Wanted to buy some Well water. Should have gone to Wellmart. This Walmart is pretty good. They didn't really have any good clothes for me, but they did have the hair products that I wanted and their bananas were okay. They don't sell chocolate milk (by Almond Breeze) which is annoying, most Walmarts do. But not this one. Not the Almond kind that I get anyway. I appreciate that they were open 24 hours and they are fairly easy to get to off the highway. I didn't feel safe enough in the parking lot to sleep there, so I drove to Love's instead. Since it is in Moore I'd like to say more but I'm not going to say more because I can't think of any more to say about this Walmart in Moore, so if there's nothing more, I'm off to Moore to meet Roger Moore and Mandy Moore. ATTENTION EVERYONE DANGER!!!!! Stay away from Wal-Mart Super Center 501 SW 19th Moore Ok is extremely crooked. I went to this Wal-Mart even after I was told about similar incidences that had happened to other people. So I spent 30 to 45 minutes walking around and shopping and then went up to check out. My total came to $200.03, so I paid with a credit card. Then I had to call for help because the register showed that I did not pay, but my card showed pending payment and a message that the transaction was approved. The manager on duty came over and basically told me that I had to pay again or I could not get the merchandise. I then showed him that it was paid for, but he still refused to help unless I paid for the transaction a second time. So I left and called the credit card company and told me that Wal-Mart had to reverse the transaction. So I called the store and talked to the same manager for him to tell me I was screwed and if I didn't like it to bad. I can tell you this I personally know 6 other people who have had similar issues. So I would advise anyone and everyone to shop at any store other than this Wal-Mart Super Center in Moore Ok. Here is an up date on this review. The credit card company said they can see where there was a couple charges of $200.03 denied, then there was a couple of charges for $240.03 denied, and then today they are disputing a charge for $260.03. Then I was able to go and buy the same item for $30.00 cheaper then what Walmart had it for. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WALMART FOR TIRES!!! Any reputible tire shope when you purchase a road hazard plan on a tire when it needs to be replaced you pay for road hazard on the new tire and there is no other charges. We are basically paying full tire price plus they want to charge you balancing again even though its lifetime, and road hazard again when you replace one. The manager in the automotive center is a douchebag his attitutde and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I work elsewhere in the automotive business and this man should not be employed in any way, shape, or form. This Walmart Supercenter pretty much has it all. 1) A massive parking lot (you'll probably have to walk a pretty sizable distance to get inside...so bring some comfortable shoes! I don't mind the walk though.) 2) Large garden center with tons of plants and everything you could possibly want/need that's outdoors related. 3) Huge grocery section that's always well-stocked. (People are always complaining that Walmarts don't keep the shelves stocked...not the case!) 4) Convenient automotive area/TLE center. 5) Tons of employees and cashiers on hand at all times. If the registers are full then I'd suggest that you wait a few more minutes to checkout or just go through one of 12 super convenient self-checkout lanes. (The employees monitoring this area are always friendly and helpful if you need them.) Not a whole lot to complain about. I mean this whole area in Moore is almost always terribly busy so it wouldn't make sense to complain about that. The neighborhood Walmarts around here are more conveniently located to chez moi so I only go to this location when I'm in the area or need a ton of stuff! read more

I deliver Walmart orders. I have currently been waiting well over an hour for the orders. I just received the first order when I asked about the second, the associate told me they would check on it. When she exited, she had another order and ignored me. I called and was told that the order was "still being shopped. Not given any information on its completion. The customers are upset at me for the late deliveries. I have no information to give them. I got two bad reviews because of this, and lose my incentive pay. Their grocery app selection is getting bad for this particular location. For over 3 yrs I've been doing pickup from this store. But in 3 yrs, they had refused to add any new food products to the system nor have they gone back and added items I personally know that store to carry but they don't have in the system. Take Blue Bell Ice Cream as an example. I know this store carries every single flavor in the 1/2 gal and pints. Yet the online grocery has at most 3 of the 1/2 gal and 1-2 pints. I understand shortages at the start of the pandemic in 2020, but it's getting ridiculous right now. Jack's Cheese Pizza has been "Out of Stock" for 18 months now. Mrs Dash Extra Spicy is the same. Now I'm told that Wal-Mart as a whole is no longer going to carry those 2 items. Not going to carry a major brand name cheese pizza? Seriously? And Mrs Dash's Extra Spicy is one of their top sellers. Someone's lying here. Lots of items I've bought through the site the last 3 yrs are now either just up and disappearing with no explanation or are now being marked as "Not available for curbside". I'm almost at the point to where I'm going to show up with a barbed wire wrapped bat and sit in someone's office until these questions are answered to my satisfaction and missing items added to the system. read more

People are nice but prices are almost never better than surrounding grocers like they claim. Aisles are too narrow for the amount of people that shop there. Parking lot is always kind of gross. They have visible rat traps all around the building which kind of makes me vomit. The rat traps have completely made me stop buying food from the deli or anything not pre-packaged. Also, customer service could be a LOT better. I only shop here when crest is too far out of the way or I need something in a hurry and Aldi is closed. I will literally go anywhere but here. Stay away from this Walmart automotive department. The people that were responsible for this non professional experience. Was Manager Larry who didn't really fight to help me but they what his staff said. Will was customer service who started off passive aggressive and then turn into a denier, however these two gentlemen pale in comparison to Emily the supposedly tech. These employees made my morning horrible!!!! I went in for tire and oil change on my car pass model Mercedes. They refuse to prorate tired based in illogic. Next they were going to change my oil but after an hour the came back and said they didn't have the right filter. Next I was looking for the lugs to my Mercedes and had to drive all the way back there only to find that they had wrapped them in white plastic material. So, when I went back they never said it was in something they just said them on the sit! Duh!! How would I know to look in that wrapping paper. So listen don't go here! This Walmart consistently proves themselves to be worst at customer service. From the associates to the manager (Mike). I work for a school district so we do not deal with cash for purchase. Every time I go in to buy gift cards for our employee incentives, there is always drama. They tell me that the purchase of gift cards may only be made with cash or a debit card. I've provided identification etc. The purchase of our incentives have been going on for 10 years at this store and there is always a problem. This time they refused to sell any. I understand gift cards are tricky with the fraud etc. But, I've had proper identification and our school is a well know partner in the community. This is strictly for Walmart Grocery. 'REALEASY' code to get $10 off $50 your first order. I downloaded the app and placed my order late last night. I reserved a time slot for 12-1pm and I got a call at 11:40ish and they left a voicemail to let me know that my order was ready for pick up. I called back to give my 10 min notice. I parked on the west side in the designated Walmart Grocery parking, they had multiple signs directing you were to park regardless of which entrance you come through which was nice. They asked for my name, and the employee came out with a flatbed type cart with the groceries I ordered. He also said there were a few substitutions which i was totally ok with. They didn't have GV brand chocolate chips so I got toll house brand at the same price, same thing with some cherry tomatoes I ordered. Overall I'd def use Walmart grocery again! read more

I just don't like this Wal-Mart. They get 2 stars for their lower prices. However, sometimes I would rather pay more than go here. When your parking lot is packed full, and you are about at capacity for fire hazard...its one to open a 4th register. Idk what it is with this store and lack of cashiers. If they would take the dude from electronics who is accosting you about credit cards and throw him on register 5, that'd be cool. Also the automotive department...oh. My. Word. I have never waited so long to have an oil change. Always crazy busy but I guess you can't expect much from walmart. There are a lot of rude associates there as well. Another thing that bugs me is how management can't be cohesive on rules like what they can and can't do. For example, when they were out of a big bag of dog food, for a while I might add, I asked to get two small for the price of the big especially since it was the same amount. The first 2 times they did it, 3rd time they said they aren't allowed to. Ok so which is it? And if you aren't allowed to that's fine but try to keep more in stock. read more

This review is strictly for the tire center. Today I was getting my oil changed. From 3:30-5pm to be exact (notice how long this took and there wasn't a line. Not too upset, just yet.) During my 90 minute wait an elderly lady had a few simple questions to ask the black lady working the cash register. I have never seen someone that works in "customer service" be so rude to anyone. I'm amazed she works there and even more amazed the person who trained her works there. Her tone, choice of words and just everything about how she treated that poor woman made me never want to go to this wal mart again. After she treated the customer like garbage, her and the mechanics proceeded to make fun of this lady when she walked away. IN FRONT OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. I had my daughters ears pierced at this walmart this evening. I was VERY apprehensive, but for time reasons, we (she) couldn't wait until we could get to the mall this weekend. So this was our option and I knew it would be really inexpensive as well. Still, I was nervous, and hopeful that we wouldn't get someone that has never done this before. Youtube is no help, those are horror stories! I was so happy and surprised to find a very sweet and helpful young lady (her name was Jodeci) that was so great with my daughter. She was really calm and talked to my 8 year old about what to do and how to take care of them. She was just as excited as my daughter was and just really sweet and helpful. Thank you so much! This is actually about an online order that was to be picked up at the Moore Walmart. Ordered a memory foam mattress on august 6th, and it would be available for pick up on august 8th. Went to Walmart to pick it up and was first told it was still on the truck waiting to be unloaded. Waited for 30 minutes then went to check on it and was told it was in Texas and wouldn't be here until today august 14th. Called to check if it was ready and was told it was on the truck and would get unloaded at 3:00p.m. Called back at 5:30 p.m. Was told they didn't have anything yet so I called the 800 number and was told it was still in Texas and scheduled to be delivered. This was the first and will be the last time I order anything from Walmart online. read more

I went in for a return and the lady in customer service was literally talking badly about customers while talking to I assume another employee who was off the clock. Then the older woman proceeded to go on to TRY to say they couldn't do my return because they didn't have the merchandise, then saying I needed to go to the location I purchased the item at, and tried also acting as though my receipt was too old and that's rather odd to me considering it hadn't hit 60 days and they honor them up to 90 days... following this experience I decided to go to the Walmart in Norman for my exchange and groceries. The Norman location customer service manager took care of my exchange in a speedily fashion. Now my husband will take the $1200 we spend monthly at this Walmart to our local target. I know my $1200 won't make such a drastic difference but I hope my review influences you to not go to this Walmart. I would go to the one in Norman for groceries but it's simply too far away. Hopefully karma doesn't come back around to that old woman because what she was putting out isn't something she would want back. read more
