She informed me this is not the Meijer way, and she appreciated the review so they can solve the issues. Because of Miranda's kind heart, and willingness to call, look at the camera, investigate, and resolve, I will continue to be a loyal customer at Meijer, and hope the rest of you do as well. This was the worst experience I have seen or encountered at Meijer and there is no way I can just say nothing at all and never go back to this store. Prior to waiting on us, she was talking crap about the person ahead of me in line, loud enough where we all could hear her. In the mean time the other woman took at the custlmer service desk was helping an elderly man who came in to pay a bill, he gave her the slip, gave her $400 and told her the amount he wanted to pay, she refused to listen to him. I heard him myself telling her while I was waiting on Jen L., and then the other customer service person put the mans entire $400 on his bill instead of paying the amount he asked, then she informed him, its too bad, she couldnt give him any of his money back. He was upset but handled it much better than I would have, then instead of finishing up with me, Jen L. Starts bad talkimg the elderly man as if he was the one in the wrong. What if that was all the money that elderly man had for the month and now doesn't have groceries for the month? Your evil ungodly Meijer employees didn't care.
