    Do not place orders at this store. Order from the website online. I have been a very loyal Macys customer for years. I rarely shop in the store but since I was on a business trip in area I popped in. I saw an item I liked and was looking for it on the website so that I could order and not have to worry about damaging it in my suitcase. The sales person suggested I buy the item in the store and have it shipped. This was a great idea so i thought. I asked for a tracking number and she told me to just contact the store for an update . I was given a receipt and was lead to believe everything was processed and I would have my item arrive by the time I got back to my home state in a few days. A week later and no shipment. The store is giving me the run around. I have called every day for the past 3 days and still nothing is resolved. I shop at Macys for the stellar customer service that has always been incomparable to other department stores. This experience has really questioned my loyalty to the brand. 7/31 update. So I called 7/27 7/29 7/30 and 7/31. Worked with Jasmin a department manager the first 3 days with no result. She called me back once just say she had not done anything because the computer was down think that was 7/29. 7/31 I called again got another manager Bryan. He acknowledged my concern and was very empathetic. He took my name and number said he would go to his office and research. Called me back in less than 10 minutes gave me a tracking number and my delivery date. I was able to verify it was with UPS. THANK YOU BRYAN for being customer obsessed and implementing urgency. I am disappointed that I ordered this item on 7/24 and it was not mailed until 7/26. I get packages within 2 days when i order online. Feedback to management This is something you should share with your customers. I have been in sales and I know how commission works. I am happy to let an associate get credit for a purchase when they helped me with my selection. But give your customer the right expectations and set up a follow up call to provide the tracking number. A customer should not have to call in and get the run around. A customer should have more confidence in a real person experience over the app. My confidence will remain with the app.

    I've shopped at Macy's for years and was under the impression they had a favorable return policy . The shoe department is managed by Jasmine who is extremely unhelpful and was eager to push me back to the store where I purchased from which was out of my way. I purchased a pair of Steve Madden's less than a week ago and felt like they must've been damage because they were extremely painful to wear I have plenty of pair of Steve Madden's and had the correct size I didn't understand what the issue was with the shoes. I explained this to Jasmine and Gabby but I was not being heard I was only offered a small percentage of $96 I was asking for store credit of the full amount. I didn't think that was unfair I honestly just felt like they didn't want to deal with me i'm not even sure Gabby was her name because she didn't have a badge on but that's what she told me. I asked for the corporate information she directed me to the website she was rude and short, for a better experience stay away from this department. FYI I was denied a return because they said the shoes were not able to be returned and sold I told her they shouldn't be sold because they are damaged so I don't understand the point.

    I went shoe shopping for something amazing to wear with my wedding dress. The Macy's women's shoe selection is large, clean, and overall gorgeous. I am so grateful for Amanda's help finding shoes. She told me about the latest deal, buy 2 pairs get them 40% off. She also made sure I had the right show sizes and gave me her professional opinion about the shoes. After it was all set and done I walked out of there with 2 dazzling pairs of shoes and a fun experience! Thank you Amanda :)

They updated their Instagram channel a few times to update how many they had left but between all the friends and myself we'd update each other. When it came to nearly the bottom of the pile, they started recording each contestant in hope to get the winner recorded. Fast forward now and they have yet to update or posted a winner. After much discussion with other friends I decided to give a call and was met with a rude attitude and a lie that the winner won weeks ago. Mind you we were in there just a week and a half ago with scratchers still there. They said they had posted it to which I responded with we've been all been watching the story and saw nothing. I brought up how the "giveaway" drew in a lot of people willing to hopefully win something when in reality it was a waste of time and money which led me to ask if we could return stuff and was met with no returns or exchanges and sorry I felt that way. I purchased a bracelet that was on sale for 30% off. The sales price was prominently displayed near the jewelry. When I checked out, I was charged the regular price. I pointed out that it was on sale, but the sales associate told me the sale price was not linked to her system. I offered to show her the sign stating the bracelet is 30% off. She declined. She poked around on her computer, and finally stated that she would go ahead and honor the sale price; and that my card would be credited the difference. I checked my credit card 2 days later ~ no credit from Kohl's. I then went to the Kohl's website and looked at the bracelet. It was still 30% off. Kohl's needs to do a better job linking their system in stores to the sales prices. The amount of money I'm talking about for this bracelet is very small. Therefore, I didn't bother to go back to the store to get the refund I was promised. But I wonder how many other items are being advertised on sale that are not ringing up with the discount? You can be sure I will be paying close attention from now on when I buy items on sale. And I won't leave the store without a resolution. That was my mistake. I have usually had nice interactions with the sales associates, but I have to say, this time the associate was not helpful or friendly. It was evident that she was irritated with me for questioning the price. As much as I love Kohl's, it left a sour taste in my mouth.

This is not a true Dillard's experience in my opinion. The quality of the clothing was very disappointing and did not reflect what I normally associate with the brand. The store felt cluttered, and much of the merchandise appeared cheaply made, with low-quality fabrics and poor construction. While the pricing is lower, the items felt more like fast-fashion pieces being marketed through a secondary outlet rather than discounted versions of Dillard's standard offerings. I personally prefer fewer, higher-quality pieces. Dillard's is known for better fabrics, cleaner cuts, and stronger structure, and I would rather pay more for something that holds up over time than buy items that feel like they would not last beyond a wash or two. Unfortunately, that level of quality was not present here. The overall environment also felt uninspiring and somewhat depressing, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable. This location did not align with what I look for in clothing or in-store presentation, and it is not a place I would choose to shop again. If you are expecting the traditional Dillard's quality and experience, this clearance center may be a surprise.
