The store sucks, but they're the meat man is very very sweet and good at his job the workers are rude, sept him

We walk into Walmart excited to purchase a grill we go over and pick the grill we wanted a 300 dollar one. We ask a teammate for assistance he said he didn't know so we asked for a manager he called on one. Mary comes along, No way should she ever be considered for management material all the grills were sold out I offered to buy the floor model. She raised her voice to me and said I can't sell the floor model till the end of the season. I'm the assistant manager and I'm not doing it!!!! I asked her what's up with the sign they posted ? CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED? She said it doesn't matter I'm not selling it to you! Who says something like this to customers? Sorry you lost me as a customer! Guess Walmart doesn't need customers otherwise they'd invest in some training for these poor customer service reps Btw we went next door to Lowe's where we were greeted with open arms their team was knowledgeable helped us find exactly what we needed read more

Tons of Food Lions (overpriced) and Dollar General stores along Rte 13. This superstore was our savior for food and general items. We even found some generic corn-nuts here (5 for $5). Overall, I can't complain we got our things for a picnic on the beach here- lunchmeat, bread, cheese, and snacks. read more

This is a great walmart. It's rarely busy when I'm here, many registers open. Good selection at the deli. Most of all, I love thier clearance aisles. There's always so much in here, it's amazing, great deals. I love to go there first thing! Although throughout the store you can always find mark down deals. Employees are friendly and the store isn't in general disarray, bathrooms sometimes need work, but are generally stocked and clean. read more

Horrible customer service in the tire area. They're too lazy to look the tire up by car model and when we finally got here, we were told they don't do alignments. What the hell is the point if getting a new tire only for the darn thing to blow because they're not aligned with the other three?!? read more

If you have seafood allergies there deli is not for you they cook all food in the same oil

One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Travelled 45 minutes (one way) because employee said they had 2 50" TVs for under $250. Getting there, the ones they told me were "in stock" were the floor units. All others started were over $300 He said that I could order them online and be here in 2 days. I am traveling through town and was surprising my brother with a TV. I ask manager, Kadijah if she can honor the deal on any other TV. There is one listed as $298, but when scanned comes up $348. They will not adjust price. They then offer me a floor model that was on the shelf for 6-7 months for $200. They tell me it works and has all parts. It was missing remote and the corner of the screen was cracked. I've had it with WalMart. You have lost my business and the THOUSANDS my company spends there a year. read more

I have accidentally bought bad produce here a few times. One time I grabbed a handful of green beans only to notice there were moldy beans among the fresh ones. I reported it to a manager and got brushed off. Don't buy anything that's unpackaged here, they clearly don't care about customer health. read more

Unfortunately is the word this store loves to use. Unfortunately we can not sell you these lawn mowers as all 6 are broken. Next day unfortunately we can not do an oil change, as we have gotten rid of all our good technician, and unfortunately the rest have called out or gone on a 3 hour lunch. Of course management is unfortunately going in to a staff meeting, so they can discuss, how another pissed of customer is pissy. Unfortunately for me 1 800 Walmart did absolutely nothing and claims they will call back in 3 business days. Unfortunately for them I can go elsewhere. read more

Horrible automotive department! Do not patronize! Asked for a best oil change (they have a range of oil changes to choose from...good, better, best). The best oil change includes synthetic, I have an older car so that is what I only use in it. They did a better oil change/ high mileage instead. When I confronted them an it? One of the mechanics, who wears glasses and has dreads insisted that my car did not need synthetic oil. I could not believe it!! A customer is always right, I always thought, but apparently not at the Walmart Supercenter in Pocomoke City! I mean if I am paying my money? I should get what I asked for!!
