He received an automated reminder text an hour before the interview, confirming it was still on schedule, but the call never came. He texted the same number for an explanation and got only another automated reply directing him to email. I emailed that address and received no response. I also called corporate headquarters three times during business hours and was sent to voicemail each time, with no return call. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, or even a basic apology is unacceptable. This was my son's first experience with the job application process, and he was simply ignored.

In less than one eeek' s time, a grocery store eliminates 50% of their bakery displays and products...and no employee can advise me what's going on? Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. What I don't like is they can't find people who want to work so only 3 check outs were open and all self check out.
