They provide your pharmacy needs, but also sell a small selection of food/convenience food items, school supplies, cosmetics, health and beauty products, candy, photo finishing, magazines, and more. My general complaint about Walgreen's is that their pharmacies tend to be a lot slower than I'd like. I can't help but think that that is on purpose so that you look around and purchase other products there while you wait. I've sometimes had to wait close to an hour for a medication. That seems unreasonable. I've always found the service helpful and friendly, especially if I'm looking for something I can't find. I like that most Walgreen's, including this one, have Redbox locations where I can pick up a movie.

One of the ladies was a manager ( I knew that since she had previously helped me with my first photo pick up ) 20 mins passed and finally that same manager went towards the photo department looked around and asked me if I was there to pick up my second set of pictures I had placed I told her "yes" Me assuming she was going to assist me I didn't ask her to help me .... she said okay, and left ( I was thinking she was going to go call someone to help me .... no one came ) she went back to chat with the other two ladies down the hall laughing and joking around they were ... once again I waited an other 15 minutes and finally a lady came up to me and asked me if I needed help (not one of the ladies that were down the hall from where I was ). WORST customer service experience ever ! There is ZERO communication between the front desk person and the pharmacists. We are consistently told to come in on a certain day to pick up medications only to arrive and say it will be a few more days. When THAT day arrives we call and are told come in at noon, drive to the pharmacy only to be told once AGAIN it will be days until it can be picked up? Finally they fill the prescription only to find it has once again been filled with the generic that you SPECIFICALLY told them multiple times that you can NOT take and it makes you sick!! (With weeks warning not to fill with that brand again or it will be refused!) This has been going on nearly every month since their "grand reopening". Despite every instance being the fault of this pharmacy and their disorganization these employees look at you like YOU are the problem! I am sorry but I would rather drive sixty miles than deal with this place again, good luck to you if you are burdened with a script being sent here is all I can say, will never go back! When calling the other cvs I was told they can see the meds and where they are as its all the same system. All that it would have taken was "Im sorry this wasn't sent here we can get that transfered over". There would have been no issues what so ever small mistakes happen all the time. Its human error all that matters is how you handle the situation afterwards. ​
