My third time purchasing a new set of tires from the Tire Center. Best price in town. I estimate I save $200 to $300 on a set of four tires vs tire stores I have used in the past. That includes the tires, mounting and balancing, road hazard, new stems, disposal of old tires etc. Daniel manages the shop and runs it like he really cares. It's first in first out. They have a waiting room or you can go shopping. They will even text you a link to monitor the progress and a final text when it's ready for pickup. When a prescription is ready for pickup, the customer receives a computer phone call stating that there is a prescription ready. it does not say whose prescription or what it is. I called back saying "status". It then wants the birthdate of the customer. then it wants the prescription number. if I knew the prescription number, I would not be trying to find out the patient or the drug...DUH!!! Whoever designed this menu is an idiot. read more

We had ordered 6 bags of garden soil. We guessed at the arrival time because we were coming from Prattville and did not know when we would be arriving. We arrived at 4 o'clock and had stated 5 o'clock. They said we had to wait until 5 o'clock to get the pick-up. My husband said he would load it, but they refused to allow that. The manage would not let him and so we left without the soil. I would call that extremely poor customer service. We live 34 miles from that store and we will try never to go there again. read more

First I do not like shopping at Walmart because every one I have been to has some of the rudest people, including employees. If this wasn't like the only place to shop in Wetumpka I wouldn't go. I always try to go at times when there will be the least amount of people because they tend to like to take up as much space as possible like putting their cart in the middle of the aisle and have their family members hog up the rest of the space. Then when you try to get by, even with saying "excuse me" they either try to ignore you or give dirty looks. So much for Southern hospitality and friendlyness.... This Walmart was clean at the time I went, I did not check the bathrooms so not sure of their state. The male greeter is always friendly at this Walmart. Employees tend to push the online order carts into the ailses without checking if anyone is already there or saying excuse me, I've had to avoid getting hit a few times. Like I said the people here are all around rude with no manners, but that seems to be a trend anywhere now and days... The great thing about this location is they have the self checkout on both sides of the store. I prefer self checkout because cashiers seem to like to put my tomatoes in the same bags as things that will squish them. The regular cashier lines can get long, that's pretty much expected at any walmart though. This Walmart also has the gas station. Gas tends to be cheaper here than the other gas stations near it, it can get pretty packed during peak times. They also have drinks available for purchase as well as cases of water. Overall it's a little better than what is expected at most Walmart locations. So I continue to shop here instead of driving 30 minutes to Montgomery or Prattville for better options read more

The only problem I experience every time I come shopping at this location is handicapped parking, I can NEVER get a spot. the restrooms are about the same, theres rude pple that aren't even handicapped using it every time I go in there , which is a big inconvience, if you have to take strong water pills. the employees are mostly knowledgeable in wats in the store, and where you can locate it. I called tonight about the money store hours, and for the first time ever I got a I don't know, ill have to put you threw to them, and they didn't answer. read more

This is the best store ever. Every visit to this location has been so PLEASANT! I am just amazed at the wonderful customer service that Is being carried out at this store. This should be a store set up for training future employees for their other locations. read more
