When you walk in to scan your card, most of the time there is a person there waiting with a big smile and hello. I like going when Sue is there, she's so friendly. They round up carts constantly, so there are always carts for you to get inside. I enjoy going to Costco, sometimes they just have the best item you never knew you needed. This Target (6321 McKee Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53719-5017) is a store where you can but almost anything from furniture to groceries, including live flowers (roses, etc.). The store was recently remodeled, and they did a wonderful job. With the new layout of the store it is easy to find what you are looking for and is super spacious. It is nice to just walk around and shop. The store is very clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked, and item are always available. They have an excellent grocery that rivals large supermarkets. Prices are reasonable. Excellent location near intersection of just highway PD and Verona Road. Easy to get to. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Above all, the employees are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeably...they are great! Great job Target and staff!!! With the current Covid-19 Pandemic I felt it appropriate to add the following: All the non-self-checkouts have plexiglass between the employees and the customers. The self-checkout, which I always use, are cleaned/wiped/disinfected after every 1-2 customers go through each checkout. Employees in the stores are all wearing masks and wearing them correctly which means covering their nose and mouth. Thank you, Target and Target Team Members, for looking out for all of us!!! I have waited 15 minutes for a drive up, even when I press the "on my way" button. The employee pushing the carts is usually super nice, but the manager should be offering people something for how long they wait. They also bring out one order at a time, it's a huge waste of employee time and energy. We once went and one of us went in to grab something while the other waited in pickup and he was able to buy 3 things from grocery and the drive up order wasn't out by the time he got back! Another 10 minutes -- we went in to get the order ourselves. Last night I went to returns, and 6 employees walked by and around me, the manager came up to two other employees and not one of them helped me until someone brought keys to the customer in front of me.

I'm always astounded by the range of produce the co-op features. From persimmons to avocados to…read moremangoes--the co-op has the ripest and most flavorful. I come to the co-op for fruits and vegetables before I go to Whole Paycheck or Willy. And while I don't buy as much wine as I used to, I've switched my allegiance from a liquor store a couple miles from my house to the co-op. Whenever we have a gathering at our house I can get whatever booze I need there. Most satisfying to me is that every dollar I spend there helps keep this invaluable local resource going. Anyone living within a mile of the store would be wise to spend more shopping time at the co-op.

Regarding the service, it could be better, but the manager nails customer service and seems like a very chill person. if reports are to be believed that he crashed out, as the internet puts it, it was probably for reasons I can sympathize with, because we live right next to a high school, and as someone who recently graduated high school I can relate with having to deal with immature kids who treat the store like a hangout and become rude and unprofessional themselves when they are told to leave. it doesn't help that the store is almost always understaffed, so the stress only adds up, and only very recently have they seem to have enough staff. with the criticism I am giving, I would normally give a four star, but I understand that it cannot afford making the prices any lower or raising it's wages without putting it into severe financial distress due to economic conditions, monopoly power, the structurally low margins of retail, ESPECIALLY in a store this size, etc. because of this, I am forgiving if it can't be perfect in terms of placing produce that is perfectly ethical or always local. I just hope that people stop spreading hate on regent market co-op when it's staff and it's management are really trying their best with the limited resources they have. If you really want to hate on a company, review bomb walmart or any megacorporation, not a cooperative serving the communit for over a century.

A bottle of soda is like $1.75, which, by my Chicago standards is pretty normal. Water is also priced normal. I've never had bad service. I walk up to the counter with my merchandise, pay, get change and leave. What I like best is the map and store rules. I am actually a fan of maps. I think our spatial capabilities suffer just a little bit every time we use google maps to tell us how to navigate while never actually looking at the map and where we are going. In any case, the fine cartography makes navigating 1,000 sq feet much easier. Plus if I were at all uncertain about opinionated whining or paying in large sums of change, I could easily look at the back of the map and realize that these things are not acceptable by the Clerk.

They even had fresh flowers! I heard that KT were expanding their offerings, so it was cool to finally see on my latest visit to the area. I popped in for a few drinks and snacks and got just that. Solid drink selection, however prices were a bit higher than I imagined and no offerings of drink or snack specials like 2/$5, etc...it didn't stop me from buying what I need, but was a bummer. The store interior was a bit dated, but it was well kept and clean. Service was friendly and helpful at the register. Overall, solid Kwik Trip location that I wouldn't hesitate swinging back by when in the area!

When I lived in Fitchburg I would drive out to this KT just for the car wash. I live on the far east now, so I won't be making the trip out anymore, but I will miss it! If you find yourself here and are in need of some suds, I recommend using their car wash for sure!
