I have never encountered a store let alone as walmart that will spend 30 arguing with a customer over the price of an item. 2 items incorrectly priced on shelves and they refuse to honor the price. Good prices. There have many times that I've found that a lot of the merchandise is not available in the store but online only (such as heaters in the winter time). Therefore you should check their website before coming to the store so you won't be disappointed. These are no longer the days where stores just keep things in stock because they are convenient for customers. The bathroom at the front of the store is always FILTHY and DISGUSTING!!! Don't send your loved ones in there. (Note: there is a bathroom in the rear of the store by the electronics section. I think it may be cleaned more than the other one in the front of the store). They have a million check out lanes but never nearly enough employees to work the registers. I guess Walmart is more concerned about making money so they don't mind making customers wait in line forever. The employees are very friendly, especially at night when they are restocking the shelves. They have been trained to speak to customers which is a really nice touch. The grocery section has a pretty good variety and the prices are overall OK. The prices on produce are not that good. They could come down a bit. The condition of the produce I would say is decent. I usually can get what I want at this store and I don't have any issues other than waiting in long lines and having to hold myself til I get home since the bathrooms are too nasty to use. read more

Money center has rude employee. Racist in fact! She wouldn't take my cash off the counter...looked at me as if how dare I not put the money in her hand. She held her hand out and STARED at me until I picked it up and put it in her hand. She obviously hates her job. I'll use WU@publix next time. I hate Walmart. Get treated like a criminal when trying to use a coupon. Now I am trying to return a Christmas gift that was ordered online and picked up at a store in Anderson S.C. . I live close to Stockbridge GA. I took the gift to the closest Walmart and they refused it because that store does not carry it. After I got back home I found that even the Walmart where the order was picked up does not carry the item. I tried calling the Stockbridge store several times to speak to a manager and kept being put on hold over 40 minutes. I never did get to speak to anyone in management. Walmart is the worst store in not providing customer service. I will not shop there and I wish that so many people wouldn't. I hope I never get a gift from Walmart again. read more

DO NOT use photo lab. If you're still using film for whatever reason DO NOT drop off at Walmart unless you just don't care to see them again. LOST an entire roll of film. Not Instagram pictures. I would not recommend getting an oil change here. They are very inexperienced and uneducated. Go to an actual oil change place or body shop.

Ill drive 5 miles out of my way to this one over the one in down town Stockbridge. Easier parking, Better neighborhood. The Grocery prices are ok. you can find a deal on some things. I have noticed that they have problems at times keeping shelves stocked. I dont buy produce there, only last resort.. It just always looks old. Great selection in frozen isles though. Store is clean and well kept for the most part. I always use the check out in the garden center, never a line there. The carts I dont know who put them together, but odds are you are going to get one with issues. Staff always been friendly. But only 3 stars because it is a Walmart. read more

So I am a former employee of this Walmart. Two managers overnight Paul and Cassandra told me that I had to leave or shop. I was talking to an employee while he was working! Not only did I get disrespected but there were others walking around talking to associates and nothing was said. SMH. She followed me around the store!!! This is harassment. This Walmart is SAD. IT started off excellent. Now, please don't order anything. No one in this department knows anything. After waiting for for the manager,he strolled in, his line was, "I had a call out today." My comment was ," That is your problem." I ordered a car battery online and it was to be ready at 8:00 am. I ordered it at 11:57 pm Saturday night. The print out did not say, NOT ON SUNDAY. A total of 8 associates asked me if they could help me. Of course some were in a class in the back. The manager had us sit down and wait until some person look for the battery plus to process it too. While I sat, I was there long enough to cancel that one. I walked to the back of the store to purchase a battery. I paid .84 more than the one on line, but I have what I wanted. I left your Hudson Bridge Road Walmart. This is the second time this has happened to me. Guess what? That won't happen to me there again. I will never go back. I'd rather go to Walmart in Alpharetta if I have to. Worst oil changing experience ever. Do not go to this Walmart for any automotive work unless you do not value your time. It seems route that you can go in there for a 30 minute job and they keep your car closer to two hours. The workers there seem to careless about their misappropriation of time. I like shopping at walmart. I can usually find what i need and at a good price. I dont care for their produce,bakery, or deli sections. I prefer publix for those items. Even the Patti Pies have been a let down lately--the sweet potato pie used to taste a lot better to me. Most of the time--the lines are long in this walmart--not enough cashiers working. I also hate when those annoying people from Direct TV are in there. I was in there on yesterday--a heavy set african american woman was working at the Direct TV table. I usually try to avoid them and go the other way..but i was in a rush to get what i needed and get out of there. So i picked up my pace and tried to quickly speed by. That didnt work because the woman yelled out "Maam who do you use for cable services?". I usually engage with them for a bit and then politely tell them i am not interested. But this time i was in a hurry and just not in the mood to listen to the same redundant speech again. So i just replied "I'm not interested" and kept walking. The woman then yelled out and snapped at me and said " Well i didnt ask if you were interested, i asked who do you use for cable services". I gave her a dirty look and kept walking. She then yelled the same question again" Maam who do you use for cable services??!!". As if i was going to actually have any kind of conversation with her after her rude response to me. I wish they would ban those people from the store. I just want to shop in peace without being approached over and over and over again about signing up for their services. read more

Department manager is pushing a cart in and out of the department, but not picking up a screwdriver. Department is full of people who have been waiting for hours. Will never make this mistake again. Pharmacy has worst service I have ever incurred in a pharmacy. They have never filled a call in perscription from any of the 4 doctors we have tried. It normally takes 2+ hours to fill if you wait. I have supplied my medicare and blue cross insurance info many times, and when I go back...they don't have it on file. AVOID THIS STORE!!! I was at the Wal-Mart store in Stockbridge,GA trying to return a pair of boots I had purchased at the store at the end of January). The boots have lost their elasticity, and when I tried to put them on, they began to crack. The CSR Manager was willing to help, but the Assistant Store Manager, Elena and a CSR, Ashley, tried their hardest to stop the return. In the end they didn't let me return the defective boots, and I am left footing the bill. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! read more

OK, so I visited my local Wal-Mart tonight (Stockbridge, GA, Hudson Bridge RD) to get some dog food at about 1015 PM. I was hit by a car last week and have a dislocated left shoulder and am kind of beat up everywhere else. I approach the self checkout and begin ringing out the few products I was purchasing. As I work my way to the 50 lb bags (2) of dog food I asked the Wal-Mart employee if she could scan the bags due to my shoulder being in a brace (recently dislocated). She replies "No I can't scan it my scanner isn't linked to that register". I said "OK, can you type in the UPC"? She replies "No, I have to watch the other 3 lanes (two of which were closed) in case of problems, you're going to have to pick them up". ARE YOU SERIOUS? I HAVE A DISLOCATED SHOULDER!!! Sam Walton would be turning in his grave if he knew the customer service interaction I had that tonight! I tried to speak to a manager (Shante) and was told she was too busy to talk to me. Then I tried to call and speak with her, and the associate I spoke with hung up on me twice! Well Wal-Mart with customer service like this no wonder I have SO MANY customers in Best Buy!!! read more

The staff at the tire center are the worst. A tire rotation, she said 20 minutes. 40 minutes later she came to me and she the tire changer could not get into the car. I escorted her to my car and opened the door. 10 minutes following that, she again returned asking for lug nut key and the tire changer need it. Of course he does, its in the auto manufactures white plastic bag on the center console where I laid it in the open to see. You don't go to Walmart for the customer service, its not a core value of the company. You go to Walmart because its cheap, you get what you pay for. Tire pressure not in accordance with the auto manufacturer and each tire had a different tire pressure. Here's a tip. mark your tires before you go in to verify the tires are rotated. You also need to make a special request of the tire changer to reset the tire maintenance notification which appears it newer cars and trucks. Very disappointed. read more
