Another time I had to have a cracked screen replaced. My helper, I believe wanted me to just transfer my apps on another repaired iPad. I was adamant about keeping mine. The replacement screen was pricy, they tried to get the best deal for me. I think it was $100 off. It was still in the higher $100's. I second guessing myself and paid it. A year later the on button wasn't set. I took it in, to repair the button, they had to replace the screen, it cracked when they tried to remove it. It had been just over a year since I had replaced it. They could have said sorry, it's not under warranty. They didn't, they repaired it for free. This lead me to having to deal with Verizon for 5 day and over 10 hours on the phone and text to get this resolved. FRAUD!!! they will add steal devices and use them personally?? I have gotten ZERO answers for why others were allowed to add products to my account. They said they have a purchase order for the added device, but if I DID NOT ASK FOR IT OR RECIVE IT THEN IT IS FRUAD!!! BOOO
