placed a home delivery order 12/2 and ordered Milos tea. I went to drink tea today 12/3 and tea was sour :( Tea had expiration date of 11/16/25. 2 weeks out of date. How when you are supposed to have people checking dates??? I received refund for tea but how many people are going to get sick on other expired food? Worst Walmart location around!!! read more

I live in the area so I have to shop here. I also get my medications in their pharmacy. That use to be a time consuming chore. When they last reorganized, they rebuilt the pharmacy and added a speedy check out. After registering on the Walmart app first, I can order refills via the app and pay before I pick them up. Then they have a separate window where my phone reeds a bar code. The pharmacy assistant responds quickly and I'm on my way. The bad thing about the reorganization of the store besides not being able to find anything is that the store is over stocked and crowded. It reminds me more of a dollar store than a Walmart. I suspect the mgt is working hard for his commission. During the summer months the store is very hot especially at the check out location. Don't know how the employees can stand to work in that heat. I've been to the stores in Douglasville, Bremen and Carrollton and neither of those stores were near as warm. Must be a greedy store manager to make his staff endure that to line his wallet. Another way to reduce cost and increase the mgr's commission is to reduce staffing. Don't know if it's on purpose or because of the afore mentioned working conditions but finding someone to help can be difficult. I recently went into the store using the automotive entrance. I just needed fuel stabilizer for the mower. Anyway, I had to search far and wide to get checked out. The person manning the register was no where to be found. Finally a lady came in from the service bay and checked me out. I believe she was a service tech, not cashier. In short, our Wal-Mart use to be better. The new mgr isn't helping. read more

This Wal-Mart needs a serious management overhaul to go along with the store improvements. On multiple occasions I have heard management jumping on employees, speaking to them as if they are less than human. Just a few days ago the one sweet helpful girl always seen with a smile that cleans up was jumped on over a vest. T the way that manager spoke to her was highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and degrading. This girl with the brownish reddish hair has helped me find what I was looking for several times. She's much better than the Hispanic woman that will snap at you and attack your feet with a broom. But I digress. Nobody -management included- has a right to speak to people in that degrading manner. I have seen things like this several different times. Something needs to change or I will not spend my money at a place that cannot respect it's employees! read more

I have been coming to this Walmart location for 20 years. Although it isn't as large as the one in Carrollton, Hiram or Dallas, it is very convenient for me. They may not have as much stock as the other stores, but they usually have what I need, if not I wait a few days and go back and they will have it. I cannot recall when a single employee has ever been anything but nice to me. I will continue to use this location even through this virus mess. I have never really liked Walmart. I come here cause I guess I am a glutton for punishment. I love how they have so few cashiers. I hate to wait very long to spend my hard earned money. OLD RELIABLE! This store is interesting because it seems like an old store, (structure) that has been updated. I immediately noticed that the main aisle running along the front of the store is narrower than the newer ones. Not a big deal, just noticeable. I also noticed that the employees here are very friendly and quick to offer assistance. I was able to get in and out of here quickly with everything I needed. Great service. read more

Needed some craft bags for my sons school event. Only one pack left and it looked as if it had been ran over by a buffalo heard. I looked through them and could salvage all but 3 (maybe 2 and some good tape). I asked the manager if they had anymore and was told no. Of course! I asked if those could be discounted to the average cost per bag and let me pay for the bags that were good and not torn. The little sawed off smart alec woman said 10% courtesy is the best we can do, ( in a self-righteous manner) I explained I didn't want deep discounts, I would pay for every bag I could use. "10% that's it" I told her no, I couldn't do that. She took them out of my hands and walked off and said "have a nice day" as she was walking away in a sarcastic tone. She didn't have to give me any discount, the thing I am upset about is she didn't have to give me attitude! A yellow vest goes to some people's heads evidently...lol read more

I just recently had a bad experience at this Walmart Supercenter in particularly with the auto service I have been shopping at this Walmart for a little bit over 10 years and I have had instances where I received bad service but not bad enough for me to stop shopping there but the one thing that has been consistent is bad service in the auto center today I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation they didn't seem to be that busy but it took about 2 hours I was fine with that but along with the tire rotation and oil change I asked them to check my pressure sensor on one of my tires so when my car was finished being serviced the gentleman at the Destin even acknowledge me I told him those were my keys sitting next to me he looked up at me and didn't say anything eventually a young lady came to ring me up and when I stopped to just read the invoice she looked a little irritated and as I went to my car I noticed that my sensor light was still going off I wasn't upset I just assumed they forgot to check it so I went back in and they were all huddled up having a conversation and laughing and as I uncomfortably interjected they all looked irritated and I told them about the TP sensor and the gentleman I will speak what was very dismissive and unapologetic about forgetting to check the valve and pretty much is ready to say hey I'm sorry and come back another time I had to probe for him to say hey will check it for you I have been in customer service for almost 20 years in retail management and I felt at the service this day was very bad and maybe the employees their needs more training on customer service read more
