2.1 rating before I get to tell my story? That says it all! I went in with a flat tire, nail puncture needed a patch. I have a road hazard warranty and had the tires installed last February. Manager turns down the job saying the nail is too close to the sidewall. He was wrong. It's not. He said I'd suffer a blow out. That's also BS, just a scare tactic like I never worked in cars like I have for 40 years. He also said the tire was ordered online, and I'd need to order a new tire online, or they couldn't help me. Wow. Instead, after already wasting 4 days of my time waiting for this useless appointment, I drove to Missile Tire just up the road 2 miles, and they patched the tire on the spot, $25. I did the online pickup option. I checked in on the app @ 2:00 that I was in slot #13, but after 15 minutes I decided to try to call the number on the sign. Then at 2:30 they came out and put my groceries in the car. Not sure if it took them 30 minutes from checkin on the app or 10 minutes from calling. But I think I will always call when I arrive. So I still like the option of pickup, just be prepared to wait 30 minutes for them to come out. I have not checked the bags yet to see if they got everything correct. I will come back and edit if anything is missing. Otherwise the only negative was the wait time. read more

This store has cluttered aisles, restocking during peak shopping times, they never have things in stock in the pet section, shelves are always empty, as well as the fresh refrigerated dog food is always empty and having outdates rolls of food bloated with gas waiting to explode, and the smell is ungodly in those refrigerators. The personal shoppers take up aisles just blabbing with each other or talking on their personal phones, and they don't move out of your way, the store is cluttered as it is, it is like a Dollar General, no room to move around, you have to go single file in some aisles, seems like a fire hazard. They allow people to let their pets ride around in the carts, actual service dogs are not permitted to ride in carts, there are always unruly dogs in the store, some on flexi leashes, one guy had two French Bulldogs riding in the cart, letting everyone pet them one had two Shih Tzus, these are not actual service dogs, they are pets and should be left home, it is a slap in the face to people who have and need their service dogs to carry out their daily lives, this needs to be addressed in all Walmart stores as Publix has done. read more

Found a closed parking spot which it's extremely difficult when you are disabled I was a little shocked how much the prices for their warm food when up in price I wanted chicken wings with a side of mash potatoes but they only sold six with side for almost eight dollars the wings were small and the mash looked dry I ended up not buying it read more

Best part about Walmart is the new grocery pickup. Unlike other grocery delivery/pickup services with Walmart you can still get your BULK meats and paper products instead of the smallest package for the highest price. I place my order usually the night before and in the morning hop into my car and my grocery shopping is complete in a matter of minutes! I love this. I only wish they would have kept the savings catcher. That was like a savings plan for the holidays. I am not a fan of going into Walmart unless I absolutely have to but as far as feeding a large group for a party, the pickup service is amazing. This establishment has terrible terrible customer service and the manager of the store in general does not care to hear anyone's concerns or complaints. If you ask for help in this store, please expect an attitude even if you are polite the entire conversation. It is mostly the male workers who have terrible attitudes and don't like to be spoken to at all. I went in asking about the price of tires and also about a battery. now see my husband put a sound system in his car years ago and when he installed it we went to this Walmart to get a battery and we were helped very kindly by an older woman who was not management just a regular associate who had actually recommended a slightly bigger battery for our car, she even picked out the battery we needed. So, it's been a couple years and my husband and I went to go and get the same battery but we had forgotten to bring the old battery in so we weren't sure what size it was so I figured I'd ask the manager in the auto area what might be the slightly bigger size from the one recommended for our car. When I tell you this man was starting a problem when there was no problem I was shocked such a simple question he couldn't comprehend because he didn't want to listen so I left with a Walmart manager treating me absolutely poorly because I dared asked him about something in the store that he works in. I went ahead and complained to the head manager of this store and trust me they do not care! If you can avoid this store please do. It is so sad how the ratings for this Walmart are so low but the attitudes of the workers remain poor and management doesn't seem to acknowledge the reputation the store is forming and has been forming for years from their own actions. I had an appointment at the vision center for 9 a.m so I decided to "kill two birds with one stone" by getting an oil change at the same time. I stopped at the tire and lube center at approximately 8:50, walked up to the counter there were 2 ladies in the far corner. None of them acknowledged my presence, I stood there for about 1-1/2 minutes then one walked over and did not say a word to me but kept conversating with her co-worker. I waited for quite a few seconds to give her time to address me which she did not. I looked at my watch and noticed that I was getting closer to 9, so I told her I would like an oil change, please. Long story short she took my keys, check my car, then came and told me to sign something. She said it will be ready in an hour, literally through the entire process the only words she said to me was "sign this" "it will be ready in an hour". I went back at 9:15 and sat on a chair facing the counter. She made eye contact with me numerous times. I sat there for one and a half hours then eventually I went to the counter. I asked a male associate if my car was ready and he checked and said yes. I asked how long as it been ready he said 40 minutes. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I stopped shopping at there garden center due to employees horrible body odor​ and awful customer service now I'll stop going to the auto center as well. read more

We're just passing through town on the way to the Keys (stayed here in Palm Bay last night). On our way out, ran to this WM for a couple snacks 'n such. Y'ALL!! The sink faucets in THEIR restrooms automatigically turn on when you wallk up to them!!! AND they had good water pressure! I didn't have to wave my hands around under one that won't turn on, no matter how crazily I flail my hands under it, in front of it, all around it, and then have to move to the next one that does work but only has a light trickle of water that repeatedly turns off before you can rinse all of the soap off your hands, causing you to have wave it "on" over and over again until you finally get enough of the soap off to say "the heck with it" and get on with your day! read more

I normally dread going to Walmart, but that has changed since I've been to this Walmart. Hands down this is the best Walmart I've ever had the pleasure of shopping at! Every employee I have had an interaction with there has been very nice and competent. There always seems to be an employee available for questions and they always know where the products I'm looking for are. They even walk me to the products! One thing I noticed that was very different about this Walmart from most was that the majority of the registers were open! I'm usually used to a ton of registers and only two open, so I'm always having to wait in a long line. I'm usually in and out of this Walmart in a jiffy! I am really happy this is my neighborhood Walmart and I hope others get to experience the great service I do when I go here. read more

One walk through this pathetic store is all the reminder you need that retail is dying and that Amazon has already won. Every practical reason why, will reveal itself to you as you make your way through the Malabar Road Walmart experience. First off, I don't know what was going on there the last time I was forced to go there for something, but the whole main outside entrance area STUNK! Like, raw sewer gas bubbling up from the aging, crumbling infrastructure underneath, or maybe someone boiling a gigantic pot of rotten spinach. It was unclear whether this had anything to do with Walmart, or the employee smoking area just around the corner from the front entrance (I guess the store designer underestimated smoke's ability to move around corners and travel with the wind right up your nose), but I generally avoid anyplace selling groceries that stinks that bad. I was only there for a toy for my kid, some batteries, and a trip to their Money Center to cash a paycheck drawn on a non-local bank. Once inside, you'll notice the usual shortage of lanes open and twice as many Walmart employees nearby either standing around talking or walking aimlessly back and forth but not helping any customers (pretending to look busy? an impromptu exercise routine? who knows?). The store was busy enough to warrant at least a dozen lanes being open - I counted only 5 on my way over to the Money Center, all with long lines. The Money Center - staffed by one cashier - had its own line stretching out almost as long as the one at the Customer Service area (also with one person at the counter and no backup). Starting to see a trend. The lady kept goofing around and trying to make jokes about everything with the customers (fine if you have no line waiting, not as funny when your line is 6 people and growing), and everyone kept having technical problems of some sort whether they were trying to cash a check or load their card. Things didn't look very promising for my check. Sure enough, when it was finally my turn, the lady ran my info and claimed they couldn't cash my payroll check and tried to refer me to Amscot. I said no thanks, if I wanted to be ripped off by them and their fees I wouldn't have waited in a long line to do it here. She couldn't tell me why, had no solution or other suggestions, too bad. It's like she existed as a living breathing ad for going to their competition and could care less. Then I attempted to load my prepaid card with cash, and told her I could pay the loading fee out of the card I was loading. This concept seemed to baffle her so much she looked at me like I had 3 heads. I tried explaining the simple process to her again, and reluctantly handed her my cash as she still seemed to struggle with the Gordian Knot I had tied her brain into by asking her to do what has always been a simple process with every other cashier I'd ever dealt with. When she ran the transaction through, I got a push notification on my phone that the amount I was trying to load to my card in cash was just being debited and re-deposited from my existing funds, and the loading fee I was charged for nothing. I showed this to her and she still looked helplessly confused as I tried to explain to her what had just happened. I gave her one more chance and the same thing happened. Now I've been charged a fee twice for nothing and my cash still hadn't been applied. I don't know whether this was a scam the lady was trying to run on unsuspecting customers to pocket their cash after they left (I've had this happen a couple of times before with cash back transactions, including at THIS VERY WALMART), but she wasn't getting a third attempt. I grabbed my cash and receipts from her counter and left with a still uncashed paycheck and a less money than I had before entering their "Money Center". (If you ever go in there and see a lady with a big goofy grey bouffant hairdo under a funny hat and tattoos on her biceps, hold your money tight and don't walk, RUN!) My luck wasn't much better in the Electronics section. I'm used to there almost never being anyone at the register back there unless it's Black Friday or Christmastime, so I used that extra time trying to locate the toy Walmart's website claimed was in stock at this location. I checked every aisle, twice, wasn't there. Waiting at the cash register didn't help either - I had one blue shirted employee actually make eye contact to see I was standing there waiting, almost as if they were looking right through me, then turned and slowly walked away. I had to pat myself on the chest and head to make sure whatever toxic substance I walked through on the way in hadn't turned me invisible. Luckily, I was still there. Unfortunately, still standing in the Malabar Road Walmart with no help. Finally I was able to chase down another employee in one of the toy aisles, whom I asked about the Transformers Bumblebee toy I had been trying to find for over 15 minutes. Was in this store today at 2 different times in the afternoon. The first trip left the store no issues. The second trip, the door greeter by the pharmacy entrance (black female), stopped me to see my my receipt (like at Sams Club) meanwhile the she let the black lady go out beside me and did not stop her at all. The first trip earlier that afternoon was a white female greeter, again by the pharmacy entrance, and she did not stop people, just said have a nice day which is what Walmart greeters are supposed to do. They are not supposed to randomly be stopping people as they leave ... it's not Sams Club and it is a form of harassment. It's a shame because Walmart has good prices etc. but not worth dealing with the experience of shopping there, and this is at all Walmarts everywhere in every state. Horrible! Used to be a good experience but not for a long time now. curbside pick up has been become a total nightmare. My last pickup was 1 1/2 hours wait. Got my order when I flagged down a great employee who helped. Lady next to me took 2 hours after calling corporate office. Today was a small order. I received text at 10:43 that the order was ready. I arrived 11:01am. Called inside to let them know I was there. There were at least 6 or 7 cars waiting before me. After 25 minutes I noticed cars arrived after me getting their orders. I called in 2 more times. No order. Tried flagging down employees. They did not help. I am 71 and severly handicapped. I drove up to door where they come out. They were all bringing out orders but not mine. I drove to front of store to talk to store mgr. After a few drives around I got a disabled space with a motor cart. I was sent to customer service desk. They called for mgr. Waited a while with no response. They called again. This time, now its 12:01, mgr. TC and a woman showed up. I told him they wouldn't give me my order. He went to get it. He brought it to me However I should have noticed I ordered a 14 bag of bird food and he only gave me a 5 lb. bag. Seriously?? He walked away yelling that I would be contacted by police for trying to hit an employee. I am paralyzed on left side of body from a stroke. Can't walk on my own. Honestly, people may thing I'm freaking joking when I say this, but I mean all this LITERALLY: me and my girlfriend were walking through the store one day looking for something (I don't remember what at all) and as we walked past the baby supplies aisle, and literally saw a little poop curd just sitting on the floor with birds (pigeons or something) CIRCLING IT! The store overall is not that bad. Meat department is terrible. I will not buy anymore meat in this store. You can always count on decent meat on top, and crap meat underneath. Cube steak horrible with grissle. Pork chops two decent and the other two on bottom not always center cut. Its almost like they buy leftover meat that the other stores won't sell.
