WOW! I have lived in NW omaha to long that this is considered my fancy walmart. I grew up behind this location and frequented it a lot as a kid. Now I was just in for the first time in years last week. IT is so clean, and organized, I was shocked. There is a dedicated clearance area, and I was looking for a specific toy and they has a huge selection, more so than 2 other walmarts in the area. When I arrived for an oil change I'd scheduled days in advance, I was told that they were out of the oil filter my car uses, and I would have to go buy one. I asked why no one told me in advance--no answer. I asked why no one from the store would go get the filter--no answer. I needed the oil change, so I got the filter. While it was happening, I asked to speak to the auto service manager. The employee I was talking to started to tell me where he was, and then quickly said that the manager was at lunch, and he didn't know when he'd be back. At this point, I called customer service. I scheduled an in-home delivery with Walmart for 8/17/25 between 2-6pm. At 4:56pm, I called the store because my order still showed "preparing." I spoke with Cameron, who initially identified himself as a Manager but later clarified in front of his coach Ashley that he was a Team Lead. This is not my first interaction with Cameron, and unfortunately, he continues to show that he is not leadership material. When I asked why my order was not delivered, he explained that the driver had 25 orders for the 2-6pm window and left 10 behind. He claimed the driver notified him only 15 minutes before my call, and then deflected responsibility by emphasizing that he manages 115 employees and that they only had one driver all day. I understand staffing challenges, but when I pressed him with basic accountability questions--like when the driver's shift began and why customers weren't contacted earlier if Walmart knew the delivery volume couldn't be handled--he became defensive. Instead of answering, he accused me of "yelling," though I was speaking firmly, not shouting. His reaction showed he was more offended by being asked hard questions than by my tone. What was most concerning is that Cameron consistently blamed the driver rather than accepting his responsibility as the lead. A true leader would have analyzed the day earlier, recognized the shortage of drivers, and proactively contacted customers. Orders are cut off at a set time, leaving more than enough opportunity to adjust or inform customers ahead of schedule. Eventually, Ashley--his coach--got on the line. She was calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She even delivered the groceries to me herself in her personal car, which I truly appreciated. It was also revealed that Cameron's actual manager, Maricela, had been there from 4am until 4pm, further confirming that Cameron was not handling his role properly. Because of Ashley's effort, I at least received my groceries, but the overall experience deserves only 1 star. Cameron demonstrated no accountability, poor leadership, and an inability to manage under pressure. Walmart, this is not management. Do better. read more

VERY poor customer service. My husband and I aren't entirely sure what was happening in the back room, but we had a series of employees that failed to deliver. We had an online delivery order compromised, then a walk-in to fix it turned away due to online issues, and then when we asked for curbside at the store the employees lost our order after 1.5 hours. Was quite the experience. Will not be ordering from here again. read more

Better than many Walmarts. Clean. Easy to get around and find things. Doesn't seem as hectic or chaotic as other locations. Just sort of a mellow vibe here. And you can't beat Walmart prices, something that means so much more these days. read more

I usually try to stray away from writing reviews for big chains, but when I have a memorable experience I do like to share. Call it the elite in me. ;) Anyways, this Walmart is usually fine. It's decently clean, especially compared to others I've visited, and the employees are usually somewhat pleasant. The produce section isn't great but if you're buying shelf stable items, it's often your best bet price-wise compared to other grocers. But what I saw today grossed me out and pretty much put the nails in the coffin for my days of shopping Walmart produce. Never again! Such gross fuzz on these tomatoes! (See pic) I also found several gingerbread yogurts in the dairy section that had expired several weeks ago. Again, not good. The two stars are for this particular experiment and not necessarily the cumulative effect of my years of shipping various walmarts. I didn't expect the strict enforcement of specific entry and exits being monitored by Walmart staff employees. The store was clean compared to a past visit I made 4 months prior. The majority of people were wearing dance masks and a few gave you a judgemental look if you decided not to wear one like me. The shelves were well stocked and prices were very affordable compared to other big box stores. However, you won't find all brand new items here. read more

My friends and I are going camping and 2 of them wanted to buy machetes. We're ages 20-23. The lady checked that they were of age, but was very passive aggressive about it. She proceeded to tell us in a very rude tone that there are cameras outside if we "want to chop up the plants out front". The way that she immediately assumed the worst of us AND was rude about it due to the fact that we looked young was uncalled for. Purchased $150 in Christmas gifts tonight and 6 of the 9 gifts didn't fit in their bags. All they have are the small normal grocery bags. I would think half the toys in that store don't fit in a bag. Don't be so cheap Walmart ... invest in bigger bags like Target does around the holiday so kids don't see what is inside. read more

After a hard day's work, I love being literally threatened by your employees and being herded like cattle out of your store while I'm trying to shop in peace. I have worked in the customer service industry in the past year (and prior) and I never treated customers the way that I've been treated at multiple Walmarts this year. You don't get to say that you choose at 6 and then literally threaten customers when they're still shopping at 5:45. Are a different Walmart, I had an employee literally stalking me and threatening me while I was trying to shop in peace. Get a handle on your employees Walmart!! I don't know how much of a role you play in this, but you do not get to treat people who are spending their hard earned money at your store like this. And honestly, I think all this hate is actually coming from your managers (those are the people over noticed who are the most aggressive and verbally abusive towards customers, because they think they can get away with it for some reason). Get a handle on your employees Walmart!! Or you are going to have some serious legal issues once someone gets seriously injured or people report this behavior to the police (as the managers were threatening customers over the intercom tonight, it was starting to cause the beginnings of mass panic (people running around and running into each other trying to get their items, while being threatened with literally being forcefully thrown out by management 15 minutes before close)). I truly hope that someone reports this to the police, because of someone did not do it soon, I will. You don't get to stalk customers and physically threaten them while they're trying to shop DURING BUSINESS HOURS. read more

Its WalMart... It might pi$$ you off sometimes, but you just can't stay away forever! I have this location 4 stars, mainly because I don't usually have to wait too long in the lines, and the employees are generally friendly and competent. Now, that doesn't mean they don't have their moments. It IS WalMart, after all. Some days there are 3 registers open with lines of people, and you get the occasional overworked, grumpy employee. But it's usually pretty decent here, in my experience. So, it's a 4 star review, but keep that in the perspective that it's a WALMART 4 star review. read more

My daughter and I went to store #3267 in Omaha Nebraska to return a Christmas gift that she had bought for me. The item was "Memory Foam Massage Booties Slippers (Spa Massage)" - and it was labeled as a WALMART product on the bottom. The product was terribly misrepresented and did not work at all. She felt bad about this and wanted to find another gift option. Please keep in mind- My daughter is 13 yrs old and she shopped for her sisters and brother and myself with her own money that she had saved... we are a single-parent family living on a very tight budget. Unfortunately, she did not have her receipt -so she understood that there might be only the option to receive in-store credit. Although the box was perfectly intact and the item was still with its original leaflet and packaging, the store clerk said we could only receive $1.50 back - because Walmart had since reduced the sham product from $9.98 to $1.50. I am very disappointed that Walmart did not stand behind their product and that we were not refunded the full amount according to store policy. I have a picture of the bottom of the packaging because the customer service agent would not give us a return receipt to show this transaction even happened. Later, we returned to the store and asked for a receipt for the $1.50 (which we now have on a piece of paper) because I wanted to write a letter concerning this situation. My family and I have been a long-term customer of Walmart and have spent thousands $$ on food and necessities through the years at local Walmart stores- and I was really disappointed to see how this store handled the problem and the way they treated us in a very unfriendly manner. I am sad that my daughter had to see that Walmart did not stand behind their name or products and that it really didn't matter to the associates to use good customer skills or to refund her money according to the written terms of return. Here, it is not so much the ten dollars but the principal of merchant ethics and setting an example for ethical policies of correcting problems with bad or faulty products - especially for a young person trying to buy Christmas gifts for their family. I am very sad about the whole experience. ( It's sad to say, but ....She would not have had this problem if I had let her shop online at Amazon - You know? An awful place to buy groceries or anything for that matter. The people in Walmart all look ridiculous. It's like a circus in there. The deli and the produce sections are disgusting and the staff are all extremely rude. You can honestly feel yourself getting dumber as you wander around that heap of garbage they call a supermarket. 1 star at best. The only reason it is a place is because of their low prices. The pharmacy sucks but the store is clean and newer.

Always dirty. We stopped shopping here when we noticed the rotting fruit and vegetables in the produce area. We have had many bad experiences including clothing with maggots on them, always horrible customer service and long lines at the checkout. I try to go back once a year to give them another try but, it seems to get worse, not better. read more

The people that work here are so rude and unfriendly. Ive been several times because its close to my house but after being treated poorly again and again I don't shop here anymore. If you need to return something plan on waiting in line FOREVER and then being treated like a huge annoyance. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else that actually wants my business. I love this Walmart Store on Wright and 180th Omaha, Ne. I have been shopping here since it opened .. many moons ago. I have only run into one bad employee here in all these years and he was a Pharmacist who no longer works there. I have no problem finding items, and though they did remodel and change things within the last year, the sales floor personnel are knowledgeable and kind in helping you find something if it has moved. I am sorry they stopped the Price Matching, but I do compare prices and I still find Walmart the best value. Their management staff is always helpful and ready to assist if you find a problem you can't resolve. It doesn't hurt that it is open 24 hours and 364 days a year. I like to stop and talk a bit to the greeters. They are treated so well by Walmart and I applaud Walmart's sense of community and humanity in all they do. You can shop at what you think are classier stores all you want. I know value and I know good customer service. This Walmart has it all, and they do it well and with a smile. BEST!!! i had to write a thank you to the very sweet nice girl in the produce dept - her name is emmy and she is so sweet and helpful! one day i asked her how to choose an avacado! oh my gosh! every one (which has probably been 100! lol!) has been perfect from your store!!! they are so good! every morning when i eat one, i think of her and think - thank you! something so simple but now i know how to chose the right ones!! :) then! the other day i was there and was looking for the brocolli and cauliflower in bags - and there i saw her - my "avacado friend"!!! lol! she was soooooooo sweet and went in the back and brought me out bags to chose from! i just thought that was so sweet and helpful!!!!!! she is always so nice, so kind and goes out of her way to help!!!! thank you emmy!!!!!!!! also - your new store remodel looks great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! love how nice the store looks while you are remodeling too!!!!!! looks very nice!!!!! read more
