

Honestly we are not usually fans of Walmart as l they are usually dirty, cheap feeling and bad customer service. However , this Walmart is actually very nice. It's usually pretty clean, organized and usually good customer service but they could still be improved a little. We do 90% of our shopping at Walmart now and like that the prices are usually better than other stores. Sometimes they are out of stock of everything and that is annoying but when everything is in stock we don't really need to go to any other store. read more

I went in with my daughter looking for some socks as she needs some black knee high ones. We have already looked at two other stores in canyon county and they did not have any in black in stock. Upon finding the sock section this store was in the same situation. I asked an employee in the fitting room area as she asked me if I need help. I asked her if she could tell me if any of the local stores had any of that particular one in black In Stock anywhere else? She told me "we don't carry those in black!" Odd I thought as that is a pretty popular color. My daughter and I went back to check the section again and found a label for the same brand but BLACK in color on the wall of socks. I went again to the same associate, she then told me "They can't check stock like that!" Well why did she not tell me that in the first place instead of flat out LIE to a customer. Customer service in this world has gone in the crapper!!! I would shop at a store with great customer service for everything they carried even if I had to pay a little more. Extremely dissatisfied with their grocery pick up. They delayed my order pick up for almost 2hrs, and once I got the email to make my way over, they still were not ready. All the reserved pick up spots were full and 4 cars plus ours, was circling for over 10 min. We got a parking spot 4 slots away, and called 4 times to alert the associates that we were here. They only answered once and told me that they didn't know when my order would be ready and they couldn't give me any information why they were delayed. I called to speak to a manager and got passed along to different associates because the manager couldn't take my call and was told to wait patiently. With a car full of kids and trying to shop safely during a pandemic, I am beyond angry about the lack of communication and poor customer service. I do NOT recommend using Walmart pick up, and they have lost me as a customer. I will never shop at this location again and will advise neighbors and friends to avoid this location at all costs. read more

The facility is nice and clean but I have had multiple bad experiences here with either bad customer service or just no customer service at all. I'm just going to start by saying that I never write reviews but I'm so done with this store and I have to say something. I'm sure everyone who does their curbside pickup can agree. It is TERRIBLE every. single. time. and I have used this service once a week since COVID began. They just can not get their s*** together. I've tired placing my order at times where I think it should be very slow, I've tried placing smaller orders that aren't too complicated (no items that are not edible, only great value brands, packaged produce instead of handpicked items, etc.) NOTHING ever gets better. Random things are constantly "out of stock" when I go to pick up that my order is nearly cut in half. It's kind of a waste of time to even drive there since I'll have to reorder the next day for the things I actually need and didn't get and they will be in stock usually the next day...why? I don't know. I'm actually currently waiting on an order that was supposed to be ready between 3-4 pm and it is now well past 5:30pm and I still haven't received any info on my order. And I know when it is "ready" I'll wait in the parking lot for an hour once I get there and check in because they are so behind now. It happens all the time. But when an order is placed days, or at least a day - per the rule, in advance it's confusing to the average person why it's not ready 24 hours or more later... I appreciate the idea of this service being offered and I completely value that this is being done FOR me so I don't have to bring all of my children in a store with masks on. I know the kids that do the work are doing their best but I people NEED this new way of getting groceries and it's just not working at this location! We need this now more than ever and it's only getting busier so for them I hope they will figure it out. I personally will choose a different store or location that is farther away from where I live just to avoid this headache from happening every week. read more

Wanted a children's book and there just weren't many left. Along with a Birthday Present and the toy selection is minimal. AVOID THE SELF CHECK OUT!!! The self checkout scanners do not scan gift cards easily (customer service even admitted it) and the machine freezes if you enter more than a single bill (cash). The woman working the self checkout said that she can't enter gift cards manually by the card number (even though customer service said you can). The grocery pick-up service is awful. Their organization and supervision of this service seems to be non-existent. I arrived within 2 minutes of receiving the text that my order was ready for pick-up. No parking spaces were available for more than 5 minutes. When I called the number to inform them that I had arrived for a pick-up, the posted number went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I only saw two people delivering groceries and it was nearly 5 minutes between every trip to deliver someone's order. I decided to download the app to try to check in since no one was answering the phone. BTW, the voice message gives the number to call the main store. No one answered that phone either. I am embarrassed to say that I waited an HOUR and a HALF! When I finally got someone to answer the phone, they said I was 5th in line. Given that the workers were so slow in doing their job, I estimated another 25 minutes of waiting. No thanks. That is inexcusable. Time to see how Fred Meyer does with pick-up. read more

I came in to spend a good $500 or so on a PS4. Waited for about ten minutes and no greeted me or anything so I stopped someone for help. Guy said he would send someone with the keys. I went back over to the gaming systems, waited another 30 minutes and left. The entire time, 10-15 different employees walked by me and no one said a word to me.
