They really treat the problem instead of just managing the symptoms. The doctors are really great and make you feel comfortable. It's also a great office. Really nice environment and great products. My problem was how Rocky Mountain ATV handled their mistake. They would not immediately process the return because they first wanted to verify with their shipper that the wrong tire had actually been sent. They also refused to ship the correct tire until I returned the incorrect one. I explained that we were leaving town soon and that getting the replacement was time sensitive, but that made no difference. If I had ordered the wrong tire, I could understand being required to complete the return before a replacement was shipped. But Rocky Mountain ATV shipped the wrong product. In that situation, I would expect the company to take responsibility for the error, immediately send the correct tire, and deal with the return of the incorrect tire separately. The shipping mistake would not have affected my opinion of the company. The way they handled it did. Good customer service is often defined by how a company responds when something goes wrong, and in this case Rocky Mountain ATV made their mistake my inconvenience.

I sat in chat to resolve it with no luck. They told me I had to call after confirming a bunch of information. So, I sat on hold to resolve it. The person I did work with when I got through was kind and polite. But it took 22 minutes after 20 minutes in chat. Well, that's some serious BS. You don't get to take the money first and then make me jump through hoops to get the product. You *can* take my card because you did. You had to refund it. Then I had to buy with Paypal. Absurd. It makes zero sense. If you are worried about fraud, maybe don't run my card in the first place. Buyer beware. I have never met an online retailer who made it this hard to give $1000 of my hard-earned American dollar until yesterday. I spent an hour of my day dealing with this. That a lot of time for something that shouldn't of happened in the first place. I'd like to send them a bill for my time.

You can tell that they really care about the details and the quality of their work they do. I would hire Altus Tile in a second if you want an honest, detailed, affordable company that really cares about their work and making the customer happy. We bought our house, and the first thing we had to change was the tile and shower area in our master bath. We wanted to go with a Grays/whites/metallic colors. We chose Glazed Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile (12 x 24 White/Gray) for the floor and walls. We chose the Stone Grey Limestone Dome Wall Accent Tile as the border around the tile. We chose the Brick Boulevard Stone Stainless Mosaic Wall Tile for back-splash on shower built-in shelf. We chose the River Rock Medley Travertine Mosaic Floor/Wall Tile for the shower floor. I hired them to remodel my master bath, and I am so happy the way it turned out! We didn't change the vanity that came with the house, but with time we will change that to a Double Sink Vanity. I will hire Altus Tile in the near future to remodel my other bathroom. I will also hire them again in the near future to make some upgrades in the kitchen, and living room area. They did such an amazing job that even the company that installed my frame-less glass shower doors was impressed with the tile work they did! He said he can't believe the crappy tile work that he sees so often when installing the frameless glass shower doors, so it's refreshing to see great quality work.
