I like this Walmart better than the one on Reno. This store is a whole lot cleaner. The shelves are always stocked. Yes sometimes the Reno store has items the Mustang store doesn't have. No biggie. Customer service just depends on how you look at it. I went in and was passing down the fragrance aisle and noticed that they sold dossier fragrance. Not something I'd buy, but I always see promotions for it on their website and advertised on the internet. So I was curious.... My wife said go find someone to help us. Now when you walk into Walmart there is always an employee walking around or stocking, but when I went to find help for the fragrance cabinet no one was around. So not long after I found an employee. An older gentleman who was willing to help. He even took time out of his hectic morning to answer all my questions. I was curious about the fragrance and wanted some answers. I was checking out this evening and I noticed a female employee who thinks she is a man come out of the front men's restroom. shortly after 2 young boys walked out of the bathroom with puzzled looks on there face. I understand times have changed but it shouldn't be pushed on young children. this person was obviously a woman given all of her bodily features. I can see a lawsuit in Walmarts future if they don't get a handle on this. if the tables were turned and a very obvious man in a dress identifying as a woman walked out of the women's restroom and 2 young girls walked out with puzzled looks on there face the police would have been called immediately. identify how ever you want. but biologically if you were born a female use the womens bathroom. if you were born male use the men's restroom. read more

Walmart Supercenter, my siblings and I came here to pickup some ingredients for supper and some light snacking later on. We got some chips, avocados, hamburger meat and beef hot dogs as well and buns for both. This store was very clean well organized and staff are very friendly. I was struggling to check out when a young, handsome, smart man named Brody decided to come to the rescue. he lead me to his register and started scanning the items in my cart upper fast, and he was bagging everything in an extraordinarily organized manner. I tried to give him a genius tip, but he declined saying "i am very sorry madam but it is store policy that I cannot receive tips of any kind, but even if I could, I would not take it". all in all, he was the best cashier I have ever been helped by, and he was even kind enough to walk me to me car. Tried getting in touch with electronics to check availability and was transferred 4 times on hold for a total of 15 minutes and no one answered. The lady at the front who answered and kept transferring me was very polite and it wasn't her fault at all. I am upset because I asked to be transferred to the manager and the manager didn't pick up either. How is there not a single employee in electronics?? Why can't a manager take a call in their office? Upsetting. I used to always be able to call and get help when I called in. Now every Walmart is a struggle. read more

I do a grocery order every 2 weeks. I had a stroke and depend on family for pickup. I usually check every item on the order at home. This time I didn't and it bit me in the butt. At pick up they said they had no Dr Pepper so questioned it and they found some. Get home I didn't receive $55 of meat and dairy. Tried to call the store someone pickup and puts it on hold and doesn't come back. Tried customer service online and had to make them call me. Even then they barely understood me. Took about 20 minutes getting him to process refund and it still isn't correct. Just fed up. read more

I will never shop at this Walmart again after today. I only went for a few items and ended up spending an hour and a half trying to maneuver through the employees restocking. Why don't they do this overnight when no customers are there. They are in your way and are so rude, they do not move when they see you needing something in the area they are in. I also seen two managers just standing there not moving . There were so many upset customers and most of the aisles were bare. It makes no sense. One employee saw us and 3 other customers trying to get down the isle and continues to do whatever on her phone and just stand there with her giant cart blocking the way. Do not shop the mustang Walmart unless you're looking for rude unfriendly or in knowledgeable employees, a phone that rings continuously when calling then automatically disconnects you, pickers expect you to get out of their way and nudge you out with their huge carts if you don't move and crash into you when turning a corner, waiting up to four days for a delivery that never comes then having to cancel and re-order again and waiting an hour to buy your items at the store with only two full service registers where the employees barely acknowledge your existence read more

The store is dirty and not restocked. The bathroom was not clean and the floors throughout was nasty. I don't understand why they haven't opened back up to 24 hours, didn't they decide to close early to get aisles restocked & the stores cleaned. Crest is clean and the aisles are stocked. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. Worst customer experience EVER! I came in for one simple item. EOS medicated chapstick. That is something every store should have. Little did I know I had to jump through hoops just to find the chapstick which I come to find scattered through the entire store. When I asked for help from the employees all they did was stare at me like I was an idiot and said "I don't know. You'll have to look though the isles." Then proceeded to go back to just standing there doing nothing. I asked THREE different employees for help and they all just stared at me like im an idiot. I'm NEVER shopping at Walmart ever again. We love the pick up service and the place is always clean. The deli needs help with maybe a larger meat selection but overall, great place.

The pick up service is absolutely fabulous. I pick up for a client thru my job and the guys and gals that bring her groceries to my car and the sweet people you'd ever meet. It was a little rough at the start but now it's amazing. I pull up, type in her order number or I can type in a name. It tell me where to pull up to then the people (who are super sweet) bring the groceries out, ask for a signature then they load the groceries into the car. read more

I don't normally shop at Walmart, but I'm really enjoying the convenience of grocery pickup. After pulling up to the kiosk you are directed to a bay where you wait in your vehicle while employees bring your order out to you and load them in your car. You never even get out. If they are out of stock on something ordered they usually have a substitution to offer you. If you don't want the substitution they take it off of your order. I understand any store is not perfect. It is staffed by people who have good and bad days just like everyone else. The people at Walmart do a great job especially so since this Covid scare. Anyway I am writing to thank Cassandra in the bakery for the superb job she did on the two birthday cakes we ordered for our girl's 16th birthday. They were absolutely beautiful. You could tell she paid special attention to every detail and put a lot of effort and care into them. The girls loved them. My wife and daughter went into the store to grab a few items. When they arrived at the front ready to check out my nine year old daughter needed to use the restroom. My wife was at the check out directly in front of the lady's room, she told her to go head I'm right here. A few minutes later my wife see an elderly man walk out of the lady's room, and as you can imagine my wife goes into momma bear mode. The staff along with the managers showed no urgency, I went into the store after my wife came back out to the truck and asked if they had caught this man. I was told "well sir there's not much we can do we think he's still in the store but we aren't sure". So I went looking and I found the him, when I approached him a manager named Branson was close by, he again acted as if this wasn't a big deal. The police came and I had to leave, I new I couldn't control myself any longer. The man was older and did not speak English but the lady with him did. She said he had no idea but who knows. My daughter told me this man never said a word to her or touched her we are thankful of that. The reason for this post was to let everyone know how I feel about this store and the managers that run it. They obviously don't care about your child's safety so parents keep an eye out and don't let your guard down !!! read more

So I ordered some tires from Walmart.com and had them shipped to this store because it was close to my work and they had a tire shop. I go to get the tires put on and at first one of the guys said they would have to check my wheels to see if they could put the tires on the wheel. I have aftermarket wheels so he warned me that they might get scratched up. When I asked why it is because the machine is old is what the girl told me. I said I will take the chance because I already have some scratches so not a big deal. I check in and go into the store to walk around and wait. I get called back to the tire place and they say they won't put them on because they are more than 6% over stock. My stock wheels and tires were 17" and these are 20". So an hour wasted and no tires put on. Didn't seem like they wanted to do them anyways. Why does it matter what the original tire size was anyways? Never going to go back to a Walmart service center for even as much as a battery. read more

I order an item online and paid to have it sent to the store faster than regular shipping and needed it by a specific date. (I wanted it to go to the store so it wouldn't get stolen off my porch while I was away at work.) I had to have this item today 6/23/16. I have been tracking it all morning with the FedEx code I got so I know when to leave and go get it. Well it said the business was closed and package would be sent the next day. This Walmart NEVER closes. So I called their store to inquire about my package. The lady told me it wasn't there yet. I then explained what fedex's account is showing and she then explains to me they are not accepting packages today because some corporate people are at the store. At no time when I placed my order was I told my package wouldn't be able to be delivered at this location for various reason. I selected a specific date I needed the package for a reason and now I won't get it. Had I known I would have had it sent to another store!!! Ugh! read more

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! I recently bought a few boxes of the Equate No Drip Nasal Spray...the menthol brand...the menthol burns when I use it, so I wanted to exchange it for the non menthol brand. They told me that I couldn't return it without a receipt, even though their customer service website states "Normally, items purchased in our stores or on Walmart.com may be returned or exchanged within ninety (90) days of purchase with or without a receipt." Well I suppose their precious nose spray falls under the abnormal category. I can understand them wanting to see a receipt, if I was asking for a cash refund, but I wasn't. I just wanted to exchange it for non menthol. I told the two old hags behind the counter to just keep it...I didn't want it. And then they had the audacity to say "Well, we're just going to throw it in the trash then" I told them to go ahead and throw it in the trash...or stick it up their ass for all I care! I called to ask what time the Walmart photo center in Mustang closed and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone! I then call the customer service at the Mustang Walmart and I asked what time the photo center closed. The person on the other end told me she didn't know and proceeded to tell me that they were a 24hr store! I kept my cool and told the woman that I knew that, but their photo center was not open 24hrs. She seemed surprised! I explained to her that I had already tried calling their number, but no one answered! What does she do? She acted put off and then transfers me to the same phone number that I just called and I still didn't receive any information! Uggghhhh!!!! Seriously?!!! I guess one could say, now that's customer service, but to me, it's sure not good customer service! Also, being from Tuttle, I then proceed to call the Newcastle Walmart which is about the same distance away. Guess what happened? Almost the very same thing! No one answers, I then call customer service, customer service doesn't know the hours of their photo center, and finally, I get transferred to a number in the Walmart Photo Center Twilight Zone where no one answers!!!!!! read more

if you like being publicly humiliated and embarrassed, then go to this walmart. After checking out through self check out, my son and I were pulled over to the side for a inspection. The lady then, I guess wasn't satisfied, so asked us to go to a different spot so she could go through all the bags. I was told it was because I didn't have everything in bags. I had alot of bulky items that aren't usually put in bags like 24 packs of coke, sprite, etc. I have shopped at this store since it opened and have never been treated like that. I spend 500 minimum a month there. VERY EMBARRASSING WHEN PEOPLE I KNOW ARE WALKING BY!!!!!! Then I called to talk to a manager and cant even get 1 on the phone for 15 mins. Asked for the store manager to call me and nothing. If you dare to go there, you better be sure you bag everything even if it doesn't fit. I was told this is a store policy. While in the store, I stopped a Wal-Mart "Zone Supervisor" named Suzie to express my dissatisfaction regarding the shipping pallet loads of redundant product stacked in the way in the aisles.
