After 5 hours, I found Tony's boss Mike. He said he would take care of me. I was very thankful. I was concerned bc honestly Mike doesn't look like he knows how to change a tire to save his life. And he didn't. He told me the bolts were stuck and he didn't want to break something so I need to have it towed. After FINALLY realizing that Discount tire was hella close, I happily drove over there. They took my tire off with no problem. Stripped?? Where? Mike needs to stay in the office. Anywho, got two new tires for $318 and I'm soooo happy with the service I received a Discount Tire! I will never ever in my whole entire life visit a Walmart for anything!!!!! If I could rate the customer service from the auto motive dep, I would give a -5 I recently arranged to buy a pair of tires for my father, who lives in Georgia, while I am based in California. on 9/29/25 I contacted the store located at 5600 N. Henry Blvd., Stockbridge, GA 30281, and they assured me that I could pay over the phone since I was ordering from another state. I scheduled an appointment for my father for 9/30/25 at 11 o'clock and confirmed that the tires would be in stock and ready for him. There was no mention of any app being necessary for the process. However, when my father arrived, he spoke to Gabby, who informed him there was no record of the appointment, and the tires had not been set aside. As a result, it took an hour and 45 minutes to install the four tires. My father faced complications with an app that he couldn't navigate, and when I inquired about alternative assistance options, the staff stated that nothing could be done beyond using the app. I attempted to pay online from California to obtain a barcode, but they flatly refused. I even tried to pull up the exact tires, add the installation, and pay that way, but they said that wasn't possible either. I requested to speak to a supervisor named Terry, but unfortunately, I received the same unhelpful response, which demonstrated a clear lack of willingness to assist. I believe this location needs to enhance their customer service training to better accommodate customers who encounter difficulties. I always find everything I was looking for. Very polite at checkout and on floor customer service. Best day to go is on Wednesdays, it is not as crowded and any day times, excluding Saturdays, after 9:30 PM its less people, however, the night crew have all there pallets blocking some ways. So do take the extra time for the store detours. This being a 24 hour store makes things easier because there is low traffic after 11 PM typically. They run a good store here. Enough people there to actually have someone around to answer questions. I like that they have a Checkers and Auntie Anne's Pretzels place inside the store. It has a more comfortable, relaxed, I suppose cool atmosphere than the other nearby locations. The departments that you can find inside are Auto Care Centers, Bakery, Connection Center, Deli, Garden Center, Gas, Grocery Pickup, Money Center, Pharmacy, Photo Center, Vision & Glasses, Coinstar, ecoATM, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, MoneyGram, Redbox, Regal Nails Salon & Spa and Hair Cut Shop. I prefer this one. Always very clean. This is one of the cleaner Walmart's in the area but the customers during the day can be quite exhausting. The lines can get very long, but they added more self-check lanes which means more lanes open in general. Sometimes restocking is a problem, however I am usually able to get what I need. They do have ample free parking in front of the store. It's very safe in the area as you will find security people and cops around the area always. One of the best things Walmart ever did was have the pickup at store. You simply place all of your orders online pay for it and then go and pick it up. Large selection of fresh fruits and veggies. The produce is always very fresh and the attendance actually allow you to view their selections prior to them being loaded into your car. This is the only way to shop at Walmart. They have everything that you might possibly need with exception of a few specialty items. read more

I purchased four Pirelli Scorpion All Season tires for my 2020 Ram 1500. I was going to Atlanta for the holidays so I had them schedule the service when I arrived. I made it to my appointment but they put the wrong tires on. They put on Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain. I didn't notice it until the next day. I knew that the ride had severe vibrations and then I checked and saw the difference. I called up to the Walmart where the service was rendered and explained the situation and was told that there was nothing that they could do as the tires were shipped to their store and that is what they put on. They directed me to call customer service. I called customer service and in short, they stated that an internal investigation had already began and that I should call again on Monday. When I called on Monday (today), customer service said that it was being investigated and to give it a couple of days. Then they tried to tell me to call some warehouse where the tires come from and see what they could do. I thought this to be sour advice and not an amicable procedure to follow. I asked for Walmart's corporate number and the number they provided was to customer service again. I am not understanding why Walmart cannot order me some new tires, like I paid for, allow me to set up an appointment to get them installed and carry on. Internal investigations have nothing to do with me. It was a mistake on Walmarts part and I should not be penalized like I am and have been. I am hopeful that I will hear back from them tomorrow with a resolve. I must say though, that the Walmart associates that I have been speaking with, have been the utmost professionals in conduct and speech, however my problem still exists. read more

Had $400 worth of groceries in my cart only to find out that I would have to check myself out! They no longer have cashiers there - only self checkout. We saw numerous elderly customers who didn't know how to do this and it was really sad. Walmart will unfortunately be a thing if the past soon. I would give it no stars if possible. A third coupon DID NOT scan and the associate was not allowed to manually enter the coupon amount. After "checking" with a supervisor, she actually told me the coupon was invalid. IT WAS NOT INVALID, IT WAS NOT EXPIRED AND THE CORRECT ITEM WAS BEING PURCHASED. I call it being lazy. Why can't someone explain why Walmart cannot manually enter a coupon. I used one of the coupons at a competitor store and the cashier willingly manually entered the coupon amount. SO FOR THE THIRD TIME, I WOULD LIKE AN ANSWER WHY A VALID COUPON WITH THE CORRECT ITEM DOES NOT SCAN AND WHY IT CANNOT BE MANUALLY ENTERED BY AN ASSOCIATE. Other stores manually enter the coupon amount provided the coupon is not expired and the correct item is purchased. So my husband and I came to this Walmart yesterday to their Lube Express / Tire section to do an oil change on his '93 Lincoln Town car. He asked for a "high mileage" oil change and separately purchased "Bar's Leaks" engine repair for $8.88. Anyways the guy that did the oil change said it would take about 45 minutes since there was a car ahead of us. He was actually done in about 20 minutes. We left the place and didn't check to see if the job had been done well. To our demise, my husband backs out of our long driveway today (this morning) and notices there is heavy leakage from his car. More than it would normally since it had a minor miniscule leak before. Than we noticed a huge streak of oil along our entire driveway! We could not believe it! We are now back to Walmart and the manager was hesitant to even incredulous that it was leaking. Thankfully I was clever enough to take a photo of my husband cleaning the drive way with the leaks and the Town Car in the back, to prove our case. Needless to say, they are doing the oil change again but are not content that we came back to complain about their terrible service they had given us. We are very dissatisfied with this and we learned our lesson never to come do an oil change here again! Too bad because the rest of Walmart is good. But their Oil change service has left me completely disappointed to say the least! read more

I have never had such unprofessional behavior in my life. I went to the Walmart on 1400 Hudson Bridge Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281 and was rudely treated by one of the cashiers there. Not only did she have the audacity to call me pregnant when I was not, but when I getting WIC for my baby. She refused to assist saying the items were not qualified. Funny thing is I went to another Walmart and had no issues. I know Walmart is not known for good customer service but come on..... to openly and loudly discriminate against someone in front of others is absolutely shameful. I tried to address this through multiple calls with the store management. I went to this Walmart yesterday to buy a few groceries. While I was there, I noticed they had this coffee cup that I had been looking at for a while now. I buy coffee at my job and it gets cold really quick. We can't get up and go heat it up all day long. So this cup was perfect and would keep it hot for six hours. Only the price was a little to high for me because I'm a single mother and don't typically buy anything for myself. This time I decided I deserved it. I went through the scan and go line because the place was packed. By the time I got home I realized I had left my cup. I called customer service and they told me no problem just bring your receipt. When I came back up there the lady in customer service said she would have to run a video to see if I actually bought it. After running the video, she came back to tell me that yes, I bought it but the person two customers behind me took it. And they are not liable for any transactions lost in the scan and go line. Her manager told her to tell me it was on me and they weren't going to replace it. It is not known anywhere that the store is not liable for scan and go transactions. This is ridiculous and I will not be shopping here again. From what I have read, I'm not the only one with a bad experience here. Don't go to this poorly ran Walmart. You will regret spending your hard earned money here. read more

This Walmart is located in a great spot for you to easily get in & out from the store & back on your way. Lately, it's been a hit-or -miss at finding things in this store though, as their shelves hardly seem to be restocked with the items that have sold out. I would rather go to the older Walmart location on North Henry because it seems to always have everything I'm looking for all the time. During my last visit, I noticed a salad dressing that expired in 2013. I know it's a lot of things to sort through when restocking the shelves, but it seems like they would have more time to focus on checking what foods have expired if so many things aren't restocked in other parts of the store....I'm just saying. read more
