I wish there was a - star option. Waited at sporting goods for 45 min after paging someone twice. Even went to tire and auto to get the guy back there to page somebody twice and also called customer service desk from sporting goods twice and walked up to customer service and finally got some lady to go to the lock box and find some keys to open the ammo case. After all of that, come to find out they had the ammo placed in the wrong section and priced incorrectly. Priced $50 higher than advertised. This is by far the worst Walmart in the Shreveport Bossier area matter-of-fact it's the worst one in a 300 mile radius. Shootings robbery carjacking you name it it happens in this parking lot. Do not ever come to this place. I mean do not ever set foot in this pitiful place. For the workers that try I applaud you but for the most part no one cares. read more

I didn't expect one Walmart in town to look noticeably nicer than the others, it might be the gleaming flooring. It seemed well organized and they seem to shut down certain aisles at night by stuffing them with those wooden crate islands full of products. Walmart got poor customer service, majority of the workers are very very rude . Called customer service to ask for an item was told they have it . I came to the store at Walmart Bert- Kouns when I ask the employee that works at the area , he was very rude very unprofessional, even turn and walk away bad mouth me to the other co-worker's , saying I'm disturbing HIM taking time on his time stocking the selves. SOS!! HELP!!! This has got to be the worst Wal Mart in the world. I have never seen more disorganized group of ppl. Every time I go there are so many people that are just standing around doing nothing. The lanes are always full and no one wants to help. I've asked for help and they say sorry and keep texting or being on the phone. I don't know why people have their phone at work especially at Wal Mart. People are obviously getting upset and no one seems to care. Why can't more lanes be open?? I was at the self check out line when the person suppose to be watching over that area is gone. The machine asked for a code to proceed and I had to wait along with several other people for the attendant to come back( on her phone!?!?!!!). I have no idea where the managers or supervisors are because nothing ever send to run smooth. This place is next to my house but sometimes I go out of my way to shop to avoid the bs here. If you'd clean up your act, this place would have a steady customer for life. Please fix this place!!!! read more

Terrible 'service', actually NO service! I went to the Tire and Lube early this morning for an oil change waiting 10 mins before 7:00. Their sign clearly says open at 7:00. HA HA HA! I called and after about two minutes of ringing the girl answered only to put me on hold with no explanation for another 6 1/2 mins. So I go to the door, it's 10 minutes after 7:00, and see a man 'hiding' behind the window knowing I'm out there but not attempting to come and tell me anything! RIDICULOUS !! So now I am at Gateway Tire where I should have come first! Walmart, you are awful!! read more

What can you say about walmart. My son and i went there last sat night. You go in a ealmart atound here you get nothing special. Maybe someone will say hi to you. Usyally around shrevport area ealmarts the staff talk to each other friendky in loud voces laughing but if you adk a question either they don't know the answer or they make you feel like you are invading their space. The cashiers may say the canned question did you find everything ok. They usually don't smile at you. If they are scanning the products some other employee will walk up and talk to them. Then they get happy. Oh child you know i am not going there don't you know. Then they maugh and talk loud to each other. I went to exchange something. The lady looked like she eas made up for halloween. I adked if they are letting them get made up for halloween akready. She said no this is how i like my style of makeup. Whatever happened to you better look redpectful to work here? Walmart will someday be the kmart. Then we will have another store to go and ealmart will fold. Will i go there again? I recently moved to Louisiana from Colorado.... I needed to take something back to wal mart and there was this girl there and she said I had a crease in my Colorado ID and she couldn't take back my stuff so I left.. A month or so later I needed to exchange a DVD when I got home it wasn't in there ($4 movie) The same girl was there so I had my husband use his ID since mine had a crease well this time it was because it was a Colorado ID and not from Louisiana...so we left I work at a clinic and we had the lights go out we had some in the fax room but they weren't the right size I took them to wal mart to exchange them I now had an LOUISIANA ID and she takes one look at them and says theyre not sold here when I verified that they were before even going to her because she gives such a hassle...SO I LEFT AGAIN well now....I had a box of trash bags unopened unused perfect condition im standing in line to return them because they were the big black ones not the white ones I needed for my kitchen and its the same girl once again without checking she turns to the girl beside her with a smirk and asks if I can return them...So this time I had enough this girl doesn't know me from a hole in the wall and has no right to treat me this way I asked a manager what was the issue with my return and NOTHING! the lady walked right back to the girl and had her return my stuff with no problem and even told her she needed to explain the return policies if she does have a problem.. its sad that someone is given a little bit of power and they go stupid with it.. The manager was great but she doesn't know how much service she is losing because of her employess I'm not going to this wal mart EVER AGAIN NEVER!!! If you need you need new tires and then want to replace them 3 months months later,this is the place for you.I had to have all of my tires changed with new tires there and they forgot to balance ALL of them.When I realized it I was already on the road 250mi away.Obviously didn't go all the way back to have them screw me over again. read more

1 our of 3 times I walk in the particular Walmart, it seems I always have issues with something.. two days ago I came in to get some ear pods out of electronics. I picked out the ones I wanted and patiently waited about 20 minutes to open the case.. I ended up walking out without them as no one cared about opening the case for me. Today, I am sitting in my car writing this review as I seem to always pick the checkout isle with issues. I shopped for about 30 items and proceeded to checkout. After standing in line 20 minutes and placing my items on the conveyor belt, their credit card reader went down... this is not the first experience I've had with them and this particular issue. The clerk asked if I was paying with card or cash in which I told her card... she said the card reader was down and she never offered a solution. I grabbed my two kids and walked out... left the items right there and went down the street to Target... this Walmart needs to shut down read more

This is a horrible horrible store, even by Walmart standards. Their service is terrible; they never have enough checkout lines available.

.Suppose you decide that you want to go fishing in the morning and you are off and the weather is good. You go to charge your battery and you find that it won't hold a charge. You know that Wal Mart stays open 24hrs so you unhook your old battery and head 10miles to Walmart. You get there and find the battery that you want, after unloading your old one, put the new one in the cart plus about $100.00 worth of baits that you want. You ask a clerk if it can be checked out up front and they tell you yes. You go to customer service because they have to take the old core battery and give you the receipt for the warranty. There are 5 employees standing, doing nothing and they tell you that you cannot buy the battery after 7;00pm. There is nothing on the website or nothing in the auto section to tell you this so you have wasted time, gas, energy and you are disappointed. Why can't they have someone work the register in the automotive section after 7:00pm. The people at this particular store are always the rudest that I have ever encountered. Much ruder than the other Walmarts that I used to shop at. No wonder that Amazon is beating the pants off Walmart in retail sales. Walmart thinks that they are the only game in town but they couldn't be more mistaken. Amazon will put them out of business if the new Kroger superstore doesn't do it first. Something is wrong at this store and I suspect that it starts at the top and that is the Manager. I have had more than one problem with this store but tonight took the cake. I am through with Walmart and will only buy first from Amazon and then from Kroger superstore. Walmart, this store is in deep trouble. It is always dirty and understocked as well as rude employees.
