They are quite careful to admit when they do not know the answer to a question and are prompt to research the answer, then get back to the customer quickly with an answer. The staff at this pharmacy is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They have a way of putting the customer at ease right away. Prices sometimes vary because this pharmacist makes every effort to obtain medications at the lowest possible cost to the benefit of the customer. When I first transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy, the pharmacist took the time to make sure that I was paying the lowest price possible for my medications by comparing insurance co-pays with the out-of-pocket cost of medication and found that I would save money if I paid for some generics out-of-pocket rather than using insurance co-pays. The staff here puts unbelievable effort to provide the best customer service possible. I never cease to be amazed with their kindness, courtesy, compassion, and professionalism.

I have seen they shout at the elderly when they ask questions. Isn't that part of their job in supporting their customers? Their prescription labels do not carry essential information like lots. I had never seen this before, but Giant Eagle and Ace share a space so that could be convenient. And then on the other side is a bank, Arby's and Wendy's. So you can get quite a lot accomplished in this one little plaza. There's nothing else that really separates this location from others other than the fact that you don't get a cellular signal while inside the store.

That being said, sometimes I just find myself here out of convenience. I usually wouldn't have thought to review a chain pharmacy, but my last two visits there changed my mind. On a recent change of insurance, it was brought to my attention by the pharmacist VIA telephone that one of my monthly scripts had a co-pay of roughly $100.00! Yikes! I said to put it on hold and I'd be in for the others. Upon my arrival she informed me she located a coupon on my behalf and the co-pay was now $0.00! And for the next year just a quarter of what it would have been without her dedication and assistance! So shout out to Walgreens, they have their customer service and the interests of their customers as their #1 priority...
