Vile Store, Even by Walmart's Low Standard! This is truly one of the most despicable Walmart stores, and it never gets better. Customer service is missing in action! Even the simplest things, like a return, or wrong charges during ring-ups, are a major issue, and may never get corrected. In fact, a defective pair of new Michelin tires purchased at the store's horrid tire center were never refunded, despite being defective when they were first installed. I had to replace them elsewhere at a total loss (over $300)! Just tonight, after being over-charged for an item, there was no apology, or desire to make the situation right. Instead, I was scolded for complaining about it. But I guess it's my fault for going back here. Never again! There's no standard for who manages the store, even at the district and regional level, as this store continues to be horribly run, and treat customers like dirt. Giving this Walmart your hard-earned money is not worth it. Target, or anywhere else, is a much safer bet. read more

Good deal on new tires. 40$ for Douglas will get you 45,000 miles which is even cheaper than some used offers in the area. Makes an easy decision for an upgrade. The service, however, is less than desirable. Waited over 2 hours for a simple tire change while noticing only one guy out of about 10 people was actually doing the work. There seemed to be a lot of floating workers throughout the store as I tried to keep myself busy by shopping the aisles. Most of them were huddled up talking in groups or just walking around aimlessly. Check out lines were low, but I happened to come on a dead Tuesday so that's not saying much. Just be careful when purchasing because although the product on shelves are neat, the price labels sometimes don't match the items they're in front. This unfortunately added unnecessary time and confusion to my trip with the extra step of walking to the price checker. read more

God forbid anyone answers the phone in any department there. It took my 4 calls and 45 mins to get someone to answer the phone in the deli department to take the order down, now that I have to cancel the order no one answers again. Guess no one will be picking up the order tomorrow morning and that's how they'll learn. Their customer service line also doesn't answer calls, and when they do they just send you right back to the deli department which doesn't answer calls to begin with. This wal mart is pretty cool. It's well-stocked, has great items, and sometimes has sweet clearance deals. The only downside is that during peak business hours, they tend to have a low amount of people staffing the cashiers. Like Saturday night? Anyone who lives around here and has visited this wal mart at that time will agree with me; the wait times are ridiculous.... However, most of the time they will have enough cashiers. But don't try to make a return here. I think this is a general wal-mart problem, not just this specific one: they will do anything to make you give up on your return. Why? Horrible customer service Why do you have to wait almost 2 hours to pick up my order. The phones at the store no one would pick up.

Prices are decent, but the employees aren't very nice and the wait is bad. I was shopping with some family here and my sister wanted to ask someone a question but we couldn't find anyone. Turned out at least 5 or 6 of them were gathered together in a circle chatting. When she tried to ask, they seemed to be angered at the thought of actually doing their jobs and helping customers rather than talking. Someone begrudgingly pointed us in the right direction eventually. DO NOT go here if you're in a hurry. You will never get out quickly. The lines are always incredibly long, especially on the weekends. I went in for 2 things once and waited on line for 10 minutes. Finally some people in front of me realized I only had a couple things and let me go in front of them. I still waited another 10 minutes after going in front of those 2 groups. Two or three times a year, I find myself in this godforsaken place, i'm not even sure how I got here... Damn, that's right, I needed dog food, reading glasses, coffee and a good scare to wake me up today. No better place to hit up than Walmart, where the only element scarier than the customers are the employees. Sullen, cranky and self absorbed, they careen down isles muttering to themselves and crashing into whatever is in their way... and that's the employees. Called the tire center, twice, with no answer. Called a third time and the man I spoke worth was so rude. Telling him what I need, he cuts me off and tells me they don't do alignments. I say, 'Okayyyy, well I still need these other things done.' I wasn't sure if my tire size so he tells me I need to find out and call him back soon, then he hung up on me. I call back with the size and he answers the phone again. No "Hello," no greeting... just, "We're helping another customer right now so you'll have to hold," and again hangs up on me. I'm on hold for 5 minutes before I've had enough. This man was so rude that I was already peru pissed off. So I hung up and took my business to Midas, where I dealt with a very nice man who had manners, knowledge, and great customer service skills. read more

This Wal-Mart is a trap! It's so big and has any and everything you could be looking for. I live in NYC but a few friends and I take a late night trip out here to stock up on food and toiletries. It's perfect to go to in the middle of the night because you don't get the crowds like in the day. The bad thing about going so late though is that we spend at least 3 hours just trying to make it through every aisle. Before you know it your cart is full and time has flown by. On 8/2/2017, my boyfriend & I were camping and ran to Walmart for a few things we needed. We were stalked and followed at this location. Every aisle we went down sure enough a Walmart employee was watching us all frowned up. We went to the clear other end of the store and they suddenly needed three staff and a manager in the camping area. I am sick of not being able to shop without someone in Walmart of all places trying to catch me stealing I guess. The Walmart itself is okay, the majority of the employees on the other hand, are not. They seem to be some very disgruntled, unhappy people. I wish I would have taken a photo of the people I spoke to this morning. Their faces looked as if they hadn't smiled in years. Two worked in the Tire & Lube department. One looked like he was in his twenties the other in his late sixties, and both looked miserable. No greeting, no introduction, no anything. I came in chirpy and was like "good morning, how are you?" and I got the -.- face lol. Maybe because it's a holiday (Memorial Day) and they were annoyed because they have to work? As for the store, it's a Walmart, nothing spectacular about it. I must have gone on a day that they needed to restock because the majority of the stuff I needed was MIA, so between that & the grumpy employees... it rates 3 stars in my book, and that's me being kind. I must say the girl at the counter, I checked out with up front was nice and even...wait for it...smiled =O and some others walking around were friendly. Most looked right through me, but the ones in Tire & Lube definitely need a hug or something. Update: the younger one was a little nicer when I was waiting for my car. Horrible customer service! We were in hurry and just quickly grabbed a FEW items but there was a line at checkout since there were just a few cashiers working (Sunday around 8 pm). I asked one of the supervisors to open "express checkout" since we just had like 5 items but they refused and suggested us to go "self checkout". However, there was a line there, too! We had to wait for 20 minutes for self checkout! And since we were buying wine, the cashier assistance was needed even at self checkout, the cashier arrived at 5 minutes, scanned the wine's barcode 2 times and didn't even notice that, so we paid! Then they asked us to wait for customer service! So we had to buy another bottle in order go earlier ! This is very bad for walmart's reputation. Definitely not coming back read more

I've been to this location so many times when we drive up from the Bronx, at first it was always clean and pretty empty considering we always get there after 11pm. But lately, I've noticed that the bathrooms have been filthy and the store itself has been disorganized. I'm disappointed and annoyed because we drive an hour up for this and its a great escape from the boroughs. But someone needs to get their act together and get the store back to its clean and calm ways asap. read more

This is directed towards the auto/tire center. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. So I ordered 4 tires and scheduled them to be shipped to the store so I can pick them up. I planned to have them mounted and balanced to the new wheels I recently bought so I could just get them all done together. When they came I drove over there to go through with my plan but upon arriving at the auto center desk I waited 20 minutes just to talk to somebody and just to be told I'd have to wait again. Okay no big deal I didn't care I was excited to get my tires mounted, but the other FOUR customers weren't too happy about waiting. Unfortunately the guys working in the shop are completely incompetent and clearly have no form of training. Long story short they ruined one of the tires because the new wheels I bought have a deep lip and they failed to mount them properly. They attempted to mount them from the rim face when you're actually supposed to mount them from the back. Spend the extra money and pay a legitimate shop to work on anything auto related. read more

I am very disappointed in the Walmart+ service. I placed my first order for delivery on 10/25/20. When my order was delivered they seemed to have left all refrigerated items at the store- they were not delivered but I was charged for them. I reached out to Walmart customer service and was told that my items would be refunded but they would not be able to redeliver the items because it was less than the $35 minimum purchase. My options were to either go to the store and shop for the refrigerated items in person or place another order over $35 to have the items qualify for delivery. I explained to the customer service representative that I ordered all of my needed items for the week in one order so I did not have the need to place a second $35 order. They were unable to offer me any solution to this issue. On 10/26/20 I placed a second order for delivery as I needed my refrigerated items and was unwilling to go to the store during the COVID-19 pandemic. The order delivered on 10/26/20 was also missing items! I once again contacted customer service. They refunded the missing items but were not able to help me obtain the missing items. Today, 11/11/20, I placed another order for delivery. When my delivery failed to show up at all I once again reached out to Walmart customer service. While I was on the phone waiting on hold with Walmart I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. It was not going to be delivered at all and I wasn't notified until 2 hours after it was supposed to arrive. I called the store who was supposed to deliver in hopes of speaking to a manger however the phone just rings and rings and is not answered with no option to leave a message. This is a service I wouldn't recommend anyone pay for. How am I paying for a delivery service that cannot get a delivery right? If you are not prepared and equipped to offer a delivery service then don't do it- I was relying on my grocery delivery to keep me from having to go to the store during COVID and have my family fed. After three failed deliveries- I'm done. You know what they say- if you want something done right, do it yourself. Sadly Walmart+ has proved this to be true. Walmart+ is charging for an inadequate, unreliable service and does not have a way of resolving customer issues resulting in them being hung out to dry and better off going to the store on their own. read more
