Probably the worst Walmart I've been to. Went there at around lunchtime which is when they should be ready for the most people because the area is surrounded by restaurants. Most of the lines were shut down, along with one self checkout, so the line was very long to pay for my two things I came there for in the self checkout. The two employees "running" the self checkout were on their phones the whole time, one was sitting on one of the registers that was down, but both paying no one any attention. It took probably 20 minutes waiting in line and then paying for my two items. Wouldn't be as bad if they were properly staffed and had restrictions on phones. read more

I have bought 5 bags or so of Great Value frozen vegetables over the past month....I keep forgetting or hoping that they won't taste mildew/moldy/musty again!! What is wrong???!!! Please Mr. Manager....check this out!! read more

Trying to order photos at this store is a joke. They are either too busy to handle them, machine is broken, or out of photo paper. Come on it is Christmas card printing time. Shouldn't they be prepared with staff, a working machine and photo paper, especially with increase of orders at this time? read more

Carolyn is one of the absolute worst retail workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a store. We frequently shop here and my mother had a few run ins with her and avoided her, but there are some days where you have to go in her line because there is no other option. I don't know why someone would work at a job like this if they clearly had no respect for anyone or their items. Today she was throwing half of our items angrily, cursing behind her breath. We needed her to scan a few items, and considering that she is an older person I asked if she could hand me the scanner and I could do it for her which she immediately denied in a rude way. Then when it came time for her to scan those items instead of coming around the counter and getting them she made us turn the cart around so she could try and reach far enough to where the scanner could get them, it was no surprise when that didn't work. Then she angrily handed me the scanner telling me how they were not supposed to do that and acting like the entire ordeal was my fault, as soon as I reached to hand it back she snatched it from my hand. I now know why her line is the shortest. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. My cats ran out of food today so after I got off of work I went to pick some up and had a very negative experience. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before the closing time said and the doors were still opened, however when I walked it an employee immediately yelled at me "we are closed we are closed" I tried to ask what time and if I made a mistake but he just kept yelling at me to get out and leave, even after I reasoned I would be no longer than 2 minutes inside the store. This situation is unacceptable as my cats will now have to miss a meal. I just wish that the employee would've been kinder in his response and maybe this situation could have been avoided.-5. The auto department here is the best I've seen. Better than any other non Walmart auto place in Greenville. The mechanic Stephen works very fast and does a great job. He did a 4 tire installation for me in an hour today. The pricing Walmart has on tires is great too. I got 4 Goodyear tires, highly rated, with an 80,000 mile warranty for $100 a tire. read more

This Walmart is okay and getting better. The staff has been notably more friendly since Halloween I guess it's a new emphasis. I use grocery pick up often - service is okay. Beware the produce is sometimes lacking. read more

WHERE'S YOUR STUFF? If you are on your way to Hendersonville, it might be tempting to stop here to grab those forgotten or last minute items. However, there is no need to panic because there is a Walmart in Hendersonville. I actually stopped here to purchase my favorite Hane's tee. I love their men's packaged tees because they are thin, tagless, pocket less, soft and comfortable. They are the perfect item to pair with a simple pair of shorts for walking or just exploring the outdoors. Women's tees just tend to be too heavy or too fussy and these tees keep it simple. Unfortunately, the shelves were empty! It looked like the day after Christmas. There was not one package of tees in any size or color. Huh? I was so disappointed but at least I was still able to stock up on some of my snacks and personal care items. Check out was quick and easy. read more

I am writing this from inside Walmart where I have called to have an employee come help me at the fabric department. No one still it has been almost 30 minutes. The laziest slackers in the world manage and work here. They don't have enough staff and the ones they do have are not getting a job anywhere else. If I was not in a total bind and 45 minutes from the closest fabric store I would have bailed. I will NEVER come to this store again. It is unlikely that will matter but it will diminish my utter disappointment in the human race and USA workforce. ** update I found that Debbie, possible manager, was very nice, pleasant, and was kind enough to cut the fabric in customer service so I could leave. I love the self checkout. It's quick and easy and if you don't mind doing a little work it will help you get out quickly. I like the set up and it definitely is hassle free. read more

My friends and I were returning an item to its correct place when an old femal employee proceeded to yell at my boyfriend, who was placing the item to its rightful place. This woman called security as we tried to explain the situation, but the woman continued to repeat herself. I explained the situation to her, to which she didn't respond. I will not be returning to the store. At least at other establishments we won't be harassed buy bitter employees. read more

Terrible service, unreasonable employees, and slow slow SLOW customer service. All Walmarts have mediocre employees but this one is exceptionally unimpressive. Will never be returning. read more

This Walmart is very clean and carries an "upgraded" range of merchandise compared to other area Walmart's. It's never too busy either

This is a terrible store they don't keep items,on the shelf went there looking for a deep fryer they had absolutely nothing on the shelves requested a manager it took her 30 to 40 minutes to get to the back where the deep fryers were and then she only came after I called the 1-800 number to register a complaint I've never seen such incompetent service how do they hire such incompetent people Sabrina claimed to be a manager she was rude was yelling because the 800 number Walmart had spoken to her so I assume that this was her area and she should have stocked this area they need to really check their people that they're hiring because some of them I don't think can even spell their own names but Sabrina was just downright outrageous in her behavior and her attitude toward a paying customer she was condescending and downright just disrespectful all I wanted to do was purchase an item it's not my fault that she does not stock her store I think Walmart should really check their stores and take a good look at their management because if management is not putting anything on the shelves what are you selling I think some of these people just stand around and do nothing except get paid they watch the cashiers and the managers do nothing they should be stocking that store look at the pictures read more

Went to this Walmart picked up some marshmallow had to get a price check it took 45 minutes for the dumb girl named Star to go in the back to get a price check then she bought the marshmallows back with the same price I asked her to give me the ones that were 1:37 or $0.96 she said she would come back I looked for her another two or three minutes and she was clocking out this Walmart is really really raggedy they don't have good customer service skills and she was a customer service person behind the desk go figure I've contacted or emailed Walmart I doubt I'll ever get any response but don't waste your money in this Walmart I will go to the one on white horse road before I go to this one this is ridiculous and this is the second or third time this is happened you can only find one good customer service representatives in the store and her name is Brittany and you better go there on the day that she's working otherwise you're in trouble this Walmart is not good also you can never find a manager in the store when you do that condescending and act like they don't understand what you're saying call Walmart not really bi-lo's is around the corner Ingles is down the street so we do have other options people stay out of Walmart customer service is poor they take your money and then don't care about you as a person I don't want to spend my money where I'm not cared about so I can always take it to another store all of this for one bag of marshmallows imagine if it was something big read more

Went to a seemingly empty self checkout kiosk. Screen said a transaction was in progress so I asked employee number 1 (who was 5 feet away and stuffing her mouth with food) if this kiosk was available for use. Without moving to look at the screen she muffled between a mouthful of food 'yea'. So I laid all my items on the counter to get ready to check out. I proceeded to try to cancel the previous stuck transaction but was prompted for authorization from an employee to cancel it. In steps employee number 2. I motion for one of them to come over to cancel the abandoned transaction and employee number 2 replies that a customer was ringing something up and she just ran back to the clothing department to get another item and that I could use another kiosk. Looking at her incredulously I said that employee number 1 said the kiosk was free and that I thought it was unacceptable and unprofessional to hold a kiosk for a customer while they did more shopping but she still would not cancel the transaction. Thus I was forced to move all my items to another kiosk. Even after completing my 5 min transaction, the kiosk was still 'being held' for the still shopping customer. Very unprofessional employees who stand around eating in front of customers and have absolutely horrid customer service skills. read more
