They are greedy and pushy and have been for years. I did the math and it turned out if I took off work again to go elsewhere I miss out on just as much money as having the extra service. Previous reviews stating the team would try to pile on services you do not need have been removed. Hopefully you see this one. Avoid this place.

You said you'd mail them to him!?? He's out of state. So, another week delay he finally got them. Fast forward six months, I go in and order glasses for me and contacts for another sight-challenged son. Glasses will take two weeks. You'll get the contacts in a week. Phone call comes in to get my glasses. What about the contacts? I haven't seen them. "Oh. I'll check on them and let you know." No call or text back. I go in to get my glasses and am told there was a back order. Funny. A week later the contacts arrive. I go to submit the rebate and notice the order was placed AFTER I got the call my glasses were in. How hard is it to order contacts? Strike two! I think I'll bow out before I let them pitch me my third strike.

Twice now, once for towel rods and once for deadbolts, they didn't have it in stock but got it delivered In 2 days. They also keyed the four deadbolts to the same key, while I waited. Took about 10 minutes. No need to call a locksmith to the house. Their prices on door knobs are also better than Home Depot. Too it off with being friendly and knowledgeable. They're the best!!

They were supposed to have my meds ready a week…read moreago, and this girl was so rude and trying to gas light me about prepayments (when I've been going here for six months now) being the excuse for it not being ready when it was actually that they don't have enough made still. She needs an attitude check for her power complex / the manager needs to make sure the policy is clear for employees if it's actually changed. Life is already frustrating enough, especially for people who need medication for physical ailments, and we shouldn't have to deal with rude people. However, they have fair prices so I hope they fix this customer experience issue so I can continue going to them.
