The setup here is strange. You walk into a large open space with a big front desk and several employees, so naturally you assume that is where you check in for your appointment. When you approach the desk, they point you all the way to the back of the building to sign in. After you check in there, you are then told to walk all the way back to the front and sit down until you are called. The bigger problem is that when I walked in, no one acknowledged me. Employees are either standing around the front desk or sitting off to the side talking to each other, while customers are left standing there with no idea where to go. Whoever manages or owns this location really needs to address this with the staff. Most people coming in for an eye exam are naturally going to assume the large front desk is where they check in. A simple "Hello, are you here for an eye exam?" followed by directions to the correct check-in area would make a huge difference. And on top of all of that, the eye exam machines were visibly dirty. They did not look like equipment that had been cleaned regularly, which is concerning considering how many patients use those machines throughout the day.

They first decided we should process all appointment at once and put us all in a room together for an exam so they could be done for the day. We booked a 3:00, 3:15, 4:00 and 4:30. The prescreen lady flashes an eye pad scrolls and request a signature. I ask to advise me what I am signing. Not only is it an inconvenience and she is rude she gives me the insurance break down. I advise we are paying cash and does that apply the same as cash. Man did she act like I was a big inconvenience to her schedule. She then proceeded to just leave a paper on the counter and ask me to sign it. This was an increase charge of 150 dollars to add the two of the four eye exams for us. We'd every intention of ordering contacts and glasses from Vision works yet based on the staffs disgusting attitudes we decided to go else where. We did have our 4 exams with a physician in one room and over in 45 min. We will NOT be back to vision works. So very disappointing when you are a local business over there and want very badly to support local business as you hope others do for you and this will not be the case here. Very Grose and disgusting behavior.

The clothes and accessories are mainly for teens and young adults and they seem to always have a sale going on. I've seen a lot of "Buy 1 get 1 for $10" sales during different seasons at different locations. Because they have such a huge selection, a lot of their stores are cramped and it's usually a cluster when I shop there. I usually get annoyed trying to navigate my way through the cluster but this particular Rue 21, however, is different. The store was still a bit crowded with everything they try to cram in there, but things were neat and organized. In addition to their clothes and accessories, they sell shoes, perfume and cologne. I like the fact that they have a wide variety of everything they sell. They not only sell perfume but they sell a bunch of different kinds of perfume and the same goes for their shoes, sunglasses, necklaces, etc. The only mishap I had with this location was that they put my accessories in a small plastic bag but forgot to put it in the large bag with the rest of my clothes. I realized they forgot when I got back to my hotel and called right away. The employee remembered as soon as I explained what happened and was very apologetic. She said they would hold it for me and I could pick it up anytime they were open. I planned to pick it up the next day, which was Sunday but I was told that they open at noon on Sundays. Say what?! I found it kind of odd that they open so late on Sundays. It's OK Rue 21, I still love ya!

I assume she was in a hurry to go to lunch as she sat some safety glasses in front of me and took off. I sat there for maybe 35 min before someone noticed I hadn't been helped. Doc was great, pretest tech with the colorful hair had amazing energy and was just so sweet. The last rep who assisted with completing the order was amaze balls. When the other young lady returned, she asked me if I was done with the safety glasses snarky as though I was responsible to put them away. The young lady that was helping me needed help with a few task and would turn to the other young lady (long hair with glasses) for assistance and she was even nasty to her. Graciously the young lady who was working with me ignored it. I specifically asked not to be put back with her Or have her even contact me when my order is ready. Yeah... that bad

I selected a new pair of Gucci frames for my eye glass prescription from Nationwide Vision in Casa Grande, AZ. Upon being presented with my new eyewear, I was given a generic pocket protector style case (no Gucci protective clamshell case or Gucci cleaning cloth). I was told by the vision center that they did not have any and they were out of them. I was directed to the website to express my concern as it could not be solved in the vision center. These events have dimmed anything positive that took place during my Nationwide Vision experience. This is unacceptable for a "premium luxury" product.

Since I had to translate during her appointments, he was very understanding and made sure she felt comfortable and well cared for. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions whenever we call. They also take great care of my husband, so our whole family comes here for our eye care. The gentleman told me they needed $3500 worth of parts to place an order and then he could not find the carburetor to order. He told me he could just give my chainsaw back no cost.
