Who doesn't love them some Walmart! If you read the reviews you will probably see that there are people who claim to not love them selves some Walmart, but my experience shows that the people that leave the lowest reviews here are some of the most dedicated customers. I just don't understand that. It's Walmart! The selection is good the prices are low. They are committed to customer convenience. Customer convenience does not always mean customer service, however, usually you will have an excellent experience when you are in the store. Check yourself out at the self-service register. It keeps price is low. Push your basket back to the cart corral after you load your cart. It keeps prices low be nice to the Clark's. Use your money wisely. read more

Why as a consumer is Walmart basically forcing us to use self check out. We should be given a discount for checking our products. It is pure profit for Walmart to have you check your own items. It is one less employee getting a paycheck and less workers comp insurance they have to pay. Less total responsibility that Walmart has and hundred of people a day that check their own products. I was in Walmart and at 10 pm there were no cashiers to check my items. We need to stand up for the American worker and demand cashiers be present until closing. Dirty toilets that no one would come to clean. But employees were just standing around talking. I had to physically clean the lesser dirty one myself so my daughter & I could use it. If it wasn't an emergency we would have gone elsewhere. All the seats were wobbly and wouldn't stay still to use properly. Floors, walls & sink area were also all dirty and outdated. I went to several other Walmart stores in Texas I talked to managers about this issue each and everyone them explained to me that it's not a law it's Walmart policy they are not a sam's club or Costco club where they can ask for your receipt!As for John to act like that and that supervisor to act like that was very inappropriate. We've had some issues with the produce being bad or finding certain types of food. What really prompted me to write a review was repetitive issues with the employees acting like they're more important than the customer. I've had people stocking shelves ask me to get out of THEIR way or the employee shoppers run me over while I'm trying to make my way through the isle. It's happened multiple times to both of us but in all fairness, it's not all of the employees. For some reason, Fridays seem to be the worst. We only come here for specific items. read more

I ran in here late at night to pick up a birthday cake and milk for one of my friends. The grocery section was very well organized despite it being so late at night with only moderate holes in various aisles. While I did have to wait for the baker to come out (she was by herself and was in the back cleaning), I will say she did a quick and fantastic job with the text I requested on the cake. I would recommend to Wal-Mart that they have at least two people working in the baking aisle or have a bell for customers to ring when a customer is there. read more

Terrible service in the automotive department. There was one car in the bay before me when I came in at 9am. I was dropping my car off for my boss, who needed her car by 10:30. They promised me it would take about an hour to get it back to me. They DID NOT START until 10:15. When asked when it would be ready, they said an hour. Guess that's a common phrase around here. Extremely unprofessional to promise an hour when it takes 2.5. This has created multiple problems for us. Will not be back. read more

Waited greater than 45 minutes for pick up order. I had to call 3 times to get them to bring my stuff. Didn't have produce or cold items. I also checked in through the app. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be using this Walmart again. read more

Walmart is doing away with layaway programs, and is instead hooking up with a company called "Affirm". This is a scam, in that Walmart used to have a no fee layaway program, but have now decided to go with a third party which will let you buy what you want, and then charge you interest between 10 and 30 percent. "Affirm's services operate alternatively to a credit card. Customers will purchase the item immediately, and pay for the items over a three to 24 month period. Customers can select their own payment plan and Affirm will match them with a lender who will provide them with a loan for the financed item." - from Yahoo News. How inconvenient! Something new to get the "Have-Nots" into debt, while the "Haves" unjustly enrich themselves at the expense of the financially disenfranchised. This stinks from the head down! I was in your store Walmart in Lawrence road and i had some items in my cart , I needed to go to the restroom and I mentioned to one of your associates if i could leave my cart and she said to me that would be fine. As i returned my cart was gone i looked around i asked around?'. I didn't see the associate. My cart was gone , Another associate sent me to Customer Service i asked about what happened? Better selection than many of the WalMarts we went in looking for butane for my art torch and found it at last after looking at several stores, however much like other Walmart stores the organization is a bit odd. I'll never understand how so many employees can always be working yet shelves are always in such disarray. Used their grocery pickup app to order $80.00 worth of groceries. I chose the 8a.m. time frame and it was ready. They loaded the groceries for me and I was on my way! I have severe arthritis so this is incredibly convenient. Aug. 3, 2018 Will be using their curbside service at least once a month. I wait for the supermarket ads to come out on Tuesday and compare prices between Wal-Mart and United and order accordingly. Wally's 60 count box of eggs is a TREMENDOUS value! My elderly mother was shopping at the #1148 Lawrence Rd Superstore and attempted to checkout aprox 9:40 pm. There wasn't any associates at the manned checkouts and was told she would have to go and use the self serv. checkouts. Never having used them before she asked 2 different associates for help. The 1st one looked at her and walked away without saying a word to her. The 2nd told her she could not help her. We will be shopping at Target and other local grocery stores from now on. I shop at Walmart all the time all over the U.S. This is the worst one I have ever stepped foot in. Number 1, it's filthy. The floors are dirty and the smell is awful. Number 2, I went in there today with my husband. We went to the deli counter. There were 2 African American male employees and 1 African American female employee that were all behind the counter at the deli. There was one other customer there plus my husband and I. After a minute the one other customer left because no one was even acknowledging her. They never even said, "We'll be with you in just a moment." It's like she was invisible. After 2 minutes I felt like we were being ignored too. I waited another minute thinking they're busy. Finally, after being COMPLETELY and totally ignored by all 3 employess who knew we were there, my husband and I walked away in disgust. We will never shop the store again. read more

Service center opened up at 8am. Waited for the employees to arrive. Spoke with an associate who stated she needed a few minutes to get her til in order. After she got setup she took off. All the other employees went with her. After 15 minutes I left. I passed who in the store and she asked what I needed. I told her I'll just get a key made somewhere else. She said have a nice day. If I could give black starts for the hair salon in this Wal-Mart I would. I Will never go there again. I took my daughter in to get her bangs cut for her school pictures. Now I want say this in front of my kid but she looks like one of the special ed kids that cut there own hair off with full scissors I took her back so they could see what I was forced to pay for bybybe way it was 9.00 for them to do this to her. I know you are probably thinking....it's walmart, how can I rate this 2 stars? I really only have one complaint and it's a biggie. How can you call yourself a Walmart Supercenter if you NEVER have anything in stock. Time and again when I go into this walmart, no matter if it's early in the day or late at night they never have their products stocked. I mean if you can't do anything else right then at least have the merchandise. It's not just one or two items either, I have gone in and the shelves look bare...even things I don't buy are gone. I've never been in a store with such poor inventory. I shop here all the time. It is actually a really nice Walmart. The grocery section is great! I have never had a problem finding what I need. The place is clean and smells good. I don't see any problem with the store. Stanley, the Greeter always has a smile on his face and is very helpful....If you want to know where something is, ask Stanley! I have never had a problem with items not in stock as one writer commented on. WALMART ROCKS! It is one of my favorite places to shop. read more

This is not the best Walmart location. It always feels crowded, mostly because of the stacks of merchandise in the aisles.

Was in Wal-Mart last week on the 15th, helping my granddaughter shop for a gift. We turned out on a major isle to go to checkout, and I slipped and fell in water on the floor. A shopper ran over to help, and was paniced also. She yelled for a worker to come and acknowledge to water in the floor. I got up and approached the 2 workers, and they never acknowledged me, looked at me, ask me if I was ok or nothing ! ..... I walked off, not believing these ladies. I check out, and call for manager. We both filled out an incident report. I was hurt, and being disabled already, I was scared. I went to the e.r. the next morning, because I was still in lots of pain. Funny how things are handled when you get hurt somewhere. It all of a sudden becomes your fault. ???? Like all your evidence disappearing....way to go Walmart...you greedy s.o.b. I am spreading the news, and never coming back to any of your stores. You have failed as a humanitarian, as you so want people to believe. You have lost site of your direction in life. read more
