I try to get glasses elsewhere and my insurance won't cover because White Mountain Eye Center submitted $230 to the insurance claiming other charges/procedures not accounted for. How can I receive a procedure after leaving the office? Then after being passed around the office because no one could give me a clear answer it comes down to they 'forgot' to add the charge of giving me my Rx. I will never return due to office incompetence and what I feel is insurance fraud. I have let my husband's co-workers at Apache County know to not patron this business.

While they were unable to schedule my children before school starts, (my fault for waiting till the last minute) Lindsey did everything she could to help get the kids in on days and times that they wouldn't miss school. We haven't had our appointments yet but I wanted to take a minute and send a big Thank You to Lindsey for the kindness shown and taking the time to get my children scheduled for their yearly eye exams. Tried telling me that my vision was so bad that I wouldn't pass an eye test for a driver's license. Said I was blind in one eye. Used the word blind several times. Yet I was able to read eye chart down to same line with both right and left eyes. I recently passed MVD eye test. I can see to drive just fine, no problem reading road signs.

I filled out my forms online (3 times because twice there was "an unexpected error, so try again…read morelater.") This was supposed speed up the check in process. Nope! I walked into the office and went up to the counter. 4 people behind the counter, none of whom said hello or acknowledged my presence. There was a tablet on a post which is the only way to check in. I began the process but the first 4 things it asked me for were exactly what I filled out on line to save time. Then, I was required to list my gender identity and my pronouns. This is for an appointment with an eye doctor! I needed eye glasses! I went up to the counter and said I would like to check in with a human. 4 people behind the counter, but none could check me in. I left.
