Literally detest the Walmart brand but this pickup process has changed and now requires an app. You can't check in online from the website. Call 318.541.1547 as listed on the posted signage and no one answers. There are six (6) full adults working and I orally told one staff person at the pickup area and parked in #3. He said okay. 5mins later, I'm getting the app just to get cat food and milk for the parent. How and why this place keeps such substandards while profiting is beyond me. Even Sam's Club pickup isn't much better but it is more responsive. One app is enough for me and memory ain't free. Target for the win as their pickup sets the standard. read more

Can't praise curbside pickup enough. We are both now considered elderly and at risk for covid. Notwithstanding, we enjoy the convenience and ease of service and the app allows you to add items as you think of them so your cart is always ready. The pick up times are often same day. The associates are always courteous and appreciated for their sacrifice. read more

Then went to the photo center to get photos I had pre ordered and stood there for 20 minutes waiting on someone to show up only to be told that the machine was down. The most helpful Walmart employees ever!! This auto center deserves 10 stars!! We were traveling through with a cargo bag on top of our van and it was cutting our gas mileage in half so we wanted a bumper cargo carrier. They helped us get it to our car, assemble it in 100 degree heat, get our cargo bag off the top of our van and even strap it down for us!! Oh and gave us 3 bottles of ice cold water!! We had bought a product from a different Walmart and drove from Uriel drive to Northport to exchange it. Had paid for the warranty and everything. So we go in the store and a man stops us and gives us a exchange sticker and says returns open for 20 more minutes. We walk over to return and as soon as we walk in the lady looks at us turns around and shuts the light out. She says "returns have been closed for a while". I tell her we were just checked in and told we had 20 minutes. She looks at me and says were closed don't know what you want me to do for you. We walk back to where the man was by the door and ask him what time returns close 8:00. It's 7:45 I'm pissed. I get ahold of a manager on the phone and she meets me at a register to do the exchange. My friend is pissed as well and told the man that the situation was unprofessional and he walked out to get his phone and pull the car up. I exchange the product and my friend walks back in to tell me the car is outside I pick up my product and a two year warranty and we begin walking out as we do so we're tailed by an officer who follows outside and watches us to our car. We were there to exchange the product we didn't even go to where the aisle of products were just the exchange but our complaint about a unprofessional woman warranted a police escort and multiple comments about how we were unreasonable. I will never go back to that shithole Walmart. read more
