I have no complaints! Note: 1 lense popped out twice so I did a walk in and was waited on in less than 4 minutes. He took them back and they checked and realized they had put in the wrong prescription. We just picked them up. They appear to be right this time. My husband expressed his extreme disappointment in the fact that they obviously have very poor quality control. They never offered any kind of reimbursement or future discount for the horrible and over priced service. Once I was back from work travel I went back in and picked out a frame for my new glasses. Once they arrived I was notified but when I went to pick them up they were not what I had ordered. They were the wrong frame! The manager said that she would put the lenses in the frame that I had ordered once I was able to try them on they were the wrong lenses too. They told me I would get used to them ,,,, They did not check to make sure they were the correct prescription. I said no they are not right I am looking through a fish bowl. They rescheduled me a second eye exam . .. while at my second eye exam I asked the lady if she was going to get the glasses I ordered She said when I go to the room for the eye doctor yes. When she came back she wanted me to put them on and read the wall. I did but had to take the off immediately. she told me to read the wall with them on. I told her I was looking through a fishbowl and that my migraine was triggered. I got up immediately and said forget it I want my money back . I told the lady at the desk I wanted a refund she said that she needed to have the manager do it and the manager was not there. I said to call her. The eye doctor came out and wanted to know why did not want the second exam. I told him they ordered the wrong frames and the lenses are wrong I'm looking through a fishbowl. If I am fine with the contacts that he prescribed and while doing the first exam I should have been fine with the glasses but they ordered the wrong material completely and blamed me for it. And I got pissed. A vestibular migraine effects all of your senesce and since I put those wrong glasses on this morning I am set with a migraine for the entire day! They will not return my money from their mistake, I also used my eye insurance. And since I have to travel for work the next few weeks I have to go yet another month without the refund and I also have not way of getting to a new place for an eye exam that I have to fully pay out of pocket because MyEye Dr. will not give me a refund on the mistake that they made.

Took my 13 yr old for annual exam and they insisted on a retinal scan, for a 13 yr old! Its their new policy says the receptionists with no common sense. He has all the latest brand new equipment so I guess he is looking for ways to pay it off by requiring a service you dont need. They just lost the business of a family of 4 after couple years going there. I am getting tired of greedy doctors. Common sense goes a long way people.

My vision is not bad but I must say after the drops were put in eyes it gets a little strange. Pupil's are dilated.& objects look strange. ( LOL ) Doctor will see me next. I found all the tests results very informative. I was educated about my eyes that I did not know. The doctor did not try to push buying glasses on me which I appreciated. I really…read moreliked Dr Stewart but the visit that mattered the most, the last post op where I get prescription his team failed. My situation was different than most, who probably didn't need glasses, I have double vision which over 3 years has been getting worse. It makes my 20/20 vision blurry most of the time then goes full double. The tech who did my exam did not take time to screen my vision fully. She went through 1-6 screens and I told her none were better than 1 and that 1 was not clear either. She brushed it off and said vision was 20/20. I thought Dr Stewart would do more thorough exam since I needed a prescription with prism in the lens to correct double vision. He didn't exam my eyes, they gave me prescription which when I looked at it knew wasn't right. I cried when I got home, 3 years blurry vision, cataract surgery and a failed final exam left me really disappointed. They offered to redo but I did not return. I returned to my eye Dr whom Ive seen past 3-4 years at Visual Eyes. The dr examined my eyes over an hour getting the prism just right. Compared both prescriptions and the one from Berry was different in all areas. I just got my new glasses, from Visual Eyes, now my vision is perfect, I can finally see very clearly and no double vision.

Moved a couple of years ago and tried a new doctor closer to home which did not measure up to what I'd become accustomed to here. Called and made an appointment noting I get off work at 4:15 and need a later appt if possible. They set me up for 4:40. They called and left a message a day or two later that they had to move it up to 4:20 (despite knowing I can't make a 4:20). I missed the message (totally my fault). Didn't realize my error until it was too late. Called them back the next day to reschedule. Person that answered the phone wouldn't set an appt. Said she'd call me back. I asked why we couldn't set an appt and she said she would have to check with the doc because he has a strict no-show policy. Evidently, he said no because I haven't heard back. I understand a missed appt can be a missed opportunity to cash a check, but I've seen this doc several times. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing an eye doctor I trust again. This makes it a tricky review. He's a good doctor. I'd recommend him for the quality of the experience. But this seems petty and punitive. I'm a patient; a customer. I feel like service providers should accommodate their customer. Not the other way around. Especially, when their office changed the plan and moved up my appointment.
