The parking lot is a trash pile, especially near the EV charging station. It would benefit them to put trash cans out here, so when people are charging their cars or otherwise trash can go in the trashcan, not on the ground all around the area and in the field next to it. read more

This walmart has a lot of negative things to say about it but this is my latest complaint, Do not ever park a vehicle with a for sale sign in the windows ! It will be towed away within 5 hours ! I parked a small 2022 emaculate motorhome for approximately 5 hours after I had shopped in the store buying several items and for sale signs to put in windows. I left with my wife to have lunch and do some errands before we picked it up. When we returned we were shocked because it was not there! I talked to the security guard and he had it towed away. Double shock! He said it was abandoned. I looked up abandoned and it said 24 hours or more! So 5 hours abandoned ?????? The guard is a very rude, belligerent obnoxious person. He lied to us and said it was A1 tow company that towed it so I called, they didn't have it. After having another employee help us get the correct tow company we found it. Only to have to pay $400.00 to get it out. One person i talked to employed there said what he did was wrong! The store manager denied responsibility and come to find out I was told Walmart owns the security company that had it towed away! There you go! So as Walmart lets thieves get away with thousands of dollars in merchandise and do nothing about it while they harass paying customers just beware! Also there are no signs saying you can't park in parking lot with a for sale sign in your vehicle. Only a sign that says no overnight parking. Also my phone number was on it. Don't shop here unless you want to spend 30+ mins in checkout lines and to be treated like a criminal. I shop here multiple times a week for the last two years. Always long lines, but friendly employees and shopping ease were why I kept going back. Today was different. I had a huge shopping list to take care of. I noticed a man with a headset weirdly following me from aisle to aisle. At one point he came over to my cart and was inspecting my items. He was clearly a "secret shopper" with no actual loss prevention training, making me insanely uncomfortable as a woman alone in a store. He followed me closely for every bit of 45minutes. When I went to get a $2 face mask, I was told I couldn't have the item unless I checked out this one item at the cosmetics counter. When I told the woman I wasn't done shopping, she told me "get in line or get out." So I had to wait 10 minutes in line at cosmetics to purchase one item, then I had to checkout AGAIN at the main cashiers with my diapers, food, and clothing. I've been to this Walmart so many times, I've always purchased my cosmetics at the main checkout. I spent almost 40 minutes in 2 different lines, was followed for almost an hour, and treated like a criminal. I'll stop wasting my time and dignity, shopping elsewhere from now on. read more

I am a fan of Walmart. I know that haters gonna hate on the big box stores eating the Mom and Pop joints for lunch. But truth be told it's easy to take the moral high ground against the box stores when you have the time to spend and the money to burn by going to the local shops to pay more for the same products in order to feel good about yourself for 'taking a stand' against the corporations. I get it, I really do. We all wanna feel good about ourselves, and standing up against Walmart is an awesome say way to do it. Truth be told though, a broke dude like myself just doesn't mind saving a little on clothes and food now and again, even if it means my sense of entitled outrage needs to take a back seat while I duck into a Walmart for a minute. This particular Walmart tweaked my sense of entitlement however starting with the impossible maze I had to drive to get to the parking lot. Followed by no carts being available to I had to truck out to the cart corrals to locate one. Finally when it was time to check out the lines were just the craziest I have seen in a long time. Good Lord! I really don't like shopping at Wally world, but occasionally I have to. Today I walked up and down the aisles and picked up well over $100 worth of groceries. Normal Walmart, I came here to pick up some groceries and got some baby carrots and fresh spicy guac. Their fresh spicy guac is quite delicious and I enjoyed eating it! Because I didn't finish it in one day though, it became brown the next day. As usual, the Walmart had self-checkout so I basically went in, grabbed my food, paid, and left. read more

No where does this store state that Electronics department closes down each day. NO WHERE does it list hours when the Electronics department closes and re-opens. The store night manager will not even open the gate for customer whom already know what they want. I have never meant such a man child in my life. So it's a beautiful morning here in Santa Fe. I think I'll go shopping for a couple of things at SUPER Walmart. It's 8:00 am and I already had my coffee so I'm in a good mood. Not too crowded yet. I picked up all of the items I wanted and a few more that I didn't have on my list. I WAS still in a good mood until I went to check out. SUPER CENTER? Not ONE cashier. NOT ONE. Damn! Ok. I'll go through self checkout which I hate with produce because it's never easy or correct. WHAT? Only one of two self checkouts open. Damn again!I go to the other one at the far side of the store. I'm getting more pissed. Line is nuts. Ok. I'll take an Ativan when I get home. Oh I'm not done. All but two checkout stations only take cash. WTF? Who in the hell carries cash anymore, let alone enough to pay for a load of groceries. Well I finally made it out and I actually hit almost all green lights going home. Ya Boy. Home at last. Additionally, the qr code never appears on the pin pads for me to scan, leading to the buildup of long lines of other shoppers waiting to check out while the cashier blankley stairs at me, then at the screen the screen then back at the screen again because they don't know what they are doing. Common what plannet are we on? Earth. And there apps, one of which was developed by Walmart and that very app is the one giving me problems because while I am trying to spend my money in your store. They have a lot of items I need so don't have to go to 3 different grocery stores. However the stockers put their carts so carelessly in the isles & cant get by & THEY STOCK ALL THE TIME!! Some are rude. But the worst thing they move everything around so end up making circles looking for things!!! This is a plot so you can go by & buy unwanted things but refuse to do so. The third or fourth time I've gotten home with a package of something that had been opened. This time a big box of Cheezits. Both outer box and inner wax bag had been opened enough to take some out. Almost every single time I've been here the cashiers male and female are less than friendly. Usually when It's my turn to be cashed out I'm always the first one to say hello. If you're lucky you'll get a response from the zombie like cashiers. They are rude, half asleep and act like they are less than happy to even be alive. On several occasions while browsing store you can over hear some of their conversations while they are pretending to work, cussing up a storm like they are at a home or something. I went in to purchase a necklace for my Aunt's Birthday. It took forever before someone was called to the jewelry counter. The woman that came was so rude. Stay out of this place if you're going to have to ask for help. If I do go in on a rare occasion I opt for the self check out. read more
