The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice as were all of the people I encountered during the visit. The office is pretty typical not too flashy. They had a nice selection of eyewear. The doctor I saw was Dr. Brent Jones and he was wonderful, thank goodness it wasn't anything serious and he did encourage me to call back if my symptoms got worse. Despite having paid in full for my eyeglasses and contacts exam, after a trial pair of contacts that did not work. They are impossible to reach to get a follow-up. After a month I made a regular eye exam just to get in to see them. They tell me it's been "3 months" you will need to pay for another exam; out of pocket of course since insurance only covers one visit a year, to get my contacts which I already paid for. The staff demonstrated a blatant lack of competence, failing to honor the basic aspects of customer service. Repeated attempts to contact the office via phone have been met with silence, as my calls and messages remain unanswered. This unresponsiveness only exacerbates the fact that I didn't have what I paid for. I found it particularly egregious that their team attempted to strong-arm me into paying for an additional eye exam to receive the product I have already paid for. This tactic is not only unethical but also deeply unprofessional, suggesting a disregard for your customers' time, money, and overall satisfaction. As a consumer, I expect transparency, prompt communication, and ethical business practices. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been the opposite. Not surprising since their BBB complaint is at 33%, I just added another. Save yourself, go to Costco, Target, or a real eye doctor don't waste your time here. Unless you're willing to bank roll $800 plus for a pair of glasses and no contacts.

The service was okay, but my biggest complaint for both locations that I visited was that they don't have a large selection of glasses to choose from. I was also surprised when I picked them up and they just handed me the glasses and asked if they fit. I am used to sitting down and having the tech look at them themselves and adjust as most times they need adjusting. The experience wasn't terrible, however I won't be going back.
