The customer service in the back of the deli was great. That was my first time going there today and I decided to get me some fried chicken and macaroni and cheese. The fried chicken sucked so did the macaroni and cheese. The chicken taste like something that was frozen and heat it not fry it in the macaroni and cheese look good with tasteless. I ate a little for lunch. I saved some for that evening, so I decided to add some spices and extra cheese to my macaroni and cheese that was left upon eating it. I thought it was the cheese and it was a long string of curly black hair that didn't belong to Me. I recall the lady going to the back the one that wasn't waiting on me saying that she will get the macaroni and cheese. Did she pull a string her hair out and put it in there while she was back there? I had to throw my food away if I ever go back, it will definitely be the rotisserie chicken Hot off the grill when I see them cooking it. Always had issues at Walmart from running out of products, to sticky floors in the jello aisle, to unmaintained restrooms. But every time Gail Lewis was always around and she made me as a customer the top priority, she scrubbed the bathrooms so I could use it, she stocked the shelves so I could shop and she cleaned the aisles like it was her own home. She's a miracle worker and the only reason I shop at Walmart. Give her a raise! read more

This Walmart location is not to bad at all, the isles were well kept and organized, fresh fruits and vegetables, definitely have a large selection in their inventory no matter what department, employees are average at best, overall shopping experience was not bad at all and no complaints on my end. read more

Visiting Morris, Illinois for my first Thanksgiving with my grandparents was memorable, we went to Walmart to get a turkey but there was no turkey's left we fought aggressively for the last turkey but ultimately lost but Despite the initial disappointment of finding no turkeys and losing the fight, Gail Lewis, a dedicated employee, came to the rescue, ensuring we didn't leave empty-handed. Me and a few friends recently visited this store. This Walmart in my opinion is an older store and definitely feels outdated inside. They're outdoor department is quite expensive too. Guests and staff here are definitely really friendly. It's got less amenities than the more metro area Walmarts but lm satisfied with what it has to offer. read more

I was humiliated beyond belief! I was at the self checkout & honestly made a mistake & missed paying for my toothpaste and yogurt. Mind you I spent close to $200! Don't think I would have stolen $4.50 of product and broke my bank. I told the girl there I was sorry, honest mistake, turned right around and payed for it. (Haven't even left the checkout station) She then wanted my receipt & went through every item in my bags to make sure it was on the receipt EVERY single item! I was so embarrassed that I had to go through this in front of other customers. I told her that I wasn't a thief, it was an honest mistake. She then said "I'm not calling you a thief!" Orlando, the manager of this business, refused to take my photo ID off of my phone for me to buy cough syrup. I just got pulled over and got my license taken away and my LEGAL license is my ticket currently until I get it back. He was VERY VERY rude to my boyfriend and I and kicked us out, called the cops on us, and created a scene in his store. He followed us outside with being on the cops as we were leaving the store. If this is someone who's running a world wide store, that's very very disappointing. Of course you are going to have upset customers when IM DYING OF A COLD!!!! I IMMEDIATELY went to Walgreens and they sold me it instantly!!!!! Orlando is a horrible manager, doesn't have any customer service skills, doesn't know how to maintain a good relationship with his buyers, and harassed us with following us outside. Ive been to many Walmart's during my lifetime, and the very second I walked into this Walmart I immediately knew this experience would be different than the others. As soon as I walked in, there was a big bright smile greeting me at the door. She got my shopping cart for me and helped me pick out the new trendy electronics for my children for Christmas. The woman named Gail Lewis made my experience 1000x better than any other Walmart I have ever been to. There was an altercation at the Walmart, however, Gail Lewis handled it like a pro! Orlando the manager of this store, is very unprofessional. My cousin was a retail manager for two years and never once did she make a customer feel as disrespected as Orlando did to my cousin! He refused to fix the problem of her buying medicine, and instead just resorted to being rude to her while she was sicker than a dog. Worst Walmart ever!!! I took my car in for two new tires to be put on the front end of my vehicle. Told me it would be hour and half to two hours. I waited in store for my vehicle to be done. When I received my vehicle back my driver's window was broken. Which they didn't tell me. They refuse to pay for it to be replaced. And will not show me the videos of how it happened. This Walmart is by far better than the one on route 52 in Joliet, so I try to go here when I am in Morris. Staff, for the most part, are helpful; however, most of your older staff are much better at their jobs than a large portion of the younger workers. Walmart needs to teach the younger generation that they are actually working in the service industry. It is sometimes difficult to find a sales associate but thankfully they have scanners in various aisles. I do not blame workers for Walmart understaffing their stores. read more
