Go for the added ice cream, you've earned it! It's a small serving, just the right amount of sweetness to end the night off without pushing you over the edge into diabetic coma, as seems to be the aim of many baklava varieties. On a warm summer night, though, with an open kitchen, this place is roasting inside. Try to score a table out front, or near a window. Maybe this is makes it more authentic?
