Most seem too busy chatting with each other rather than helping customers. Last but not least they never have enough registers open but I am sure that's a common complaint by any consumer that has to wait in line because only 3 out of 20 registers are open.

So no you are not special enough to put your stuff here and inconvenience everyone else.
