I must say that of all the Walmarts I have visited over the odyssey that is earthly existence, this is one of my favorite. The prices ranges are excellent. I am able to buy the things I need to get through the week thanks to the abundance of options and affordability. They've got it all, food, clothes, entertainment, school supplies, gifts, grooming and more. There is also a Subway and pretzel store located in the Walmart if you want to climb to the peak of the social order. I must say one of my favorite parts is that the plastic bags at the check-out are free. It blew my mind. I was utterly astounded, I--a native Californian--did not see this coming. This filled me with the joy and excitement that I can only imagine baseball players feel like when they win the big game. Truly this Walmart is a great bounty so filled with riches that the plastic bags are parting gifts. I planned to carry my goods to the car with my bare hands, but instead I left with my goods in bags like some kind of Wallstreet businessman. They also play very fun music that makes you feel like you're walking into an amusement park. The upbeat music made be positive for the rest of the day This is a great Walmart. I am able to buy everything I need to stay alive for the week for under 12 dollars. If you need it, they probably have it and at a good price. If you don't need it, they also probably have it. If you want affordable goods or if your just wondering what it's like to be an American, this place is also good. I like it here and you probably will too. read more

MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR WALMARTS - Consistently Increases Their Wealth While We're Being Given More N More Poor Quality Food & Careless Service For the past several years I've had my delivery instructions CLEARLY written within my Walmart account. Upon online check-out for both household items and groceries, it even shows my delivery instructions are attached to the order, and several deliverers have confirmed them having easy access to the delivery instructions whereby mine says QUOTE I'm paraplegic & not able to reach items placed at side porch & cant carry items up the steep ramp. They need delivered to my back porch. Once you come down the sidewalk to the patio, you will see a wheelchair ramp that leads up to the back porch. Thank you END QUOTE but BILLION DOLLAR walmarts consistently hires careless drivers and provided VERY LITTLE training for how they are to conduct their job. I have repeatedly reported to walmart the problems of their own delivery drivers and also FedEx (often works for walmart for delivering customer's orders placed on walmarts website) who wont follow delivery instructions and I outlined the obvious problems it causes and especially to people who are disabled, but walmarts CONSISTENTLY has carelessly given their formatted shallow reply of "we are sorry for the inconvenience and we strive to.... blah blah blah" but like most other times, then NOTHING is actually done about the problems. and so WE'RE CONSTANTLY being LIED to and MANIPULATED by walmarts !!! This morning I placed my grocery order with them which consisted of frozen dinners, cheeses, eggs, and other foods that require staying refrigerated and frozen. A few hours later I received the email from walmarts saying my order was completed and out for delivery, and so I then waited for them to show up. I seen the delivery guy pull up in my driveway and he immediately got out and started grabbing bags of groceries. I seen he was dropping my food at my side porch at the front corner of the house AND SO HE'S NOT EVEN READING THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS! By the time I was able to get outside ask what the hell is his problem, he had already gotten in his vehicle and left. Not even a simple and quick knock on my door to let me know the groceries are here! I then got back in the house to look up Steubenville walmarts customer serv phone number. After nearly 30 minutes and several calls, a worker finally answered and I told her the problem. She sounded clueless as to what should be done and she said QUOTE All I can do is send a text to his phone since drivers rarely answer calls, and since he doesn't speak much English, we just have to wait and see if he can read it if he even checks his messages, and we're not allowed to send another driver to help you END QUOTE Oh and I have this phone call recorded if anyone thinks I'm making ANYTHING up. After companies management and countless people in comment sections questioned the credibility of my claims, I started recording calls approx 10 years ago in order to irrefutably PROVE things were said/done in the manner which I said they were said/done From there I said its supposed to be near 45 degrees today, there's perishable food and its even worse when the sun is beaming right on the groceries .... I dont want spoiled eggs, cheeses, or frozen dinners that start to thaw and then are no good after they are refrozen. She replied with saying " you should call neighbors and have them help carry the groceries into your house for you." I told her that is RIDICULOUS ... I dont have their phone numbers and I'm in a WHEELCHAIR and so how am I supposed to get through my muddy gravel driveway and then get up to their porches where I can even knock on their door! Her silence told me all I needed to know and I then asked why is MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR walmart hiring LESS-THAN-HALF-AZZED workers who also barely speak English, and she replied with how their store doesn't do the hiring but the main walmarts does...as if that answers my direct question! I then said so what am I supposed to do about MY FOOD. She then actually replied with merely saying its an unfortunate situation and she doesn't know what to tell me! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD GARBAGE FROM MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR ENTITIES! !!! PEOPLE, WALMARTS AND OTHER WILLFULLY CARELESS BUSINESSES NEED TO BE BOYCOTTED TO BRING THEM TO THEIR KNEES BEFORE THEY WILL ACTUALLY START TO RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!! !!! Obvious complaints No check out aisles open Not enough employees Place is a zoo Reason for this review.... How do I avoid the above complaints? Self Check out...... Purchased dog pads for my place. No bags big enough for the dog pads. I was stopped on my way out the store. Must have left the receipt in the self check out machine. Treated like a criminal. Had to empty pockets and wait for an employee/manager to let me leave. Embarrassing I WILL NEVER SHOP THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! Door check out lady, now I do see the need for retirement homes. 11/20/2017 Visit.. 6:35 again no checkout lanes open except for the self checkout lane. Waited about 5 minutes before someone came and check me out as I was waiting in the cig lane. As they was checking me out a lady came in the lane that you can she was using the cart as support as she walked. And the manager that was there with the cashier told her sorry this lane is closed. REALLY?? 11/15/17 Visit I wish I could do zero stars. I come in between 6:30 and 7:00am and they ever have cashiers except for the self check out. but They are suppose to have the cigarette cashier there. however they never do. So I just stand there. Most of the time the workers there see me and just ignre me. Sometimes a line forms behind me and still nothing.. Something I scream out : "Cashier needed on lane 15" then eventually someone comes. I even had one of the workers come to me and tell me to complain on the webpage.. I told her I have and nothing is done. when the employees are fed up with this practice and complain to me. You know something is wrong.. maybe they need to fire the managers for not being able to schedule people to work.. what is bad is around the holiday they never improve this. read more

It's too much to ask someone for help. They either hate you for shopping there, or hate themselves too much to care about doing a good job.

Can usually find whatever you need at a good price, of course during this pandemic they have the same supply problem as everybody else. The staff is friendly and helpful, the only problem is they need to have more checkout lanes open and not rely on self checkout. If I'm going to self checkout I deserve a discount. read more

I am a disabled veteran that does custom diecast cars. I went to this store and opened some boxes because the cars were not on the sales floor. I was told not to open them, but to ask an employee and they would put them out. I complied with what I was told Buy the manager. I came in again and I asked the employee to open the box and put them on the floor where there was none, the same manager came up to me and told me I can not ask an employee to stock them on the shelf . WTF last time I looked it was a store where you go to buy stuff. Now every time I go in this store the employees call the manager and he comes back to the toys and followes me around like I'm going to steal something. I feel like this is harassment, and hate to shop at this store. This manager is wrong on so many levels. Is there anything I can do about it ? read more
