I won't be returning. Paid for the $10 wash and my car was still dirty. After we vacuumed I went back through the line and told the young guy that approached my car that I wanted to go through again because my car was still dirty. He said okay no problem, but when I got to Kiosk where you pay, the lady that's always there face was all frowned up. Tells me that "it's not going to get all the way clean, you have to wipe it" whole time stank face. "This time I'll do it complimentary, but we don't let you go through twice". I guess I missed the point of paying for a CAR WASH! I said no problem I won't be returning. That was poor customer service. My car still had visible bird crap on it as well as the little berries that fall from some trees. At the very least those shouldn't have made it through the whole wash. Unfortunate! read more

This was my first time here. Pro: *No line!! Literally no line to pay, only one car ahead of me to get on the car rollercoaster tracks. *I didn't have to ask for dashboard wipes! They just gave them to me. No more feeling like a gross fool for asking. *No aggressive signs about only taking 5 minutes to clean the inside of your whole car! *I prefer the shape of the vacuum to the one at the nearest big competitor. Cons: *They didn't have that nozzle that blows out air. *No stand that holds the mat. *My car still had bug splatters and bird poo on it Granted their competitor also doesn't get my car squeaky clean when it's very dirty, but I feel like this place is slightly worse. So that's a minus one star for not being perfect at the main reason for going to an automated car wash (the second reason for going to an automated car wash is to see the comically large brushes and huge hair dryer (actually, I can't remember if this one had a comically huge hair dryer!!)). Next time if my car is only a little dirty, I'll go here because the lack of a wait time would make up for the slightly less powerful cleaning. And I still might bring my car here if it's super dirty. I seriously hate waiting in a long line in my car! Even when I don't have to get my car cleaned I hate seeing the massive line of cars waiting to get their car cleaned and blocking the intersection. I really come here for the convenience, but there's no air hose to blow out the dust and the dryer placement doesn't get my windshield and hood completely dry. Oh and the biggest thing is don't believe that unlimited BS you can only get 2 washes a day but they advertise it as unlimited a lawsuit just waiting to happen. Lmao the owner didn't think that through yeah buddy unlimited means unlimited you might as well stop advertising that and use the word limited monthly wash! Smh read more

I got my car washed yesterday due to all the ashes on my car from the Eaton Fire only to find out you up'd your car wash price from $10 to $15 in one week. That's a 50% increase. Price gouging they call it. We are on a limited income and used to like getting our car wash there but will now wash it myself. I'm sure there are many others that feel the same. ridiculous! I read reviews about this car wash and was kind of hesitant but I tried anyway. It's a good car wash and does the same job all the rest of the automated car washes do. If you let bird poop and dirt bake in the hot sun on your car for days no car wash is going to get that off in one time through. I thought it was pricey until I realized how much a regular car wash cost and how often I'd be using this one. I'm not easily impressed because I want value for my money and it's true that you get what you pay for. There's no log jam at the vacuums either because they have plenty and it's a spacious area. This place is SO much better than the one on Colorado, it's new and revamped, has so many more car vacuum spots than the other place. I always dreaded fighting for a vacuum spot at the other one, this place has double the number of spots and their suction is stronger. The car wash itself is organized and longer than the other as well. Plenty of signs telling you where to go and people to help. Price is like $10 for the basic. I live one block from the other wash but will drive here for this one from now on! read more

Great place to wash your car. The staff is always around to answer any questions. They're all professional and nice people. Sometimes I've taken them pastries. My car usually comes out super clean. If you get the monthly like I do, it's pretty great. I don't have a garage to put my car in so it's nice that I can keep taking it there. read more

This is a drive-through type of car wash, in which the driver remains in the car as it goes through. It also includes the vacuuming with the cost of the wash. You would also do your own vacuuming. You can either pay per wash or pay a monthly fee (which would be automatically taken from your checking account monthly). I had the automatic monthly deduction of $29.99. With the monthly service, you have unlimited visits. Here's the thing; this company went up on their prices without telling us/customers (No email, no posted notice at the site, nothing). Not only did they increase their price but the increase was more than a 30% increase! ($39.99)I tried to dispute the charge but this company recharged me and when I tried to cancel the monthly service/fee, they charged me again (despite me canceling, they won't stop the automatic withdrawals). I would not recommend anyone sign up for a service from an unscrupulous/dishonest organization. This is not an individual issue but they have done to all customers. 3 other folks that I know are also disputing/trying to cancel. read more

The new set up is great. Tons of vacuum stations. The only thing keeping it from getting a 5 star is the lack of compressed air. That addition would put this spot well past the crappy Fast Five wash on Colorado. read more

The new car wash set-up leaves alot to be desired. If your car is only dusty/slightly muddy, then maybe it would get clean here. But otherwise, don't waste your time. My car came out still covered in bird poop and bugs as well as dirty side windows. When I pointed out my car was still filthy, I was given a "one-time complimentary" offer to go through the car wash a second time which also did little to clean it. The staff was ok but just tried to sell me on a membership so I could go through the wash unlimited times per month. Not sure how many times I would have needed to get my car clean. Gave up and went home and rewashed my car myself. Lesson learned, I wasted $20. The vacuums worked well at least but agree with others, no blowers or ways to get your car truly dry, that is assuming of course that it gets clean in the wash at all. For the high price and basically DIY most of the process, I expected a way to get my car clean or at least the exterior. Won't waste my time or money here again. read more
