Never in my life have I dealt with a Walmart that is out of stock of so many items every single time I shop. And I have moved a lot over the years. At least 20 different Walmarts that I've shopped at regularly. None of them were even remotely as poorly stocked as this one. This one is only about a 5 minute drive away from me, yet I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way each way just to go to a different one. There is no point in ever going to this one, because it is always out of stock of at least one in every seven or eight items that I need. That is not even an exaggeration. Whichever manager handles the stocking of that store needs to be replaced. It's really simple math to keep a store stocked properly. Pretty sure the person doesn't even know basic math. They probably never even made it past fifth grade. If you use Walmart+, DO NOT select this store as the one that you have your groceries delivered from. You will most certainly end up not getting multiple items that you needed. Any of the other Walmarts in the area are a better choice than this one. read more

It was suggested that we check out Walmart to pick up a few last minute things for a family members birthday party. Walmart kind of reminds me of Target but instead of red everywhere, everything's blue and yellow. Prices were considerably cheaper than in NY and they had everything we needed for one stop shopping. I didn't notice many service personnel walking around during my trip in order to gauge customer service. Once ready to checkout, midweek early afternoon afforded us no long lines and therefore no wait time. Our cashier seemed a bit disengaged, so we managed to make her smile and laugh a little before we headed on to our next destination. Clean, inexpensive and no drama to go viral. The checkers here have always been so kind, and I always walk away with a short story of a good interaction to tell a friend about (e.g. bringing reusable bags and the woman saying she liked how I did it since she moved from CO; the Asian woman scanning my groceries and asking "You like kimchi?," kind of happy and surprised). In Tampa for a brief visit and needed to stop for a couple things we forgot to bring. This Walmart was not too far off our route, but as we approached, we could see that it is not in a nice location. The employees never seem to know where things are at, the parking is not the best, and the checkout lines are always long. The only time I come here is if it's during the middle of the day during the week and early in the morning. If I place an order and it's supposed to be ready at a certain time and I get a delay and need to ask what's going on, ANSWER. THE. PHONE. Arrived for Hwy 64 Walmart for 11am appt made previous day, to have AC charged. Shopped walked till 12:15. 12:15 not ready, why? attendant: he went to lunch. on 2/26/25 about 8 pm ... was in a long line for the self check out closest to the door by the grocery entrance, because only two self registers were open and all the rest were closed... after about 20minutes. We get up to the front of the line and there's a little hand written paper sign that says 10 items less so a worker walks up to us and says you need to go to another line you have more than 10 items we counted and said there are 12 and we would not rather move to another line ... ...she told us yes you are going to move. !... it took everything I had not to cause a big scene, but I just looked at her and laughed, and I told her she needs another profession... never been treated so rudely in my life... furthermore, every time I visit the store, which I still don't know why, you have numerous homeless people in the parking lot asking for money and it's just completely unsafe at night... read more

Pretty much has what you need if you're looking for it. Don't ask for help because you probably won't get it. This Walmart however has many Spanish products that I use that many other Walmarts do not. I did however purchases some yogurts that were passed their sell by date by about a month. I gave this store a fair shake since I've been here numerous times. It's definitely a give and take situation here, pros and cons kinda balance each out. This Walmart Supercenter is only I need something quick and convenient in the area. This Walmart USA bit disorganized. Many of the items is not at the same location as other Walmart. May be because of the high traffic or access. I seem to have hard time to find the thing I want. Their other thing is the items are not high quality. This Walmart has the food and produce section including the cold cut and hot daily. I use to like their garden section. After the remodeling, this is section is no longer best. The parking area has good cameras for security which is good and safe to shop here. Parking is sufficient. However, it is difficult to get to turn to when you come from the north. A lot people at the parking lot every time I visit. So drive carefully. read more

Super annoying shopping here as they treat everyone like they're stealing. You will get bluntly followed and they will stand behind you at self check out. Extremely uncomfortable, and listening to the self-check out employees profile people is disgusting!!! Since moving down here from NY, I haven't had the luxury of exploring the area. So mostly I'm running in here to use the bathroom because the bathrooms at bus depot are closed now. There's two one in front near the registers and one in back, near pet food bicycles. Most of the time they are clean. Store is usually neat not a mess. It does tend to get crowded during the weekend, so I can imagine what the holidays would be like. I got so far a replacement t.v 32" inch for 100 dollars. I thought that was a very good deal. One each of the plastic dresser drawers, one big and one small. Patio set for outside. DVD player. Coffee maker and pots so far. Items are mostly on the cheap side to moderate depending on what your looking for. I did get the protection insurance or warranty on electronics. It was like 3.50 each item. I wouldn't go doing the holiday but I'll definitely orders things on line. Most staff don't speak English, or just started there, so when I asked where an item is located she said I just started here. But for the most part the staff is helpful especially when my item dvd was late arriving. And I thought it got lost. They shouldn't take Money out of accounts or charge you to item is delivered to you. read more

Employees are unbelievably disrespectful here. I was shopping when an employee rudely said "move" so he could restock water bottles. I asked if I could grab one first, he gestured rudely and said "no." Another employee asked if i needed help getting an item that was too high on the shelf and not stocked on the middle and bottom, I said yes, he touched it and then just walked away... That was just odd. I asked another employee if they knew where I could find AAA batteries, he gave me a rude look and said "I don't know." Walmart was apparently greenwashing about claiming to let you use your reusable own bags for pickup. They still put my stuff in plastic bags. So deceptive. There's a bunch of news articles saying the opposite. It's unreal. They also don't actually recycle their bags and they still get sent overseas to landfills. Only less than 10% were actually sent to recycling plants. I heard this on the news and in a documentary where they stuck trackers in the plastic bags. They also made me wait over 10 minutes past my pickup time in 95 degree heat. I won't be coming back here. Disappointed to say the least. read more

This is probably one of the "Ghetto" Walmart's I have ever been to. When I say ghetto, I mean Ghetttttoooo! They NEVER have any carts available because it's scattered on the parking lot. The lines are always super long because they only have 2-3 registers open, and you should see some of the people shopping here. (No offense!) But have you ever seen the website "people of walmart?" Well, that's what you see here. Ghetttoooo! Also the employees aren't friendly or helpful at all. They are too busy daydreaming or "trying" to stock items on the shelf. They don't care if there is not enough room in the aisle for you to stroll by with your cart. The last time I was there another customer yelled at the employee in the aisle "Aren't you going to move your Sh!t or just keep it in the way?" The worker acted like she didn't hear him. This Walmart is interesting... I had two issues today: (1) I was told that I cannot pick up money from MoneyGram at this location anymore, which is super inconvenient and I had been doing that for the past 2 years. (2) The tax-exempt number I have for my organization was not working either and the cashier just look at me and said: "Well, you will have to call this number." Thank goodness the manager was close and was able to fix the issue. The store recently upgraded their signage and isles. It is a little better and the people at the register seem more pleasant. But the parking lot is still dirty/messy and the store is not always clean. I try to avoid it as much as possible but it is the one closer to work, so I often go there. read more

This Walmart is awful. It's unorganized, it seems that things move between visits. The place is also pretty unsanitary. It seems as though the floors have a permanent grime on them. It's clear that this place also has a theft issue, because the number of cameras descending from the ceilings are like something out of a Foucaultian nightmare. I white man came to my car (yes I am black/African American) with an immediate attitude and while I was trying to explain to him to take off the item that they substituted he yelled at me, put his dirty finger in my face and told me he wasn't giving me any of my items that I already paid for. I had to drive around to the pick up door and demand someone to give me my items! I received no apology for this racist act. I genuinely like Walmart as a store and think they have good deals compared to others. This particular Walmart is not the best in the area with high crime and homeless people in the parking lot. The cleanliness to this store is not the best as well. They do seem to be under staffed often because it's almost always busy and they seem to run out of a lot of things or not stock as much as other Walmart's. But I honestly don't mind coming here you just have to have patience. I enjoy getting there hot deli food one of my favorites being the ranch wings. There always so delicious and you get a half a dozen for around $3 bucks. They do have a good selection of USF gear being that it's right across from the campus. I come here because of convenience being able to walk here with in 5 minuets so I'll be returning. But I do recommend coming before noon while it's still not super busy. read more

They are trying to improve this Walmart but it is clearly not working. For example, just today I tried to use the restrooms and left my cart just outside. About seven teenagers, boys and girls both, ran into the handicapped stall altogether yelling. When I came out I found all the items from my cart now thrown on the bathroom floor and stomped on. This review is for the pharmacy in particular. DISASTER!!!!! AVOID THIS MESS!!! They don't give a you-know-what about their customers. Bad service, bad product, bad everything. I usually wouldn't say this for any other place, but seriously, don't give them your business. To make a long story short, the physician at USF prescribed my meds here instead of my usual Publix. They only gave me two of three prescriptions with no explanation. I walk away then realize huh.... where's my third one? I go back to ask and they half-heartedly say they will call me later about the third one when they get it in. Two days later, still no call... meanwhile I'm kind of miserable waiting for my stupid prescription to arrive. I call the pharmacy, and guess what? They don't, and won't, carry what I need. It was never even an option, there is no substitute, and they were never even planning to tell me! They didn't even offer to transfer it, they just say I'm out of luck and need to go back to talk to the doctor. Um, shouldn't you have told me that two days ago when I first tried to fill it? It was just going to sit there in unfilled-prescription purgatory forever since you never called me? Wow! I guess they really don't care. I get it. You're Walmart and you have millions of other consumers who are keeping you in business with your child-labor Chinese crap that breaks the day you bring it home. I'm just one-billionth of your profit today so screw me. On the other hand, I might be that fraction to Publix as well, but at least they pretend that I matter! Okay, that's all. Welcome to hell, Brittany. This is among the top 2 worst Walmarts I have ever been in. I try to avoid the big box king at all costs, but sometimes you need to buy two dozen big photo albums and aren't trying to spend $400 doing it. Or maybe you KNOW that Walmart is cheaper than almost anyplace else for groceries and are trying to stretch your budget. I won't judge you for spending money here. HOWEVER. If you are going to show up dressed the way some of these People of Walmart were, acting the way they were, screaming, saying the things they were saying, with totally out-of-control children playing TAG throughout the store...then YES. I will judge you. Harshly. The parking lot is a complete cluster. There is trash everywhere, people driving the wrong way in the aisles, on the wrong side of the aisles. Pedestrians are texting while walking through the lot so be careful lest one suddenly step out in front of your moving vehicle. You may be asked for money. Avoid this Walmart at all costs unless you're immune to this sort of BS. Me? It kinda ruins my faith in humanity. The 2nd star is because an electronics employee took me all the way across the store (literally) to show me where the photo albums where. Inexplicably, they were with the greeting cards. I was impressed that he knew where they were and also that he took the time to show me. The other 2 Walmarts the staff didn't know where they were...and they were with the crafts. Walmart is ghetto no matter where you go because there is no such thing as a nice Walmart. This just happens to be more ghetto because it is located in the ghetto. Yes, it is unsafe. Yes, people have been robbed there. I believed a woman was kidnapped there too. But that can honestly happen anywhere. Be smart about it. I am a woman and I am not uncomfortable shopping here.
