I asked about an order of contacts that I paid for express delivery on. My intelligence was insulted. I never asked this store associate to break any FEDERAL laws! I didn't ask for a brand of contacts or prescription that was not written for me. I asked if they had a "trial" set of contacts to hold me over until my order came in. This store associate immediately compared my question to a prescription for a narcotic! I didn't ask anyone to break any laws! It was assumed! 100% inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional! Not to mention this store associate continued to over talk me as I was pointing out the fact that I was asking for contacts not a narcotic! I reached out to customer care whom told me this was an HR. Internal matter! Extremely upset! Please educate your store associates on local state and federal laws and how to appropriately talk to patients. Never over talk a customer they just may have more knowledge than you! You never know who you are talking to!! I will not include names! Just a bad review!!

In my previous review I noted that Target informed me that they would call me when my glasses would be ready. They never called me so I went without my new glasses longer than the estimated time. Once I called, the staff were not friendly over the phone and seemed irritated that I was calling to check on the status of the glasses. While I love my new frames, I might look for a new eyeglass spot in the future.

The office staff are professional and friendly and always prompt. Plus you are greeted by Boiler, the office lab! He will ask you to play ball with him and is great with kids. My annual visits are always smooth and there's a variety of frames to choose from in the office as well. Contacts are ordered there and can be shipped right to your house if you are ordering a large supply. Highly recommend Dr. Dininger if you are looking for an eye doctor on the south side and Greenwood/Franklin area.

Her very nice, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in great detail and made recommendations, but did not try to up sale me. My experience here was very pleasant and positive. I was given the VIP treatment and they far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend checking this place out for your vision needs.

It was full of things that could be helpful, and I was so thankful to find exactly what I needed. We did a bit more shopping and it was fun to see what all we could find. I appreciate that they keep things relatively tidy and in areas easily marked. It is also helpful to have friendly staff and checkout people. I'm guessing a lot of the surrounding neighborhoods are older folks because 60's-70's is my jam and this store seldom disappoints. I've found quite a few Club cookware pieces. The bathrooms are always clean and unlocked (but I carry napkins/tissues in my purse because sometimes toilet paper has been scarce, lol).
