I had regular pair made and sunglasses made, the regular pair to be ready in 2 hours for pick up, sunglasses had to be sent off to lab and was promised by no later than Saturday, that didn't happen, didn't get them til Monday. The Regular glasses was to strong but was advised to wear them a couple weeks.. when got sunglasses from lab I could see far off but not bi-focal. I returned both glasses, the girl said oh, they weren't fitted right, (their mistake) I needed to see eye doctor again (there doctor) had to return for an appt and was told then prescription was different even tho they checked my eyes initially for this prescription! They then said didn't have my lenses so would have to send to lab and it will be another week. I was told however my sunglasses could be fixed on site and I could pick them up on Monday! Lie, they also were sent to the lab and wouldn't be in until end of week! Received both pair of glasses and trying to adjust to them and new prescription, and broke earpiece on $175 frame for which I am told I could pick out another frame at my cost because it could not be repaired ! I'm furious, I paid more for these glasses than I have ever paid in wearing glasses for 60 years to the tune of nearly $700 and have had nothing but trouble since day one! I'm still not convinced the prescription is correct for which I will be seeing another doctor to confirm.

In the last year I had a bad fall face first in some gravel. My lenses were terribly scratched. Eyemart Express ordered my new lenses with no problems. I was able to wear my second pair while I waited. The new lenses arrived quickly and they were perfect. Just last week one of the nose pieces broke off. I had selected Ray Ban glasses and they were not cheap. I went to the store where they verified that I was within the year warranty and they quickly replaced my frames. I don't think I was there more than fifteen minutes. I was so wrong about this store when I first posted a review. They have stood behind their products and their service is exemplary.

The employee also was denying that the customer was covered by her insurance with any explanation when the customer was specifically told by her insurance that eyemart express IS covered by her insurance. she even had it in writing and the employee became very irate, raising her voice and telling the customer to " speak English." I have been giong to the brow bar for over 2 years & have had mostly pleasant experiences & been happy with my brows. My most recent vist was terrible. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to leaving work late & traffic {no excuse, I know!} I am normally on time for my brow appointments so this was not my norm. When I walked in, I apologized for being so late. For the record, I would have been completely fine with rescheduling or waiting until they finished with someone else, etc. I was late & I am ok with that. I am not at all ok with the way I was treated due to being late. CeCe was very short with me & waxed my brows very abruptly. She did not speak to me at all {I'm a frequent customer & we always chat} She yanked the strips off & did not even get the stray hairs. When she handed me the mirror after she finished, I asked if she could clean up the strays that were left & she said "You said you didn't want them any thinner, so...." It normally takes 15-20 minutes for them to do my brows. From start to finish it was 7 minutes. After she finsihed, I said "If you needed me to reschedule because I was late, you should have just told me" she said, "Well, you got them waxed didn't you?" This is the worst I have ever been treated, especially a place that I am regular customer. I am a platinum member at ulta & spent $1100 last year alone at their store on brows, etc. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect to be treated respectfully. I have referred at least 8 people to the brow bar & have recently sent them to another salon due to my bad experience. In one appointment, my loyalty to the brow bar was completely ruined. I switched to another salon the very next day & will not be back. I'm extremely disappointed & hope that they will re-evaluate how they handle late arrivals & things of that nature in the future.

For your Safety do Not Shop at this Store…read more I stopped by Dollar General to get a snack. On the front door is a sign requiring customers to wear masks. I wear agree and wear a mask anytime I am in public or around other people. I found a package of cookies to purchase. I went to checkout and the female customer representative was not wearing a mask nor was the male employee behind her wearing one. I asked her why were customers required to wear a mask and the employees did not? She told they did not enforce the requirements for customers and employees had the same rights to not wear a mask. I recently had cancer surgery and this store is convenient but I will not return if it is your companies policy to not value the health and safety of its customers. I have attached a copy of my receipt so anyone from Dollar General can trace this back to the employees involved.
