Been going to optometrist some I was 8 years old am now 42 was one of the best visits I've had in quite some tim. Frames was very affordable and durable made looked like only time will tell. Overall great experience with Doctor and staff. read more

I hated this experience. The vision office is cramped and they are always overbooked on appointments. My first visit took 3 1/2 hours. The receptionist was nice. The ladies in the eyewear section were nice. It's ridiculous to have to go all the way out of the building and into the front to look at glasses to pick out. There is literally a door right there from the office to the eyewear section that patients aren't allowed to use. I didn't feel comfortable having a child do my exams, even if he was the doctor's son. The doctor was impatient and rude. She made me very very insecure. I've been getting eye exams and glasses for 30 years. She talked to me like I was an idiot. I don't feel good about this place being my only local vision center. They are the only place that accepts my vision insurance. read more

Dr. Costa is very unprofessional stopped in the middle of my eye exam to eat lunch left me waiting in the chair had her 13 year old son doing the testing procedures. read more
