I will never order anything from Lowes again. They don't deliver when promised, and they steal your money that you pay for same day delivery. I have no idea when my order will ever come. Friday arrives and nothing. Not even a phone call to let me know it's not coming. I spoke to the manager and was placed on hold while he contacted the delivery company they were using. I was told by said manager that he was assured the delivery would be on Saturday between 10:30 and 2:30. Guess what? Still nothing. Not even a call. On 6/27 I called and asked to speak to the manager. The manager refused to speak with me on the phone and turned me over to a smug employee that said my options were to cancel my order or let them have the Augusta store deliver. I told the person on the phone that I was canceling my order with them and that there was no way I would entrust them to get anything delivered. His attitude? Whatever! Seriously? Whatever to being told you were losing a $2,900 dollar order? I told him I would be calling corporate and see what their thought would be. He said, "please do, they don't listen to us"! For real?? I managed deliveries from a warehouse for three years. When one of our vehicles broke down we rented another that would allow us to continue delivering, not call an uber driver.

This time it was a metal snow measurer with a pine tree on the top--darling and practical! The guys who work there are quick to wrap up things and are super nice and helpful. They showed me where to find a handicapped ramp for the entrance and did not make me feel weird about using it. Everything is so cute and well made--mostly of wood and just so practical--cutting boards, furniture, towel holders, riding toys, etc. I recommend this place to anyone.

I don't got offended by it so long as I get in and get out in a timely manner. Their paint section is usually the busiest amongst the other Lowes I have visited.

The phone rang, and rang, and rang. If they were trying to discourage me and have me give up and order online, they did not know who they were messing with! Someone eventually got sick of the phone ringing and picked up. I placed the order and was assured I would be called Fri for a Sat delivery to break down the time range for us. Fri came and no call. I had to let the propane guy know when to be at the house to unhook/hook up the new stove. I called Lowe's and after another marathon ringing session, was told someone would call around 6 pm. No one called. By. 8 pm, I called Lowe's to advise them I was coming 3 hrs up there and needed a time, and was given a 4 hr window. Great. Next day, we called to get more of a breakdown and was told about a 3 hr window. There was no talking to the vendor who was actually making the delivery and everything had to go through Lowe's. We did finally get Lowe's to switch our delivery position as gas guy was on his way and somehow by the grace of God everything pulled together, but it was extremely stressful trying to get coordinated with it being a gas appliance and the delivery drivers won't touch it unless it is unhooked. I feel this process for delivery could have run smoother and there could have been more coordination without me having to battle for specifics. On a good note the price and selection of items is typical box store and reasonable.
