The ladies in the eye glass section were helpful and friendly. *** Holy cow the questionnaire for repeat customers is ridiculously long. Getting an eye exam should have such an intensive and invasive questionnaire. -1 star for that. I have them 5 stars but now 4 because of this. The eye exam girl was friendly and did a good job too. The doctor was friendly and have good advice about why I should not get lasic eye surgery. All in all not a bad place but be prepared to fully disclose your entire medical history just to get a new eyeglass prescription and exam!

I was pleasantly surprised to be warmly greeted by friendly staff and the wonderful display of jewelry, paintings and sculptures. It was my birthday and always wanted to buy turquoise and copper jewelry for myself. I was ecstatic to find something I loved from the display case! Went back again to peruse the beautiful artwork, especially the miniature houses and buy more jewelry. They also have art classes there. Will definitely visit this place again when we're back in Show Low!

I walked into the office and went up to the counter. 4 people behind the counter, none of whom said hello or acknowledged my presence. There was a tablet on a post which is the only way to check in. I began the process but the first 4 things it asked me for were exactly what I filled out on line to save time. Then, I was required to list my gender identity and my pronouns. This is for an appointment with an eye doctor! I needed eye glasses! I went up to the counter and said I would like to check in with a human. 4 people behind the counter, but none could check me in. Despite this being a medical facility, their accuracy is sub par and more reminiscent of a recreational place in pricing and vibe. Phone orders are constantly incorrect and the accuracy of their billing has me questioning their overall integrity. It took two days to complete one order, which makes me wonder if they are allocating more time to self medication than to customer service. Just saying, we can do better. Maybe someone will open up a competing shop so they are forced to hear these complaints and not act like weed Nazi's.
