Store manager, Kyle, walked away from a major plumbing problem at his Perry, UT store at 4:30PM 4/25/25'He was smug and very rude as he walked away with his pack of Mountain Dew. Kyle told DaVie nail shop manager, that he was responsible for fixing plumbing problem, not Walmart, even thought for the last 20 years, other Walmart managers responsibly fixed plumbing problems. There has been no change in the lease agreement, it is Walmart's building. The In store, manicure business Da Vie Nails, started flooding at 1:00 PM. Water flooded nail shop and into Walmart main store, causing a major safety problem to all customers as well as into the walls of Walmart customer service. Seems like Kyle would jeopardize the safety of Walmart Customers and the possibility of multimillion dollar lawsuits against Walmart for negligence, rather than fix a plumbing problem at his Walmart Super Store. read more

I took my car here for an oil change. I live about 50 miles away but because of my car warranty I had to go a certain distance away. Anyways when I got here their power went out but I explained that I drove a bit to get here and they went above and beyond to make sure I didn't drive that far for no reason. Luckily the power came back on but they were so nice and made my experience wonderful! I really appreciate the people who work here. Did an amazing job! read more

Still damaging cars I see. Joe ripped the exhaust off my car taking it off the lift and destroyed my rocker panels- then laughed about it thinking it was "funny". Now I have to spend time dealing with it, my time, estimates, and a claim filed with Walmart (which they will do everything they can to deny- Walmart makes money not pays it out) You'd think a guy with 20+ years experience as a tech (Joe) would have better foresight and knowledge to prevent this damage in the first place. In fact, they have floor jacks specifically in place for cars like mine, but Joe decided he's smarter than that and the lift was the best tool for the job. He was wrong yet again as he always is. Then when Robbie the Manager came out for photos, I was denied the opportunity to inspect the damage. Walmarts policy from their home office auto care management is a customer, if invited and is wearing safety glasses and helmet, are in fact permitted to come inspect the damage. Robbie told me that is not policy and no customers can inspect the damage, and for that to happen in the past is a policy violation on the manager. Whatever. Proof she is ignorant on her own store policy and has no clue. Robbie go email George Wheatley in Arkansas and ask if this is permitted (hint: it is). So to recap- Walmart can damage your car, but you are NOT permitted to view the damage, nor have an explanation to the damage. Coach Robbie said so. Failure to allow the customer to inspect sounds like cover up material to me- total lack of transparency, to avoid paying out a claim. I got to see tiny little thumbnails on an iPad. That's it. So now I have to pay to use someone's lift to inspect this myself. You have techs with over 20 years experience doing dumb stuff, with no regard to the customers car, and management who is ignorant on policy. And while I'm on management, auto care has none. There isn't a single manager assigned to that area, with no supervision, no oversight and no care for the customers. They have no leadership and no guidance on any day to day operation. They techs are left to their own all day with zero management. I know these guys are cheap but please remember, you get what you pay for. Now I get to drive around in my V8 that sounds like the converter got stolen, I have to take time off work for estimates, and this whole thing sounds like their attempt to push me aside- lying about policy, refusing to let me inspect, using the wrong tools for the job, laughing about it (really Joe? You think this is funny?) and such a lack of empathy is unbelievable. Then they tried to charge me for work I've already paid for (I got the tires here. It's a free rotate and balance) but decided not to charge me "because of my two hour wait". So kind of you! Lastly, to have Walmart actually blame me because my car is lowered is absolute horse crap. This shop actually blamed me, the customer for their damage. Because I sit lowered it's my fault. I was actually blamed. Put yourself in my shoes for a minute and having the shop blame you for their damage. How does that make you feel? Are you mad yet? The pictures below show how Joe was trying to back my car off the lift, where the exhaust got hung up. When he backed the car off the lift is where the damage happened. Then he destroys my rocker panels doing this nonsense, to drive the car onto the block just to let it slam down again... But that's not all- he fixed it with a coat hanger. Yes. Coat hanger. Should have just used a floor jack in the first place Joe. You're not as as smart as you think you are. And your co workers are tired of you and your attitude. I've heard it numerous times. Pretty "funny" isn't it Joe? If you aren't coached for this incident then that's absolute proof management thinks all this behavior is normal and acceptable. You need to be held accountable for your damage. And thank you Joe for fixing it with a coat hanger. Good job buddy. Looks OEM. Not one apology, no one saying they were sorry for the incident. This place is worthless to even come to. The management is beyond horrible. They treat their works like they are in prison. I don't even work here and I heard they get written up for beyond stupid shit. Like not having your vest zipped up all the way, not standing at the end of the register, talking to other co workers, complaints of stupid damn stuff, looking at a manager wrong, not being at your work station, not putting these stupid damn codes in that management don't even react to any of them or go check what the person needs. Yeah don't work here unless you want to be treated like your in prison. Can't even get help around the store. When you do see some body to help you those people are helpful half the time. Every damn time I come in Andy, Jenny, and Lealea are very rude to their cashers. I witness first hand on that. I can totally see that there is certain ones they favor and certain ones they treat beyond horrible. Never can get any help at Customer Service. Can never and I mean never get anyone on the phone when you call. It's Best to shop at Smith or Kents. Yeah you get treated so much better at those places then here. Way beyond better service from management at these places than shitty ass management at Walley World. Don't waste your time. This is in Perry Utah. read more

As a truck driver I have stop here many times to shop with my truck or uber from nearby Love's or Flying J truck stops. Stop here yesterday Thursday 09/20/18 to buy some stuff, end up spending $177.14 in groceries and what not but the reason for the one star is because the boneless chops I bought were spoiled, exp date at 09/23/18 when I went to seasoned them I found out they were spoiled, now I can't just go back and returned or exchange them since I driven well below SLC, UT when I stop for the night, so be careful what you buy and check the expiration date, some hotdogs I pick up where expired by weeks since their exp was 09/08/18 or something like that so pay attention to those dates people. read more

I want to preface this by saying that this review is directed toward the Tire and Lube Express department--not the store as a whole. I brought my car in yesterday to check my rear left tire. At 1:12 PM, I was quoted 30-45 minutes to get my car into the shop, and then another 15 minutes to check and fix the flat. I went shopping to pass the time and then returned around 2:10 PM, only to find that my car hadn't even been looked at yet. My car wasn't finished until 3:11 PM--but I wasn't even notified. Instead, I had to go up to the front desk to ask for an update at 3:29 PM. After the employee at the front desk was done chatting another customer (or friend, I'm not sure which), he rang me up and casually made a comment (as if to laugh it off) about my car being done for 18 minutes. So after 2.5 hours, I was finally able to leave the store. I just have to say, this kind of customer service was unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend taking your car to be serviced here. read more

I mostly avoid this place like the plague. This particular store has some bad aisle layouts, some that a cart won't fit through. Some of the workers don't know where departments are, or where we could find certain items. The main reason I rated them mediocre is their customer service center takes FOREVER. I don't really know why, but they do! They are helpful with returns and refunds, but waiting in that line seems to take a century. I wonder if having a few more people on queue to help with customer service would raise rating. read more

I GENUINELY HATE THIS STORE. Unfortunately, Walmart is one of the few places to find items that I wouldn't be able to get without traveling 30 minutes but I ONLY come to Walmart if I HAVE to. They close around 11 PM currently and usually have only a couple registers open (which is common in most Walmart's) the produce at this store is GROSS. some of the employees are polite and friendly but on busy days they get overtaken by shoppers and don't even have two seconds to help you. They don't open in the AM until about 6 I believe right now (the hours change about every 6 months it seems). Anyways, just don't shop here. read more

The cashiers are friendly, but every time we go they seem to be out of what we need for several days to a week in a row. A couple times we walked out with expired food, but they were quick to exchange or refund it. Saturdays are the worst, though. Jam packed with people and long register lines! Oh...I forgot, they're starting to remodel again, so very soon you won't be able to find anything for quite some time all over again! read more

I'm giving the employees in the tire department 5 stars. My wife and I were passing through North Ogden this past Sunday when one of the tires blew on our 5th wheel. This store was the only place we could find that had our tire size. The staff did a fantastic job getting us fixed and back on the road quickly. read more
