When I asked two cashiers what was happening in the bakery area, both claimed to be unaware even that half the display tables were gone. In less than one eeek' s time, a grocery store eliminates 50% of their bakery displays and products...and no employee can advise me what's going on? My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.

What I don't like is they can't find people who want to work so only 3 check outs were open and all self check out. So spend a hour looking for your things, then u have to spend 15 minutes in like to check out or do u'r own check u out which can be an issue if u can't get things to scan and so on.
