His customer service is top-notch, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was genuinely kind and patient throughout the process. Dr. Alina was also wonderful! She was very thorough with my eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It's obvious that the team truly cares about their patients and doesn't rush through appointments. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well taken care of.
