In regards to Walmart's, this is my favorite in terms of layout. I love how their hygiene/makeup/personal care section is laid out. Office supplies, shoes and menswear is very very lacking. Boys wear should have real sizes, waist and inseam.

I shop here quite a lot like many others do. Its a 50/50 as far as staff goes, some are really nice, some got attitudes. But there are some really nice people in there. Its truly impressive the dedication people put in there for that store. In the Auto department, there is young lady Jess that works there. Its amazing her dedication to the job and the customers. That department would be better off if everyone was like her ! read more

On Saturday, Ocotber 9th, 2021 at the Neenah Wal-Mart on Winneconne Avenue, I went to the automotive center to get an oil change. On their website (and on the sign posted outside) it clearly states the hours: open at 7:00 on Saturdays. I showed up about ten minutes early because I was hoping to be the first in line. When I arrived, everything was dark and nobody was around, not even inside. So I waited ten minutes until 7:00 and still there was no activity anywhere. It wasn't until 7:10 that I saw someone stirring inside the building. At this point, another customer arrived & parked outside adjacent to the door I was parked in front of. Over the next five minutes or so, three Wal-Mart employees began opening up the doors, setting up the displays of tires outside, moving things around, and other duties I would've expected them to have done prior to 7:00. None of them made any attempt to speak to me or explain why all three of them were 15 minutes late in opening the place up. At 7:17, they finally turned the lights on. About 2-3 minutes later, an employee got into the second customer's vehicle and drove it through the door next to the one I had been waiting outside of for a half-hour. At 7:23, with all three employees just chatting amongst each other, I drove away. At no point during this entire experience did any one of the three even attempt to make eye contact with me. This is one of the worst and most blatant examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. I get it, Wal-Mart probably pays these guys dirt & nobody likes working on the weekend. But all three of them were late, all three of them ignored the customers sitting outside their place of business, and not one of the employees made any effort to explain to me what was going on or what to expect. What I expect now from Wal-Mart automotive, is non-exisitent customer service and employees who are derelict in their duties. I will never return to this or any Wal-Mart for car service, because since all three of their workers provided the same horrible sense of performance, I can only assume this is how they are trained. read more

Regarding Vision Center only- omg some people should NOT do customer service, especially vision center manager, Sarah- the LEAST helpful, rudest person I've encountered at any business in decades! My last pair lenses my right lens ripped and i only have my left lens in eye- my glasses broke and i cant see to do anything. She refused to give me my prescription less than 2 months old that I paid for she flat out refused to order my lenses because i missed an appt and gave me no alternative solutions. Ive never in my life been so upset by any one person. She gave me a lecture about personal responsibility which is great but this is current situation and she doesn't care about eye health or ppls safety. She was smiling while she denied me any assistance as though she was pleased to do so- i never met her before but she was unbelievably rude, uncaring, and unhelpful. I found her shocking. read more

This review should really be zero stars, but anyways I recently ordered a 12 pack of arrows online for store pickup at this location. Walmart apparently marked this package wrong and after I had already placed my order they canceled it. I called the store and the online store both refuse to honor the price. I had already purchased it!!!! and they just cancel my order because they messed something up? Then they tell me they are out of stock..... Well would you look at that they just happen to be out of stock the same exact time this happens. If the product was already purchased you should honor the price. I along with my family will no longer be shopping at Walmart on principle. read more

Place is always packed and people always get in your way. Best time to go is at night when there is less chumps.
