That said, I have personally witnessed Ali handle customer disturbances with patience, professionalism, and respect. Horrible pharmacy to speak to someone, keep getting virtual assistant who does not recognize my phone number and does not give my option to speak to live person. This is ridiculous! The virtual assistant can't help me and I can't get through to someone. Why is there no option to speak to a person. I we wonder why jobs are being lost. Went to this stores location to buy make up for the first time at CVS. I had been to Sephora many times, but the customer service at this CVS was unlike any other I'd ever had at any store, let alone a make up store. In particular Nancy helped me out a ton. She signed me up and got me lots of great deals on the make up. She really went out of her way to make sure I was getting the make up I wanted for a good price. Great customer service :) read more

This store is gross! I wish I had thought to take some pictures, but I was in too big of a rush to get out. First, the shelves look like there was a run on all their items b/c there are literally big, wide gaps where product used to be. The worst, though, is how filthy dirty the store is, from trash and litter on the floor to actual dirt on the tile in front of the refrigerator section (that's real appetizing). My daughter has a pretty good allergy to dust and she literally sneezed 15 times when we first got in there. Come on people, where's the pride??!! Get it together. read more

only reason why i went there is because it's close to my house, i've gone to other cvs and have gotten better service at the others. at this cvs the employees as well as the management need better training, the rudeness i received on asking about how i go about using the credit to pay for my items that i had in their new care program (as i am a new member) was so disrespectful. So this review is for Maricela. Let me start off by recommending some training on your communication skills. I walked in with a return. I purchased 2 boxes of hair dye. I used one, had a severe reaction and so hence my returning the extra box I had. Maricela is the woman helping me. I did not have a receipt and I'm assuming this is where her rudeness stems from. Yes, it's annoying when people don't have a receipt but guess what, it's common. Get over it. Maricela: when did you purchase it? Me: I'm not sure, a couple weeks ago. Maricela: you don't know when you purchased it? (She's got this smirk on her face as if she doesn't believe that I purchased it there) Me: I don't know, a couple weeks ago. Maricela: I don't have any purchases in my system from a couple weeks ago. Me: ok, maybe it was 3 weeks, I don't remember. (I then explained to her why I was returning it since I was now on the defense). By this time I'm irritated because she hasn't explained why she's asking me about the date I purchased it. But it was obvious she was trying to imply that I hadn't purchased it there. So now I'm pissed. Maricela: I'm sorry are you having a bad day? Me: no. And that's rude of you to ask. Maricela: oh I'm sorry. Me: this isn't the first time you've been rude to me. Maricela: oh I don't remember I'm sorry. Would you like me to get the manager to help you instead. Manager steps in. She didn't elaborate on why she needed to know the approximate day I purchased the item. I find out, it's to see what promotions were going on at the time, which would determine how much $$ I'd get back on a gift card. Which makes perfect sense! Had she explained that to me,I would not have gotten so snippy with her. But on top of her lack of communication, she had a lack of good manners. Yes, as a cashier you don't need much education, but seriously. People need to be trained on how to approach customers with the correct attitude and better explanation/communication. The only Cvs Pharmacy in Santa Ana California where I've been having problems filling prescriptions For my disabled brother is at this CVS Pharmacy. I understand the pharmacy technician's code of conduct and rules they have to follow and it's totally understandable. But when the Pharmacist starts to play the blame game it's just not fair especially for the patient; my brother. Yesterday I spoke to my brother's receptionist which happens to be a nurse as well and I told her how my brother had run out of his medications a little bit too soon. We have been having tough times at home and he is easily prone to anxiety. He went in for his regular visit to see his psychiatrist. He wrote him his prescription and since my brother always goes to that pharmacy we decided to stop there. They said one of the medications he takes for anxiety was too soon to refill BUT they would allow it for him to pick up as long as his doctor approved it. So I called his doctor and explain the situation and approved the refill just this first and last time. So today we called and they said no it's too soon when they had already told us it was up to the doctor not them. His anxiety is over the roof and they seem to not care. It's the first time this happens. My brother is not doing it constantly it's the first time and I just think it's a shame how they treat him and I assure he isn't the only patient being treated this way by the pharmacy at this store. read more

This store is the awful! It is dirty inside and outside it is even dirtier. The pharmacy techs never give an accurate estimate to pick up your meds. Today I went in to pick up my meds and 1 of the main medications I take was not even ready after one of the techs told me that it would be ready by 8:30 pm and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my meds. I forgot her name but then Dolores tried to help me out and she sometimes has a very complex way of assisting people. I was very upset and this has happened in the past. I am really sick of their crappy customer service. They need to train these employees. The pharmacy/ the store associates. It's pretty embarrassing. Most of Santa Ana has real bad customer service but some of these younger employees are so rude and are such idiots. My city has gone down the toilet for years now.
