At approximately 9:32 p.m., we were selecting our final items and were preparing to proceed to the cashier. At that moment, the store manager, Irene, approached us and stated that the store was closed. I acknowledged this and responded that we were simply finishing our last selection and would head to the register immediately. Despite this, Irene responded firmly with, "No. You need to go to the front of the store now. We are closed." In my experience as a frequent customer at this location and others, it is customary for stores to make a closing announcement over the intercom and allow customers already inside a brief grace period (typically 10-15 minutes to complete their purchases). This did not occur. If this location is so adamant about their closing procedures, then the door should have been closed prior to 9:30PM and/or Irene should have stood at the entrance informing ALL customers that they are no longer allowed to enter the store. However, given we had entered prior to closing time, we should have been granted the courtesy of at least 5 minutes. Instead, we were abruptly instructed to stop shopping and proceed immediately to the front. While I fully respect store closing procedures and employees' time, the manner in which this was handled felt unnecessarily dismissive and confrontational. Being spoken to in such a forceful way, especially after acknowledging the request, was disappointing and triggering and did not align with the level of customer service I have come to expect from TJ Maxx.

Shopping carts in parking lot all over the place. Huge pot holes in parking lot. In and out in 5 minutes. Bought nothing. Not worth the drive. Very disappointed. Most T J Maxx are very similar.

Went here for the 2nd time on Saturday November 23rd 2024 with my mom to look for a coat for moi!…read moreFor a saturday, the store was awfully messy and while looking at coats, they were not hanged up properly and made it hard to see the rack, plus browse. Despite the mess, i found 2 coats that i liked, one was a burgendy one, and another was a black one with a pinstripe pattern for special events like thanksgiving or a party. I ended up buying the black one with the pinstripe pattern, as for an everyday coat, i was looking for more of a red. We also looked around the store, and didn't really find much of anything. Went to the cashier, and waited in line for a bit. Finally got served by a Cashier and paid for my coat, and the total was 36.43, which really isn't bad! Paid via credit card, and went on my merry way. Hope to be back soon!

Store was very organized, and had lots of summer stuff, too! Went directly to look where the bags were, and found some blue tissue paper. There was 15 pieces all together, and it was cheap, only $1.50. Also looked at the candy, and was happy to find some Harry Potter candy there- like chocolate frogs and the bertie bott beans. They had lots of candy, but i didn't purchase any. Glad to find them tho as a Harry Potter Fan. Anyways. went to the register, the girl helped me at the checkout, where i paid for my tissue paper with cash. Felt like i really belonged, as the girl was very pleasant too. My partner decided to take me on a mini shopping spree for my birthday. We come here at least twice…read morea year, and this time we went to the On Clouds store (which honestly I didn't know they opened so I was pleasantly surprised, and excited to see all the merchandise in person). After circling around the parking lot for a few monies, we decided to park in the special gated area, and paid a few bucks for a spot. There is a parking garage, but my partner has a box on his SUV making it too high to enter. The lots outside the stores are PACKED. There is also a bigger lot behind the stores, but that requires a lot of walking. The store complex is huge and even has a name. We usually choose one section to go to and stay around there - we are not big shoppers as some people that go there. We just usually just make our rounds around our favorite stores, and whatever else we decide to check out. There are food stands spread around the complex where you can get sweets and beverages. A huge building with management office, guest services and various food chains stands somewhere in the complex. I got Jersey Mike's and Pink berry for dessert. My partner opted to try chicken and fries from the Melt Shop. Overall the food choices are solid, I'd say. Something for everyone. It is always a fun little escape to go to a mini town full of shops. Many are outlets - which means cheaper prices than you would find in a regular store. It is a dangerous adventure since we always drop a few hundreds when we go thus why we don't go often. There isn't much that surrounds Woodbury Commons to explore, so when you decide to go make sure you put aside at least half to a full day for just walking around.

The outlet has all popular luxury brands like Prada, YSL, Alexander Mcqueen, Kate Spade, Coach, Gucci, Versace, CK, Armani and many more. All other popular retail brands like Gap, Old Navy, Express, F21, Tommy Hilfiger, A&F, Nike, Adidas, are available too. All stores do lots of good deals and discounts. It's a full day trip cover the whole area. Really worth taking the trip.

The staff are awesome and are always answering questions or running into the back to retrieve a size that can't be found in the store. They offer you water which is a really nice touch. There are so many great deals to be had. I purchased so much stuff and really took advantage of their sales. The t-shirts are so unbelievably soft and were 40% off. You can't go wrong with that!
