Well, for starters the employees are unprofessional and overall ignorant. I went in there to buy a few things and for some reason the self checkout kiosks weren't open at the time and I didn't know that and one of the employees shouted at me and told me to go to one of the aisles. Secondly, they never have anything I need whenever I go in there. They're always out of infant water I need for my kid, and there is a specific brand of gas drops that my kid needs and Walmart only carries one brand and they don't work. This Walmart is huge! And their parking lot is very spacious. I went to buy a few things for Thanksgiving and was able to find everything easily. Since it is a Supercenter, they also offers a great selection of grocery and fresh produce. read more

So let's just start from the beggining, I go into Walmart sick, last month I had a really bad traffic ticket where they took my license from me, legally I carry my traffic ticket because that represents my license, that is my license until my case is closed, I had that and also a picture of my official license including my picture and DOB. Orlando is a manager at Walmart who obviously does not have very much common sense! When I went in to buy medicine he would not allow me due to "store policy" as if employees in the store have not sold medicine to me before as I am 18 years old and that is the law, I did not have my license even available, I understand what the rule book says, but if u cannot learn to compensate as a manager then you should not be in the retail buisiness, Orlando was not helpful and neither were the associates working at the service center or the woman who made my day so much more difficult by telling me she could not take either of my proof of age, this is the worst Walmart I have ever been to, and I know you all would agree that if an 18 year old can have a gun, and live on their own they should also be able to purchase medicine through a store regardless of their legal situation(s) read more

Sandra that works the tire counter is incompetent and I think slightly losing it. She harassed me from the time I walked in about how long it took me to get there after I called. I checked my phone and it was 9 minutes from the time I hung up till arrival. Then she took so long to enter my info into the computer that 2 more customers were checked in and put in line in front of me by another associate. The techs were great and did a good job. Then when it was time to leave i asked if I could pay as they were wrapping up on my car. She said "no I need the paperwork" and then left the department all together. One of the techs had to check me out. She needs to go, I will never go there again if she is behind the counter. Other than her, they do good work, but she ruins the whole thing. read more

We've been going to this Walmart for a long time. Better than most Walmart's. But today we went there, the cashier for the electronics was pretty rude and didn't know what to do with the credit card. Made me insert the card around 8 times before it finally went through. Then when we went to check out, the cashier overall was really snotty and ignorant. We had a gift card and it wouldn't go through and she told us to go get the manager or whatever person's attention because they were working on the returns station. Tried one of our cards and it supposedly shut it down. Had to use another card. Awful. read more

Shopped at Walmart last Sunday evening. Numerous out of stock areas on the shelves. Many spots missing product that I wanted but forced to pick another option due to lack of filling their shelves. I was 30 weeks PREGNANT doing my grocery shopping in the freezer isle and the worker was putting stuff away I was at the door about to grab something and the worker behind me flew the door wide open behind me hitting me really hard in my back and he didn't even acknowledge me or my presence and acted like I was in his way. HE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ME!!He's almost hit me again on two other occasions. When I told the manager she didn't do anything at all. I was so angry just because I was pregnant and it could have really hurt my baby. ANOTHER TIME ON A FEE OCCURRENCES the girl in self checkout made me so beyond embarrassed when I asked her to remove an item because I realized it wasn't the right one she yelled so loud "don't have enough money?" I was humiliated and when I screamed back at her that it was the wrong one all she said was "oh" another time their rinky dink card readers weren't reading my card and she asked again very loud "are you sure you have money on your card?" Again humiliated in front of a very long line of customers. read more

So tired of overpaying for services i dont get. Oil change. Thats all i wanted. A two and a half hour wait. Was i told? Well i was told an hour and a half. I called the dealership bc i was told by walmart staff my truck needs synthetic oil. They verified that but said it would b under the 6 quarts included in the $45 price tag. Whatever. So i waited and waited and two and a half hours later they say im done. I go up to pay. Oh! It took 6.4 quarts-thats an extra $8...i asked where they got that info. I was told by the manager " Pennzoil". Defeated I went to my car. Where I noticed that they hadn't bothered to remove the old oil change sticker, nor replace it with a new oil change sticker, nor vacuum my vehicle which is supposed to be included in the now $53 oil change that I had to get. Did I mention that my car didn't even need an oil change? Because when they told me it takes synthetic they also informed me that I only have to change my oil every 6000 miles. I didn't know at the time that the mileage was only showing 4000 from the last change. So why is it that the new sticker in my car that they put in after they vacuumed and while I was writing this review says that I need to get my oil changed again in 3000 miles?! Was i lied to?! Since the receipt that they gave me said that they vacuumed my car I'm just going to assume that the answer to that is yes and from now on my car is going to the dealership for an oil change which they just told me would have cost $45. Auto Center- They tell me it will be 30 minutes for an.oil change. Standing there waiting at 45 minutes they ask how to remove the bottom cover to gain access to the oil drain. Needless to say the 30 minutes not, now looking at over an hour. If I knew they did not know how to change oil on a 2014 Ford Fusion I would have taken it some place that know what they were doing. I am far from satisfied with the competence of the staffing in this store after the ordeal I was unnecessarily put through because someone working there thought they knew best and decided to "FLAG" me so that I could not receive or send funds to my family & friends. I am an ex-employee with Walmart in the Management Field and this by no means is how one follows proto call. This all started when my sister tried to send me funds from this store to North Carolina where I am currently working. With my position and the company I work for I need to travel throughout the United States & Canada. I have wired funds to my sons & daughters and other family members who may have needed it ASAP many times without ANY issues what so ever. I than have just spoken with "Michelle" & "Jerimah" at the Walmart Call Center located in Bentionsville, AR (THE MAIN HEADQUARTERS) PHONE: 855-355-2144 in order to have myself "unflagged" and they will give you the run around stating they must speak with the person who sent me funds to clear my name. All because of one of their employees behind the counter decided to pull this little stunt. So warning to all out there; DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM AT THIS STORE. They have no clue on what they are doing. Walmart Management Teams: You need to provide ACTUAL hands on training with your employees. I should know since I used to be one who did travel and train employees. You are failing your public and I for one will no longer be needing your services for anything.! read more

I have been using Walmart.com for years because prices are good and i can have products, especially food, sent to my home as I am disabled can't go to the local Walmart store. I've had a few problems in the past with their website wherein I could not place orders and I had to wait twice for a week or so until my usage was restored. Seven days ago, I could not purchase 24 cans of La Choy bean sprouts using my account. The site said "this product could not be shipped to my zip code." I reached customer service, received little help, finally insisting I speak to a manager. After a long wait I was transferred to Walmart.Canada, to a French speaking lady, with little help & then to a person in Manilla Philippines who could not understand my problem and finally to the to supervisor, who tried to help, to no avail. I've called 4 successive, told tht it would be corrected, was sent an email, but nothing was corrected. I also tried to buy Gillette razors two days ago, but the site says that they cannot be shipped to the store or to my home in my zip code. My order was about $150.00 but I can place only $77.00 of the amount, with no help in sight. I'm disgusted with Walmart.com which not as well operated as Walmart Corp. Walmart my be trying to complete with Amazon, but the have miles to go. Most people I spoke are dopey, not helpful or don't know what to do to help. Even if I overlooked all these setbacks, there appears to be not help on the horizon. read more
