This is the second time and both times a woman named Lisa was working. However, she is not the Lisa that owns the store. She was very rude. She was on the phone both times and would not stop talking long enough to answer a quick question, much less serve the customers. At one point I overheard her discussing a customer that she didn't like. She was saying terrible things about this person too. What sales person would trash their customers? The owner needs to RE-evaluate her choice of staff. This ugly, rude woman should never work in customer service.

Do not believe the return policy, they do not honor it, and have it set to only leave customers frustrated. It states seven days for a refund, but when I went to return they said it was 168 hours to the exact second it was delivered, which is just absolutely absurd. When I pointed out that wasn't clearly stated as the policy said 7 days, they replied back with "Our return policy does clearly state that your item must be returned within 7 days for a refund, 14 days for credit. As your item has not been returned yet (aka it has not shipped) it could not qualify for a refund." This was after I was asking for help choosing refund within the seven day time frame. They went from days, to hours, to days again. Clearly they do not understand how to be clear, or it's deliberate to make it difficult for customers. They claim they cannot override it instead of admitting the truth which is they won't help you. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Do yourself a favor and find another store.
